Just an advice for future buyers don’t buy. Bought twice both revoked still revoked in a month twice both premium yes they will say apple revokes we don’t bla bla you are in line 3000 bla bla. Not worth it don’t want to name anyone but there are better services available.

worse service ever. you will wait for their certificates for days to weeks, randomly get revoked. i do NOT recommend them. if you don't believe me read the last 4-5 reviews. My certificate was purchased on 11/12/2025, today is 11/27/2025, still no certificate, all I get from app testers.org, sorry everyone got revoked, sorry trying to figure out another system, sorry another 4 days, also ordered another iPhone never received certified because all got revoked before it was added, no refunds, no certificate and it’s been almost a month. Please read others review because they’re true.

The owner is a thief and a scammer. He has been called out several times on Reddit. Just search for manpreet Reddit. Avoid this and run like hell. Do a charge back if he scams you. Avoid criminals, stealing is all they know how to do.

Delivered my cert after 7-8 days. Got revoked 4 days later. Should wait now for 8 months for new cert xD initiated a chargeback with mastercard. Avoid AppTesters!

Not worth it bought 25 usd lifetime and got revoked after 13 months was put on 3300 users wait line they processed 330 in 1 month roughly thus u have to wait minimum 6 months if not even 8 and by then when you get it it might be revoked in 1 month and you will have to wait another 8 months. So the math is not there its better to buy 4-6$ ones for 1 year if it gets revoked just buy another one so you can spend your 25 usd multiple times 5 revokes total.

AppTesters support has ghosted me after asking if I could get a replacement cert, as the method they listed on their website for solving the "app integrity" issue bricked my iPhone 15 PM and forced me to get a replacement.

Yes, I wanted to provide full proof of the incident and I tried to explain this to the support person multiple times. They seemed to not be able to fully understand what I was saying.
I didn't ask them to pay for the cost. I didn't blame them nor was I rude, I just asked for a replacement as my $25 plan which I had to wait 3 weeks for bricked my phone.

Ghosting is such a shitty practice to do, especially as a business with so many customers. I just at least want a response at all, even if it is a negative one.

Hello I purchased the Premium Plan for my iPhone 17 Pro Max on October 14th, 2025, for $25. The order status still says “Processing.”

I just wanted to ask: how long does it usually take to receive the certificate or final confirmation? I’ve been waiting for a while, but there’s been no update or email so far.

Excellent product and service. Telegram support is pretty much instant. Bought around 10 certificates so far and never had an issue.

I have been using apptesters since 2022 and its been great so far, they are the best out in the market, the customer service and the certs always work as they promise!

I bought certificate in March 23,
Got it renewed twice, no problem faced till date.
Very good service and prompt reply to the problems.
Recently a huge revoke wave hit all the sellers across the world and people are targeting him inspite no fault from his side.
I believe he will give everyone a replacement.
But as i can see people don't want to wait and at the same time don't want to pay either.
I suggest kindly wait instead of bad mouthing apptesters.
I'm sure he will fulfill all his promises.

Great guy, helpful and fun. Bought a certificate from him recently and it was a great experience. Don’t have any words to say what I feel right now.
But yeah I can definitely vouch for Manpreet.

Works, and kind a promissing, but don't expect to get any particular support or a solution to any particular enquery! plus if the cert expire/get revoked, expect at least 2 months before getting a new cert. (don't trust me check by yourself on the telegram group when the certs are re emitted)

At the end of the day does not justify at all paying a premium for a service that come without support or at least just clear answers to your requests, Apptesters may answer support request but often without following through and with 2 or 3 months delay.

I would really prefered a true label on that service which is don't expect support nor fast handling ESPECIALLY when its about a revoked cert or any particular additional request.

Other providers are as low as 3$ and even at that price the support is amazing.

Final thoughts its not worth it, you will waste your time! support is mean, disrespectful and unprofessional, proof are public on the telegram channel of the service, more over the owner don't hesitate to ban users for very light reason like negative review or even less and also does not hesitate to doxx users who charge back on the telegram channel which is illegal!

Once again all proof are shamelessly public on telegram, this is a genuine review, apptesters is trying to delete my review.

Support go to justification to delay is others life's occupations, meanwhile this services is not free! makes no sense whatsoever.

Went against my better judgment, and figured I would give apptesters a shot instead of iOSrocket, despite having excellent service with the latter.
They told me that the cert would be ready in 72 hours. It’s day four, and there isn’t as much as a peep from them. No updates in my account about the cert, nor any other form of notification.

I guess I shouldn’t have given them the chance to prove themselves, considering their apparent scamworthy nature.
It seems I’m not the only one either, as there have been others that have complained about buying a cert and not getting anything from them in return as well.

I guess the worst case scenario is that I go the chargeback route, if they can’t get their act together. This is complete and utter silliness that they can’t do any better than this when attempting to provide a service to a given customer base.
