The General Director of this company, Hassan Manji, is a registered sex offender in the UK. He has sexually assaulted several children. You can even look him up on the Sex Offenders List. Therefore, if you conduct any business with Hasnain Manji (who changed his name to HKM), or Bluepoint.net, BPEU, remember that you are supporting a pedophile's wealth.

After answering one of the many phone calls that Bluepoint plague you with. I spoke to a guy there who actually seemed to know what he was doing. Explaining to him that my experience of my first transaction with the company failed to make any good impressions, where I ordered a product for a client only to have my money taken and then be told that they had priced it wrong and it would cost an additional £40. I cancelled the order, this then took 4 days for the moey to be returned to me. It leaves my account the same day and hits thiers, not sure why it takes 4 days for teh same transaction on thier side. Anyway I digress. After speaking with this new contact he assures me that this wouldnt happen again and says "give us a second chance"??? (Yeah I know, bad idea?) Anyway I goahead and have a look on thier website find what i thought was a great product at a great price. Now since being bitten once before I ask my new contact to confirm that the price and item is correct (unfortunatly my contact is away) so I get a reply for his colleague. An email confirming qty and price including a proforma is sent over to me. (i'm thinking great they have changed and this is going well......?) Payment link comes across, so away I go and and pay. OH WAIT..... After paying the money and confirming I get a phone call. "The item you are purchasing is not right, its a feed error on our system, I will have to confirm the correct part and cost". Away he goes and comes back with an email stating that I would need to pay an additional £50 each (I ordered 5 of these)> As you can imagine, I'm not too happy at this point. Ask for my money to be refunded. Oh low and behold the accounts team have gone home early for the day!! So I have to wait till the next day, I am waiting for thier response on how long it will be to get this money back now... Really bad company, avoid at all costs!

Sent the wrong item and refused to credit and raise an RMA to send it back. Told us that we ordered it and therefore they wouldn't accept it back.
When i explained their mistake to a customer service rep i was plainly told that i was wrong. When i asked him if it was worth losing our account over he just hung up on me.
Often spent £1000's with them a month and they lost our business over a £15 item... Way to go guys

On top of this they will often send the wrong item (once sent stationary instead of IT hardware).

Not worth the time of day. Avoid!

They won't unsubscribe the fake/non-exsistent addresses in their mail shots, despite many polite pleadings. Very unprofessional - if they won't even do that, what is their actual service like? All reviews say the same - bad attitude to customers and to avoid - I'm not even a customer, and I never plan to be due to their unacceptable spamming policy.

Products provided are of decent quality and at a competitive, but not unbeatable price. However, the amount of sales calls received once you've used them is completely unacceptable. Our company has now requested that we be taken off their sales call list three times, and we are still receiving two or three calls a week - from overly persistent sales persons who simply will not let you get off the phone. Our staff have now been instructed to just hang up the call when they phone, as it's the only way to get rid of them. I would recommend avoiding using them, or if you absolutely have to use them - do not under any circumstances provide them with your phone number.

Those maniacs will be calling you several times a day, week after week. Liaise with them only if you are lonely and have nobody else to talk to.
