What a stellar surveyor Alaur is, we had such a brilliant experience with him. He worked to our timeline, efficiently turning around an in depth, detailed report that was well written and justified and could be easily digested. He was clear and thorough, going further into depth where helpful. He also provided additional thoughts and context where they might be useful to us without overwhelming us with information. We came away from the process feeling confident and very well informed about the property. On top of the brilliant job Alaur did for us he’s a really lovely guy, he humanised what could be a very dry conversation about buildings and we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him. We are so glad that we chose Alaur and arc consultants to complete our Level 3 survey, we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Amazing service from alaur. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful surveyor. As a first time buyer, the whole process is daunting. My first contact from alaur was different to the rest, after looking and comparing quotes, I soon had non stop spam, reach outs and emails with company’s asking me to book with them. I felt completely overwhelmed. In the midst of this was an email from alaur, a personable email, it was different from the rest, the nature wasn’t pushy or pilling on information, it’s exactly what I needed, it stood out. From here I decided to reach out. I hadn’t a clue what I was doing or what kind of survey I needed, I genuinely thought I may have needed a level 3 survey and at this point alaur could have upsold this to me, or agreed, instead he asked me my concerns looked at the property online and actually informed me a level 2 would be sufficient. He was prompt, quick at responding and really listened to what we needed. I knew I’d made the right choice. On the day of the survey alaur contacted me and highlighted key points, which was so helpful! We spoke through everything and he put me at complete ease, at this point he said the report would be complete in 24 hours which it was. He also offered a teams meeting after the report so we could go through anything I was unsure of, I’m pretty sure this is unheard of in the surveying world, it was such an added bonus. Couldn't recommend ARC Consultants highly enough. From the very first email to every conversation I had with Mr Choudhury I felt comfortable that id made the right decision. His survey was extremely in depth and gave some great advice even on the smallest detail. Worth every penny for piece of mind aline when buying a property.

ARC consultants what can I say im not big on giving reviews but when you get a company like this I think anyone needs to know. from start to finish 100% great they keep me updated every bit of the way and once the survey was done on the same day they rang me and talk me through any issues point by point and even said I can anytime if I needed more help which some company's do not do .and what's so good aswell the price beat lots of company's out there by lots not £50-£70 but by hundreds pounds i think my one was £230 cheaper than the rest keep up the good work

We were quite unsure at the start of the process about which survey level to choose and even which company to go with. After a lot of research, we were fortunate to find Alaur.

He took the time to answer all of our questions beforehand and, rather than recommending a more expensive option, suggested a Level 2 survey when we had assumed we would need a Level 3 — saving us money, which is always appreciated when moving house.

Alaur was incredibly prompt in contacting the estate agent and arranging everything. He called us immediately after the survey to provide a helpful summary, and the following day we received an exceptionally detailed report. It included plenty of photographs, clear recommendations, and reassuring explanations throughout.

Alaur has also kindly offered to arrange a video call if we have any further questions or anything we are unsure about.

I contacted Alaur for some advice on a structural survey required on my property. It was for a specific structural report. Alaur was exceptional in the advice he provided. Even though he was unable to accommodate our request but he provided great advice in terms of what I should expect. He also provided another great contact to help us. I wouldn’t think twice about calling Alaur for any further requirements.
