this company is so shady. terrible experience. I had to x-change a dress and because they were unresponsive to my emails, it caused a delay and therefore I was 2 days past the 10 day return...they "made and exception" for the return since I had to buy another size. that was too big and returned immediately. they now have both dress and over $800 of my money they are insisting I only get a store credit for the one dress and I have to wait 3 weeks for the credit card to be credited...if they even do that. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...TRULY!!!!!

Do not use this site!! Disgusting garments that look nothing like the images. Have tried several times over the last two weeks to get the delivery address for the refund and have had no response since an initial one asking why I wanted to return the dress. Now the site is gone and the email address has been taken down. Total scammers - will be contacting my bank to see where I stand.

So my graduation dress has arrived … can’t access website as thought they had scammed me dress has finally arrived absolutely shambolic looks like it should be worn for an Halloween party , doesn’t look anything like the picture and the stitching is hanging of I’ll be reporting all over Facebook and tik tok to make people aware of this boutique if this is what they call the rags

Advise everyone not to deal with this company. The quality of the garments are dreadful. The dresses came all screwed up in a package. Very long delivery time. I tried to cancel before delivery but email was ignored. Since then I have emailed 5 times asking for an address to return the goods. Ignoring my emails. I have tried to ring. Engaged constantly. I am contacting my bank to issue a dispute with the company. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

Annoyed with myslef that I didn't do my homework on this one as my experience the same as majority of these reviews... DO NOT Purchase anything from this site, arrived late, terrible materials and trying to arrange a return is impossible.... horrendous experience

Ordered 2 dresses for a special occasion, arrived late after several emails , they said it was on route,
No longer need dress as had to purchase from another store , cannot get anyone to send or reply back to email for full refund. I definitely would not recommend this company, still trying to get someone to send information on refund

I bought trainers from this boutique and wanted to send back , but they don’t respond to my emails and don’t gave adtesss where to send back , don’t bay , o you lose !

I spent £109.85 on 3 dresses to try for a upcoming wedding, I ordered 17th August 2026, received the dresses which were scrumpled up wrapped up with celotape in a bag, really poor quality unable to wear as poor quality and fit, sent 4 emails to request return label..........still waiting........No response for a return address, will be reporting to trading standards and will now have to seek refund from my bank if possible.........Why is this website still ongoing I should have read trustpilot first

Wish I had read the reviews. I ordered two dresses at £34.99 each two different colours and sizes so I could choose for a special occation.
No labels, screwed up tight to fit in a small package. No labels and no response to get a return label.
Disgusting and hopefully they go out of business soon!! as they are ripping people off!!!!

The items come from china they are of very poor quality, they look nothing like the pictures ,they are a completely different colour and are not to the correct size . The dress I ordered is actually see through . Arrived very badly packaged.
Website states refund up to 30 days . This is not the case Which they then offer you starting with the lower value 10% then go on to offer 20% or 30 % of your money back with you not returning the item .
If you want a full refund you have to return to china .
I would never buy from here again and would advise other people to also avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. I ordered some sandals, under the impression they were coming within 2 working days. They took nearly 2 weeks. The shoes didn't fit, so I checked the return policy, it states to email them with order number, name and address. After numerous attempts of emailing, I still have no response from them. I also sent a message via the contact form in the website, they still didn't reply. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Dress arrived appalling quality , label.had been cut out and no tags are attatched . Ive emailed the company for return but heard nothing yet . Thinking it may be a scam.company so will take it further .

Dress arrived with pocket flap stitched to seam which meant the dress did not hang properly. Label cut out. Shoddy material and thrown together. Originally priced at £180 now £29.99.
Cannot contact the company which is a scam.
No returns label you have to e mail for one and no answer. Telephone disconnected.

Tesco bank will do a recharge claim but it is often disputed. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose money. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

If I could i would score a 0. This is a fake website and a scam. I ordered a dress that’s only £39.95 heavily discounted as their London shop was closing… there’s no London shop and I could find the same dress with the same discount in another same looking site. The dress I received is of poor quality and doesn’t match the picture on their website. They have a 30 day return policy that they won’t apply.

The item was clearly shipped direct from China . The shirt was stuffed in a sealed bag un ironed , , too small how would you know the labels cut out . All the lies this was never a boutique item pre sale £ 150 .. ?!
£1.50 maybe DO NOT Be fooled .

An absolute Scam. Rubbish delivery times. False names used on emails and not at all interested in returns. If you have purchased something and it's wrong, bite the bullet a throw it away. They ignore any attempt to return. Save yourself time and trouble, go to a shop , see what you like and buy it there instead.

SCAMMY company- The dress I ordered was the total wrong colour/print and cheap material, nothing like advertised.
Their website states no hassle returns and money back guarantee, neither of which is true!
After being back and forth for days with their customer service, i had to raise a dispute with my bank in order to get a refund.
Do not buy from them!!!
