The kit was a little confusing for me and the providers collecting my cord and tissue. The instructions were the same as if I had originally selected all 3 for storage, when originally I had only selected cord blood and tissue, not placenta. My provider packaged the placenta, but didn't have a canister to put it in since I had not originally selected it, but the instructions told her to send it. Once my placenta was received by Anja, they asked if I would like it to be stored as well. I agreed, but I would have preferred the instructions be specific to what I was originally wanting instead of how they were.
I also did not get a certificate for the storage until my card was declined because I didn't know to expect payment to come out. The person who reached out to me suplied a certificate once I asked, but the certificate did not include the placenta storage info. I asked for that as well and it was sent back as simply an email with the storage location.

Just a simple text here and there to give you peace of mind. Very kind customer service. I wouldn't look back. Thank you Anja Health.

Easy process to set up, price is very reasonable and good communication.

While researching the collection and storage of Cord Blood and Tissue I found Anja Health on Tik tok out of all places. I was on the fence for a long time weighing the pros and cons wondering if it was worth it but the founder’s compelling story convinced me this was the right choice. The process was quick and easy, everything is done online and they were readily available through text or email to answer any questions or address any concerns. Furthermore the company was very accommodating and made sure the kit was delivered to me quickly just in time for the babies arrival just a few days later. My only complain has to be the pickup why h was a little bit stressful only because it took a long time and once the carrier arrived at the hospital he was not allowed upstairs due to COVID regulation which was a bit upsetting but not the companies fault. I was given updates every step of the way which was very reassuring and was notified once everything arrived at the lab and was processed.
One of the biggest selling points for me was their affordability in comparison with other companies offering the same or similar services. I highly recommend using them not only because of their affordability but as previously mentioned the ease of the process.

Anja process was very easy and hassle free This is my first time cord banking. Kit shipped over night. I called once baby was born, someone arrived to pick up within hours. They contact me exactly 30 days afterwards confirmed processing and storage with a certificate.

Anja Health! Was literally the best and easiest thing ever! Filled out all the info online and got our stem cell box with all the instructions days later! I went into labor early and texted my advocate and they texted me the number to call to have the box picked up! One month later we got our stem cell certification kit! So easy and everyone is always so friendly and sweet! Huge huge fan!

This was an easy process, they had everything you needed to know about collecting everything you needed. My dr and nurses collected everything for me and Anja team came and pick everything up.

I found out about this when I was about 38 weeks pregnant and they delivered it to me right away knowing I was already in early labor ! Great communication also!

The whole process with Anja was easy. The kit came right to my door, the hospital helped get everything we needed to box it up, and someone came and picked it up. Their communication is flawless. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern they always get back to me so fast and are so helpful. Their instructions made sense to me and my doctor. I live in a rural area and I was concerned the cord blood wouldn’t be able to be sent to them. I had been told by other patients of my hospital as well as my doctors and the staff that cord blood couldn’t be done or sent due to our location, but Anja health was the only one that would do it without charging an insane amount. They charged the same they charge anyone else for the supplies and courier fee. They didn’t force me to send it myself the day I had my baby, and they didn’t change their prices due to my location. They got a courier there ASAP to collect the samples within a few hours of delivery and they were in contact with me until the samples were received at their facility. I recommend them above any other company due to their pricing, communication, and they were so easy to contact and use. They were awesome.
