Stay far far away. They botched 2 procedures stringed me along for months then ghosted me. Lied about grafts They are the worst company I've ever dealt with they even denied me access to managers after I tried to escalate it. All they care about is getting your money I asked for a refund they said we will fix our mistakes but you have to pay thousands of dollars.

And accommodation, that is totally unacceptable.
I should not have to pay out-of-pocket to fix their clinic's mistakes. Horrible experience through-and-through.

Their warranty guarantees a refund or correction. I have chosen a refund as trust is destroyed. They have refused to honor this. As of yet

FINAL PROOF OF FRAUD Nov 25 : After

their "board" supposedly agreed to fix everything, I contacted them to schedule my procedures for January. Their response? They immediately BLOCKED me on all channels. This proves their "offer" was never genuine and their "board meeting" was fictional. This clinic operates on deliberate deception. Official fraud complaints have been filed with Turkish authorities.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. All of the staff were very professional throughout, especially post operation. I enjoyed communicating with the nurses and translators who were very informative. Now, we still keep in touch to discuss the post operation care. It was a fantastic experience and I am satisfied with the results as far.

I contacted the Novin Ariana Clinic via WhatsApp about 6 weeks ago regarding hair transplants. Immediately, I detected a higher quality in the response, the information provided and the culture of service as compare to other clinics I contacted in Istanbul. The information flowed smoothly, consistent, clear, precise and more importantly with the confidence. Leaving my country almost 10,000 kilometers away required to be absolutely confident in the quality of the information and also the quality of the hospital. It took me only a few chats with Arshia to make the decision. I had hair transplants into two sessions in 06MAY2025 and 07MAY2025. The professionalism and kindness of all the personnel is outstanding. I feel that all the staff truly care about my well being and committed to the success of the hair transplant. There is a 24/7 support line after the hair transplant is finished which also happens to be excellent and extremely useful. They take care of everything, even the transportation to the hotel which by the way, it was also a great place to stay. I do not have enough words to recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. I have started to see the results in only 3 weeks…

While a doctor’s presence is essential for managing rare complications like bleeding, low blood pressure, infections, or allergic reactions, the actual outcome of the transplant depends on the technician who performs the procedure. That’s the person whose expertise truly matters.

As for logistics: If you're expecting a five-star hotel, you might be underwhelmed—standards in Turkey can differ from what some international travelers expect. However, everything was clean and well-organized. Transport from the airport to the hotel (and daily between the hotel and clinic) was smooth and comfortable. The clinic uses its own van, and you typically share the ride with other patients in various stages of treatment. On the first two days, they also provided lunch boxes at the clinic, which was a thoughtful touch.

The final results will take time, but even now I’m thrilled to see a natural hairline coming back. I look forward to seeing the full transformation in the months ahead.

That issue had been weighing on my mind, and I was not entirely sure if any clinic would be able to do much in my case. I received a hair transplant at Novin Ariana Clinic in April 2025. While I cannot review the outcome of the transplant, yet. I was very pleased with the experience and I absolutely recommend the clinic.

The staff at Novin Ariana were warm, friendly, professional, and welcoming through all stages of care. The initial communication was through WhatsApp messenger. Arshia, my consultant was knowledgeable, very friendly, and had prompt communication throughout. I scheduled my transplant approximately 8 months prior and he maintained communication throughout and ensured all my questions were answered.

Communication before, during travel, and upon arrival was also great. I was picked up promptly by a shuttle service and taken directly to BHT Hospital in Istanbul where I was met by Maria, who was welcoming and escorted me through the consultation process. The consultation was through and they explained the procedure and aftercare as well as answered my questions and concerns.

I also booked dental care through Novin Ariana clinic, so following the hair transplant they drove to one of their contracted dental clinics, Estherian Dental Clinic, where I had my consultation for my dental work. The dental team was equally as impressive as the hair team. Because dental would take some days to complete, they got started right away!

The following day was transplant day and the surgery was easy overall. The only discomfort you feel is the initial local anesthetic, but afterwards, its smooth sailing. They make sure you're comfortable through the day, provide lunch, and give you ample breaks through the process.

Day 3 was post-surgery care - they provide you with after care instructions, a free after care kit and an optional kit you may purchase (it's worth it - I purchased it). They also wash and treat your surgery site with PRP injections.

The rest of my trip was focused on completing my teeth operations. It took three whole days to complete but I honestly couldn't be happier with the dental team and the results. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and they made sure I was heading home happy and complete without any need for follow up care.

Novin Ariana exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I chose them for my hair transplant and dental work - They truly treat you like family along the way and I most definitely recommend them; you won't regret it!

** word of caution before you decide to have a hair transplant, make sure you do a full blood test before hand to make sure the source of your hair loss is not immune related. If it is then you will need to fix the issue before having the transplant or the new hair quality will be just as thin as the previous. I had an undetected thyroid issue which was causing my hair loss. The last thing my immune system needed was a procedure that would cause it more stress. This resulted in a very unpleasant recovery. Blood work should be compulsory before any hair transplant or surgery to detect any immune defects. Don’t leave it to the clinic, they are not doctors, it is your responsibility.

I recently visited Novin Ariana for a hair transplant, and I want to share my honest experience, both the good and the bad.

Faisal, the medical consultant, was very helpful in answering all my questions and sent me videos of past patients' results. However, the clinic operates out of BHT Hospital, and it seems more like an agency renting space rather than a standalone clinic.

The "VIP" transportation was just a basic sprinter van—not as fancy as other clinics I’ve seen. The G-Rotana West Side hotel was modern but in a location surrounded by highways, so it was difficult to walk around without taking a taxi. On the day of my consultation, the taxi was late, and when I arrived at the hospital, I had no directions. Eventually, someone came to pick me up from the lobby, and the consultation was underwhelming—no introductions, and the doctor didn’t seem to know what I was there for. It became clear that Novin Ariana is more of a middleman, not a fully independent clinic.

When I told them I didn’t want my photos on Instagram, it felt like they lost interest in me. After the payment, Faisal became much quieter and didn’t reach out as much. I expected him to be more involved during the consultation and procedure, checking in on me, but I never met him in person.

On the day of my surgery, I faced another issue with the taxi, where the driver demanded payment despite the clinic covering it. The surgery itself went well, and the technicians were professional. The nurses were very nice, and I felt well cared for during the procedure, which was a positive part of my experience. However, I never saw a doctor during the procedure, which was disappointing.

In the end, the surgery itself went smoothly, and I’m hoping for good results. However, if you’re looking for a dedicated clinic or a doctor who will be with you throughout the process, this might not be the place for you. The clinic's focus seems to be more on social media than providing a full, personal experience. I'm giving them a 3-star review because it wasn't what I expected.

Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had for a hair transplant. This is my second hair transplant that took place on January 6th of 2025. My first transplant took place on January 5th of 2024 so literally 1 year apart and the first clinic I went to was horrible.
