This company is a scam! Do not buy from them!
I purchased a dress in the UK,and they stated it was a UK based company, they then sent the wrong size, so I am trying to return it, and they are now saying it has to go to China, which is not explained on their website!
Their communication has been terrible, and incredibly unhelpful. I have never felt so stressed and disappointed while dealing with one company, and I don't want anyone else to have such awful service.

Absolute rubbish. Do not touch with a barge pole

Do not buy. They pretend they are a U.K. company. They are not. Weeks to arrive poorly packaged and very poor quality and unusable .Cost to return £30 to China on a £40 product.
Total scam

Falsely giving the impression they are UK based. Item took weeks to arrive. Finally did arrive scrunched up in a tiny bag. Quality poor. Stitching poor. Embroidery poorly and badly done. All attempts to contact regarding where my order was not answered. Email address not recognised and returned by Google. No evidence of where the goods were made, no labels etc. No return address. Was not delivered by Royal mail as stated. BUYER BEWARE TOTAL RIP OFF AND SCAM

This company is not worth a star at all. I purchased a dress for £29.95 plus £5.00 post and packaging. The dress arrived rolled in a ball and it didn't resemble the dress i ordered at all. The dress is not worth £1.00. I have been offered a 10% refund and I can keep the dress. Now I have been offered 20% refund but I have to return the dress. I have put the dress in the bin, best place for it.

This is a review of Wilson and Carter because I noticed the same dress on the Arianna Boutique website that I ordered through the Wilson and Carter people. It is absolute rubbish and cannot be returned. The company have offered me a 30% refund (amongst other hopeless compensatory offers) as I mentioned that I would register a dispute with Barclaycard. This process is probably too complex for my online skills. Please, please can somebody or some organisation take these people down as under different names they are selling useless garments to victims like me. My faith in online shopping has been severely affected.

This company is advertising itself as moving its London shop to Brighton and selling off its vastly expensive stock at 80% discount. I doubt this story has even a grain of truth to it. The item I received came from abroad and was essentially cheaply thrown together tat from cheap synthetic fabric. It appears that the returns go to the US and trackable methods are advised, which is an expensive outlay from the UK. There is something fishy about this enterprise and I would not touch it again with a barge pole.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress. I did not receive Royal Mail tracking and to date still no dress. I was sent fake tracking from track57.Thank goodness my bank has been able to raise a dispute with them. I have had to contact trading standards. Total scam. Do not buy.

Poor quality garment with no labels showing where made, material type or washing instructions. Trying to return for refund - they dont give a return address, and take many days or not at all to reply to emails. IMO a bunch or scammers ! Paid £40 for Chinese rubbish which should have been sold for £5 or less. “ 100% satisfaction guaranteed” , “ No quibble returns” - ALL LIES !!

This company is a china scam - do not use them
They sent the wrong size and refuse to accept a refund unless I pay £30 postage
They have offer ridiculous discounts and credit notes - who would buy from these again !

Messaged them to resolve or cancel. No reply. Tracking not moved.

Same as the most recent review - they don't live up to their full refund promise and try to get you to take 10%.

The review before the negative ones are clearly paid, or friends to try and boost the brand (which is clearly like a chinese product reseller feeling the awful material).

Do not order, products are whack and they try to keep your money - clearly a quick turn and burn scame brand that will be something else in 6 months. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a pair of shoes and when they came the fit was too big, on the website it says full refund but now they are saying that I have to pay for the return and it will be too expensive so they will give me 10% if I keep them so that isn’t even £5 let’s just say I would never recommend this company to anyone.
