Only negative I have is the delivery time scale and the problems at customs. I was worried about import tax and additional costs, but I was assured that there wouldn't be any additional costs as I bought items through the UK company. Items arrived and had no extra charges. Customer service usually replied within 24 hrs. This a company I will be using again

Absolute joke of a company. Incredibly slow, false and misleading delivery times, 2 days passed and still have not sent my order after I paid for same or next day delivery. They are literally advertising fake delivery times and charging extra for it. The company is based in germany not uk so the whole company is shady. Do not trust the bot positive reviews this company is a joke.

I ordered from aquatuning.co.uk not realising that it was a german company with no UK stock. After purchasing a £220 item (inc VAT), I stumbled on some reviews mentioning huge import fees and taxes. Worried that I had been scammed by a shady business, I joined the discord and relayed my fears to Marcel in the support channel. Marcel told me to pay the fees for expediency and they would be refunded, upon sending a receipt. They were and all was well! At the end of the day, aquatuning sent me an incredible product in the best time available (little over a week, from Germany to UK) for the same price as their competitors, and made my noisy 3080 Ti FE, quiet at last. If I had to do it again I would order from aquatuning UK, even though the website is a little deceptive.

I started to order on 1 of January 2022, I choose UPS Prime -this services not existing based on ups.de and UPS UK-
6 days later I got package. Slow process with slow delivery.
Aquatuning UK is not in UK so False/Misleading information!
They promised 1-3 days delivery... joke

ordered alot of parts was impressed on how quick the order was processed and delivered will be back soon good prices and tells u if in stock so now confusion no import problems was in pc in 4 days

I ordered some parts. They emailed me that they have to dispatch items from Germany warehouse. Items suppose to arrive in a week time. But it's been 3 months now item never arrived. Instead tracking number shows item been returned to sender. I keep emailing them but they don't reply me anymore.
Now I have to put claim through my bank to recover my payment.
I would suggest to avoid them at any cost or take a risk to loose time and money.

Ordered EK-QUANTUM KINETIC FLT 360 D5 PWM D-RGB PUMP / RESERVOIR COMBO on Jan 11th, it hadn't arrived by 19th, they advised me on Discord they would recall the parcel and refund, after this date they ignored every communication, even from my bank, had to claim under Section 75 of the credit card act to get my money back, shocking pathetic company. STAY AWAY

Even trying to describe my experience is enough to make me angry, so I'm just going to say - don't, for your own sake.
The products are shipped from Germany and their support is ridiculous. They give impression of being run by two 15 year olds from a basement in Stukenbrock.

I ordered a GPU water block from this company before I had read Trustpilot reviews. In a way, I'm kind of glad because otherwise I might have not placed my order.

Despite being marketed as Aquatuning UK, they are actually based in Germany. This had me worried about additional tax, however I noticed that I was charged 20% VAT at the time of ordering. When my item arrived, I was not requested to pay any additional tax or fees. I presume this is because their selling process is now 'Brexit compatible'.

I placed my order on 1st April 2021 and it arrived 12th April 2021. I suspect it would have been a little faster if my order didn't clash with Easter and, of course, the pandemic.

It took longer than expected to receive the UPS tracking code, however a quick message on Discord soon had that resolved so I could trace my item's journey.

All in all, it was a pretty good experience. I've given 4 stars out of 5 because of the misleading company name, leading buyers to think it is a UK based warehouse.

Ordered one item from them, despite them being called aquatuning uk the item was dispatched from Germany and came with £70 import fees that was never mentioned when purchasing.

It was sent back a month ago and I've still had no refund.

Ordered afew items, No mention of customs fees. The total of which is a third of the value of the products. Emailed them to enquire and ask for help but just silence. I am not a native speaking German so navigating UPS's German website was a pain in the ass. Avoid.

Placed an order from this site and paid the extortionate delivery fees. No mention of customs fees whatsoever. Checked my delivery status for the parcel and it's now showing as delayed until I pay more than 25% of it's cost in Customs Fees.

Firstly, Aquatuning UK is a German company, based in Germany, with a mostly German website. There is no UK about it.

I recently placed a 21 line-item order totalling 136 components, during lockdown. Things went quiet for a week or so, then I got an email saying my order was ready to be commissioned, whatever that means. Shortly after, it was "commissioned", packed, shipped, and arrived on time. Everything was present and correct. There were no back-and-forth emails saying this or that item was out of stock, would I like to wait, cancel, or order an alternative, etc, etc. This is helped by the fact their website displays actual stock levels, and their data seems correct. A quick browse shows an incredible range of water cooling gear and components.

What is there not to like about this? The big difference with this company is they seem to get things right first time (possibly something to do with being German). Well worth the five stars.

Fast international shipping and I received exactly what I ordered.

I made two orders at the same time with Aquatuning as I forgot to order some of the items for my water cooling kit.
So I had two packages being shipped from Germany with plenty of communication from both Aquatuning and UPS.

It was delivered in quick time too and all items as ordered.

I was a wee bit worried due to some of the negative reviews elsewhere, but there was nothing to worry about.
So I would heartily recommend Aquatuning to anyone.

Great company. Good range of products for pc watercooling and computer modding. Great communications, fast response. Great after sales service. Highly recommended.
