This travel agent is actually based in Delhi, pretending to have a presence in Andaman. They will charge a lot of money and will provide you extremely poor hotel accommodation. They will always ask for more money in the name of extra features that never exist. Their itinerary and package is not comparable to established travel agents. Take a look at IRCTC package first, and then compare with this to understand how substandard the package is (from Andamantourism.org). I will not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Consider the bad experiences shared by each of them which is the fact and it is 100% right. Rohit Chadha and Pravin are fraudulent people and money grabbers and they know only how to cheat.
Pls ! Pls !! Pls !!! dont opt or refer these fraud guys to anyone. Very worst experience.

I will not even give this 1 rating and not sure why no actions been taken against these guys despite of multiple reviews posted earlier.

I agree with all the above 1-star ratings and reviews for this company and it's primarily because of their poor customer service and unprofessionalism.
At first when I interacted with Rohit to get quotes, he'd call and follow-up constantly almost to an annoying level creating a sense of fear of not finding accommodation if we don't act quickly. He also added me in bcc in other customer booking emails, which to me is breach of privacy and strict no. I am not sure why his company is not taking these complaints seriously. Once I made the booking and paid an advance, literally he stopped communicating. There were no follow up emails detailing on what to expect, who to coordinate and contact while on the islands. A day before we were set to leave, I had to call to get details. There is lack of transparency and communication between Rohit and the field agents who are assigned for each island. In this tour we were a total of 7 people including aging parents 75+ and a child aged 7. I was very disappointed that they booked a 7 am ferry from Port Blair to Havelock with no consideration for old people as it requires them to be up at 4 am to show up at the jetty by 6am. The hotel check-in at Havelock doesn't happen until noon and my parents had to wait in the lobby for few hours. At Havelock we were given a 7 seater vehicle that had no room for luggage. There is no coordination between agents. All they care about is payments made to them.When I challenged them about stalling their payment, they threatened me that the next ferry booking will be canceled. At one of the hotels, the amount we had to pay was more than the amount Rohit gave us in the confirmation email which shows they have not managed their relationship with the hotel staff on any changes in pricing. For reimbursement, he made me send a formal email. And in the end, I love the audacity of asking me for a testimonial video and positive ratings. If they care so much about this, then Rohit and his team should work on changing their attitude towards customers and giving them a great experience.
I will not recommend booking through them.

Rohit has cheated us and when asked for overcharging which was disclosed to us by reception counter while doing check in, he has blocked my contact no and not responding on mails too.
We visited Andaman in end of December 2023 but since then No refund of extra payment charged has been done.
When contacted with Pravin, the person who was later assigned by Rohit to coordinate after our tour , pravin says because of frequent complaints of Rohit , he has stopped working with Rohit now .
I don't understand how to connect to Rohit now .
He is a big cheater. Request all those who have been in touch with him A big NO to trust him.
In fact the hotels which he had booked for us informed us on checkout that we should not refer this person to our friends as maximum of the tourist feel cheated if they inquire .

Last week me and my family had come for a short three day trip to Andaman. We had booked our trip through Andaman Tourism. Right from receiving us at the Airport, the team was punctual and supportive, we never had to wait for them as they were always on time. Thanks to Andaman Tourism for this well organised trip.

It was an worst experience. Right from the beginning we discussed pricing and finalized the total cost of the trip in 85k, however in order to compensate and capitalise more on his profits he made sure the charges are more in the break-up sent via emails for individual hotels resulting in increase of overall package cost. Also wherever an email was sent he never called or texted and suddenly on the day of booking Rohit Chaddha calls and tells to make the payment otherwise hotels will be booked and there will not be any other hotels left and we were bound to make payment. After payment he ghosted us without any clarification on how much payments to be made or how much more is pending. After repeated calls he sends a message with contact details of a person named Pravin, who is more worst than Rohit himself. We were scared the whole time if the trip is actually confirmed or not. After the trip got started both of them did not responded. They gave our details and outsourced it to some other travel agency which made things more worst. We didn't knew whom to contact the whole time in case of any doubts or issue. Every time we had to call Rohit for fullfill the itinerary and to make sure we complete all the promised things to be done (eg Couple photography, cab driver details). It went on till the last day of the trip as well. The worst part was on the last day and the day before when we had to wait for 45min for cab in croaching heat hungry and dehydrated, and finally when i asked to send the driver 30min before on the final day to catch our flight it was the same experience and we had to take our own cab in order to reach the airport. We had some amount pending to be paid and since we took our cab the contract person Pravin was so rude that we had an argument without clarifying the amount remaining to be paid. It is a fraud organisation/agency and I would urge people not to trust Rohit Chaddha and his organisation for booking. Overall I paid more than 85 which was promised during booking and it will be much better if we do our own plans or take it from Andaman Bliss or from the local travel agency rather than a person sitting in Delhi taking bookings from you and ghosting you and making your life worse.

The best part about the trip had to be the amazing team. Mr. Rohit Chaddha and the on-ground team of Pravin Ji totally took care of every detail. Transport and accommodation was very good, and every part of the trip was totally customisable for own comfort.

As said in other reviews Rohit in conman and does not support he is only interested in money. We did not got hotels for which we were promised and had to pay extra. Entire tour seems to be like we had to pay lot of charges. Tour can be done in half price than what we have paid to him. A HYPOCRETE AND MONEY GRABER CONMAN NEVER TO TRUST NOR TO BOOK THROUGH THEM. PROSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL PAID REVIEWS.

The best experience

I love every minute in Andaman and a huge thanks to Andamantourism.org, Rohit, and Salman for their escort. During the peak season, it would be impossible to get world-class facilities at such short notice.

The six days we spent in the Andaman Islands were absolutely great. All of the transportation and pick-up and drop-off arrangements were made on time, and the lodging they arranged for us was excellent. A special thanks to Salman for the best experience.

This travel agency is completely fake. The manager Rohit Chadda is a conman. They target mainly first time travelers to andaman. Initially he will talk very nicely and always hurry you up for booking by saying the hotel will be booked and ask you for token money. Once you book you will be trapped. I am explaining the facts happened with me. I have booked andaman tour with this fake travel agent and this guy has taken 34000 rs as advance for 7night and 8 days tour. Till last day he didn't call or neither gave any hotel bookings confirmation. he gave a tour guy number whose name was Salman upon calling him multiple times and told that your follow up will start with him now as we are just office people who book your tours. We called the tour guy and his number was coming either busy or switched off. When we reached in port blair their driver didn't come for pickup and didn't pickup our call also. We arranged the accommodation with ourselves. Thank god we got good cab driver in airport who helped us arranging hotel. We were scared in unknown place as we have ladies and kids with us. As an indian citizen, my honest request not to go with this fake agents.

I came through this website while browsing for good packages and sent an enquiry.
Rohit [Revenue Manager] responded with an estimated amount and package details. I had to paid the advance amount on same day without any delay as I didn't want to miss the pick time. this was on 24th Nov for trip starting on 14th DEC almost 20 days before.
he promised to send the coupon details for the hotels/resort he committed in the package detail on same day. however, he didn’t send it till 12th DEC. he continuously called me to upgrade my package and pay extra amount even though i wasn’t interested. he quoted some BS reasons like 'Hotel doesn’t have power backup' , 'Hotel ka Jhoomar 2 caror ka hai upgrade kar lo' [seriously :D ].
The worst part is he called on 12th [2 days before flight departure] and said that our trip is canceled from his end because we are not upgrading. When I said its fine i will lodge a police complaint. his response was 'Police complaint karo, military complaint karo, media complaint karo mai kuch nahi kar skta'. he called again and asked 'kar diya police complaint?'
I was rigid and didn’t upgrade the package so Rohit didn’t provide any hotel/resort he promised in the mail at the time of taking advance payment [I have all email proof and few call recordings]. he gave some cheap hotels and tried hiding few complementary services like Candle Light Dinner.
Rohit continuously asked extra money for hotels, candle light dinner [4K extra ,1K extra de do mai baki arrange kar rha hoon etc. etc.].
It was so frustrating i didn’t make any complaint after reaching there and wanted to have some peace time there. You will not get anything promised with Rohit. Try booking by your own or contact the local tour guides
The only good part was all the local guides and drivers (Salman, Ravinder, Arsh) who escorted us to different places in Andaman were extremally dedicated and professional and polite. I really have to thank them for completion of our trip.

The agent Rohit chaddar is a Total fraud . First he'll send one itenary and then later he'll change it without notice and when questioned he'll say it's a tentative itenary and subject to change. We tried to spend 5 days and 4 nights in Andaman and he showed us only 3 places in the itenary and charged us extra as well. He didn't even a vehicle drop us back to airport and made us wait for so long for the ferry to Havelock as well. This is the worst organisation I've ever come across and total money sucking parasites they are
