I honestly can't praise this surgery enough. The appointment system is excellent, whether using the online system or seeing someone face to face. They always respond quickly to any issues or requests, and the support from everyone is outstanding.

The doctors are professional, caring, and genuinely take the time to help. The admin team are friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist.

A fantastic surgery with an amazing team. In my opinion, the best GP surgery around. Highly recommended.

Don’t use much but always good for me system works well

Always quick to respond. They have NEVER let me down.

It was great. They helped me with all I asked just with mental health team I called sometimes but they didn't answer even if I waited one hour. But from reception they always was kind, polite and they helped me when I need.

I work well. One problem I find is that it doesn’t tell what medication was prescribed and sent to the pharmacy.

Nothing but good things to say about New Pond Row surgery. Each time I have needed help they have all acted promptly to either help me or put me in touch with those who can. Thankyou to them all

Excellent service

Trying to find enough time to make a phone call while at work can be tricky, so being able to explain in text why I'd like an appointment, then just having to wait for a (usually very quick) reply is perfect.

Being able to ask a question this way is amazing too, as it means I'm less likely to put it off, or feel like I'm wasting receptions time by tying up a phone line, and getting a response from a dr is reassuring.

I will never miss the og 8am 'you are caller number 18 in the queue' 😂

A quick, and succinct response, resulting in a rapid and efficient conclusion for me.

Anima is a terrible replacement for human beings. Before it was introduced, patients could ring the GP practice at 8am, talk to a person within 10 minutes and get an appointment with a GP that day.
Now patients have to get up at 7.30am to type their (often complex) medical concern into the system, only to find that it's too long for the box. Sometimes you have to choose which other box to tick; choose one way and it says 'Go to A&E'; choose the other way and it says not interested.
Anima is also the only part of the internet that doesn't work at weekends or in the afternoons.
If Anima was supposed to save time it has failed miserably and seems designed to keep patients away from healthcare. God knows how old people are supposed to use it.

Provided a speedy response with just the right information

All was sorted in 30 minutes message back from.doctor to solve my issue so very pleased.

I like the call back system. It did not take to long to get back to me. Hopefully i will get a call back from the doctor i requested to speak to.

I contacted the clinic hoping to arrange an appointment for the following week, but I was sent a link and, to my surprise, they were able to schedule me for an appointment just two hours later. I was seen promptly at the scheduled time, despite the clinic being very busy.

The doctor was exceptional—professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. The whole experience was incredibly efficient, and the standard of service was excellent. Truly outstanding care from start to finish.

The Reception staff are so very helpful and I can’t praise them enough.
