This is a scam – research before you buy

This is not a “feels like” situation.
Based on my experience and the large number of consistent reports, this is a scam.

Customers pay for a long-term or lifetime signing service, but certificates are revoked quickly or never delivered. After that, people are placed into endless queues with no reliable timeline and no real solution. Weeks and months pass with nothing usable provided.

Anyone considering this service should do their own research before buying:

Compare how many reviewers describe the same pattern: revokes, waiting, and being told to pay again

Another major red flag is how criticism is handled. Negative feedback is removed from the official Telegram channel, and users who post honest reviews are banned instead of being helped. Public replies to reviews often deny everything and accuse customers rather than addressing the issues.

Taking money while failing to reliably deliver the advertised service, combined with silencing criticism, is not legitimate business behavior.

Do your research before spending your money here.

Don’t believe the positive reviews. The owner is not a reputable individual. Google “AppTesters Reddit” and you will see a barrage of people complaining about his “Service” and I use that term lightly. The scam is, you pay for a “lifetime certificate” that needs to be renewed once a year but thst’s not how it really works. When the cert gets revoked and they get revoked often, in order to get another certificate, you have to pay again to get an instand or discounted cert I foolishly did that and now both certs are revoked. My Lifetime has been “in queue” since November. When contacted on Telegram, he solution was to ask me to become a developer to help him run his own company. Stay clear of this scammer and go with Signulous.

Certificate revoked within a week. They force us to wait in a endless queue where I’ve been in position 4500 for 3 months now. That’s not what i call a “lifetime certificate”. Bye $25. Owner of the website will dox you if u chargeback. DO NOT BUY.

I have to be honest. The support is amazing even though the certificate isnt available yet! Its understandable for the 4-5 day wait because its not their fault, Its Apple's fault. Dont believe those bots that write bad reviews.

It’s a pure scam. The certificate didn’t even last a week before it was revoked. When I asked them on Telegram how long I should wait, they told me to “wait for the queue.” I’ve been waiting for 10 months now, and my queue position is still 1700. When I wrote an honest review on Telegram, I found out that they banned me. Never buy this service, guys. It’s a pure scam.. I swear.

First I had 1 year certificate and everything was fine, so next year I bought lifetime one and it got revoked after just few months and after that i got to some queue, which was pay or wait (great service) but I figured that maybe some bigger problem if there are so many so I waited and waited for 5 months at least and from about 120 position in queue i got to 339 and I don't think that is how queue should work. But some guy messaged me that i should message @vvvreseller_manager and i would get replacement and that manpreet is a scamer, which is now apparent.
I am not providing UDID so 100% he will be like "it's a fake review bla bla" but there are many bad reviews and you can also see on reddit and you can check that @vvvreseller_manager is banned on apptesters telegram unexpectedly...

Reply: I didn't get paid, and I installed no profile, I just got certificate finally because your service sucks and cannot give me replacement for half a year, so stop making thinks up and blaming everybody else and just own your mistakes like a man! BTW I made this account just for this review so you cannot be malicious against me, because as we can see from your behavior on the telegram tahat is thing you really like. Also how can someone steal a customer I haven't paid for anything? And reddit is not an internet, hah that is so funny, crazy that you can peacefully sleep at night.

The individual behind this “Manpreet” is running a scam by selling “lifetime” certificates that offer unlimited replacements. However, these certificates expire after a month, and the seller doesn’t provide replacements. Instead, they force customers to wait months on end or even pay them again to get replacements.

taking funds from customer and after revoke if you complain you get blocked in his channel. and i been waiting for about 3 months in his crap Queue system NO. 2800...

Bought a lifetime certificate for 25$, it lasted a month or so then all I heard from the guy running this scam are excuses and never got a replacement. Stay away from AppTesters!

Bad experience with this company, I purchased a $25 premium certificate on 10/7/25 after about 5 days I got the ok, unfortunately not even a month and it was revoked, then on 12/07/25 I bought the certificate again with a discount for $20 on 12/15/25 I got the certificate, too bad that after only 2 days it was revoked, I wrote emails to ask for a solution, but it seems that they have an automatic responder because the response was always the same, even though my emails were different as per the request.

Dreadful service. My cert got revoked over a month ago, I was apparently 4000-ish in the queue. Ive barely moved 1000 places. The revoke protection is worthless if it takes them 8 months to actually reissue your cert. Having a cert was nice for the month it worked, I’d recommend getting a cert for sure, just not from here

Edit: unclear if it’s retaliation or just a rubbish system but I’ve somehow now dropped to 4500-ish in the queue, and thus I’ve dropped another star. What a crook

Just an advice for future buyers don’t buy. Bought twice both revoked still revoked in a month twice both premium yes they will say apple revokes we don’t bla bla you are in line 3000 bla bla. Not worth it don’t want to name anyone but there are better services available.

worse service ever. you will wait for their certificates for days to weeks, randomly get revoked. i do NOT recommend them. if you don't believe me read the last 4-5 reviews. My certificate was purchased on 11/12/2025, today is 11/27/2025, still no certificate, all I get from app testers.org, sorry everyone got revoked, sorry trying to figure out another system, sorry another 4 days, also ordered another iPhone never received certified because all got revoked before it was added, no refunds, no certificate and it’s been almost a month. Please read others review because they’re true.

The owner is a thief and a scammer. He has been called out several times on Reddit. Just search for manpreet Reddit. Avoid this and run like hell. Do a charge back if he scams you. Avoid criminals, stealing is all they know how to do.

Delivered my cert after 7-8 days. Got revoked 4 days later. Should wait now for 8 months for new cert xD initiated a chargeback with mastercard. Avoid AppTesters!

Not worth it bought 25 usd lifetime and got revoked after 13 months was put on 3300 users wait line they processed 330 in 1 month roughly thus u have to wait minimum 6 months if not even 8 and by then when you get it it might be revoked in 1 month and you will have to wait another 8 months. So the math is not there its better to buy 4-6$ ones for 1 year if it gets revoked just buy another one so you can spend your 25 usd multiple times 5 revokes total.

AppTesters support has ghosted me after asking if I could get a replacement cert, as the method they listed on their website for solving the "app integrity" issue bricked my iPhone 15 PM and forced me to get a replacement.

Yes, I wanted to provide full proof of the incident and I tried to explain this to the support person multiple times. They seemed to not be able to fully understand what I was saying.
I didn't ask them to pay for the cost. I didn't blame them nor was I rude, I just asked for a replacement as my $25 plan which I had to wait 3 weeks for bricked my phone.

Ghosting is such a shitty practice to do, especially as a business with so many customers. I just at least want a response at all, even if it is a negative one.

Hello I purchased the Premium Plan for my iPhone 17 Pro Max on October 14th, 2025, for $25. The order status still says “Processing.”

I just wanted to ask: how long does it usually take to receive the certificate or final confirmation? I’ve been waiting for a while, but there’s been no update or email so far.
