We had wonderful stay with Andamantoirism.org as we took a package for 3nts and 4 days. Stay was included of all type of ferry tickets, entry tickets with 3 star hotels.
The Port Blair hotel was a bit service issue apart from that other things were good.

We recently went to Andaman with Andaman tourism, and it was such a smooth and beautiful trip. Our coordinator Pravin was very helpful and always kept us updated. The drivers were polite and friendly, and a special thanks to Pravin, who was very kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout.
Our stay was peaceful, and the entire journey was well-managed. We didn’t face any issues – even if we wanted to stop for shopping or anything, they never hesitated to help. Everything was handled with care and a smile.
Overall, it was a very relaxing and memorable trip. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to visit again with Andamantourism.org. Highly recommended!

We took a package for 5N/6D
We took a package for 5N/6D. First 2 nights were in Aparupa Sands Marina beach Resort which was comfortable, Pearl park beach resort for 2 nights in Neil Island and 1 night in Hotel Sands Haven at Port Blair. All Hotels were located in a prime location and had some recreational activities such as: swimming pool, private beach spa center etc.., though food at Havelock Island seemed a bit expensive so we took the dinner at Something different restaurant which was just 2 mins away from the Sands marina resort. Overall experience was good with this team as the team guided us properly. So, guys what you are waiting for please contact them to get the best services beside some handsome deal. In the last special thanks to Rohit chadha ji for making our wonderful trip.

We took a package from Andaman tourism. Before to book the package we were slight negative as both of we are unknown for each other. However, once the things started we noticed that the all arrangements has been done in advance and didn’t face any problems during the tom of stay.
We stayed there almost 8 days and every day was going smooth and well planned…
In finally we would to say a thanks to Rohit Chadha ji who did a lots of efforts to make our trip to memorable.
We will surely recommend Andamantourism.org to our friends and relatives.
Great service
Andaman tourism did exceptional service: we had a very comfortable journey from point to point. The drivers were on time and always responsive at anytime of the day. We booked our entire trip with them. Highly recommend Andamantourism
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Firstly and most importantly DO NOT BOOK with this company.
If you are looking to holiday in The Andamans AVOID at all costs - please book through another company.
Right from initial contact with the booking manager Rohit, I had my doubts - i just wish i'd have not proceeded with the booking at this stage 😔.
Rohit is amazing at selling the customer the "Ideal" package and promising the world but sadly not delivering 😢.
After agreeing on a firm itinerary and a firm price, we were asked to pay a deposit (normal practice so no major concerns). We were also told we needed to pay second instalment by a set date (about 2 weeks before travel), again not an issue.
About 2 weeks after we paid the initial deposit, I get a message from Rohit stating that the price has now gone up due to changes in hotel rates, not massively so we agree to pay a little more.
With over 3 months to go before our trip, I reach out to Rohit to confirm the deadline date for the second instalment. Rohit tells me in need to pay immediately to avoid losing our agreed hotel bookings. I queried that we were not travelling for 3 months but he stated if we didn't pay second instalment within a few days we would lose the hotel bookings. So with 3 months to go before our travel date, we pay the agreed second instalment.
After transferring the agreed amount of money, I asked for a revised invoice in order to know the exact outstanding balance.
Rohit forwarded me a new invoice but none of the agreed figures were displayed. We were now being asked to pay an additional fee that wasn't on the original invoice. I queried this and Rohit told me it was the customer's responsibility to pay all bank transfer fees that are charged to the company. I argued that Andaman Tourism should be paying this fee, not me as the customer. He said this is not the case 😳.
At this stage I should have cancelled the reservation but due to their terms, would have lost my deposit so decided to keep the reservation.
With 1 week to go before our holiday, I contacted Rohit to ask him to confirm that everything was now fully booked and ready for us to arrive. I received a message back saying there had been a few hotel changes and we were being offered upgrades in certain hotels. Of course, we were happy with the upgrades until we were told we had to pay for the upgrades 😳. I explained you can't offer an upgrade and then expect the customer to pay. Bottom line, when we paid our balance 3 months before our trip, no hotels had been booked and now our original hotels were fully booked so no room for us.
At this stage I asked if we could cancel. I was told I could cancel but would lose all monies paid to date as we were so close to departure. So we were over a barrel. Forced to proceed we continued onto our vacation.
As agreed, we were met at the airport which was great. However, we soon realised that our trip had been outsourced and outsourced so many times we had no idea which company was meeting us, or contacts. I spent 90% of my holiday doing Rohits job for him by contacting people asking for confirmation of drivers etc.
On the second morning we were supposed to have a 5am pick up to take us to a ferry that was leaving at 6am. No body showed up at 5am so I called Rohit. He answered, stating someone would come. Eventually at 5.30 a random taxi showed up, the driver stank of weed and then proceeded to drive at dangerous speed to get us to our ferry. Once at the ferry port I messaged Rohit and was told 'bare with me I am just waking up'. I replied, "and we have been awake since 4am waiting for your driver!".
Out of the 4 hotels that were booked for us, only 1 was the 4 star rating that was promised. At The Sandy Waves Resort in Havelock, I can only describe it as a 2 star at best - trash everywhere, awful sewerage smells, broken equipment and generally very subpar. The final hotel SeaHills in Port Blair was absolutely disgusting. We paid an extra £150 for the 'upgrade' that Rohit told us had to be paid,only to be provided with a room full of mould, dirty, smelly, wet sheets and a manager that couldn't care less. We called Rohit and explained, showing him photos of the mouldy room and he said he had delivered what we had requested 'a premium deluxe' room with bath tub. After showing him the photos, I asked if he thought this was acceptable for a 4 star hotel and he simply replied "I delivered what you requested but I will remove that hotel from our list". There was never any offer to make our stay right. The room was so terrible that both me and my husband now have respiratory issues that definitely weren't there at the start of our holiday 😕.
Bottom line, I would strongly advise at all costs against booking through Andaman Tourism unless you want a nightmare vacation.
Cellular jail. Horror converts to Disneyland
700 cells, 80,000 prisoners, mostly freedom fighters, thousands were tortured, shot, hanged. How sick is the tourism in Port Blair that turns this place of horror into a Disneyland.
Awesome destination...average arrangements
We were a group of seven senior citizens & booked our trip through Mr. Rohit of Andaman Tourism. While it was promised to be a very smooth and enjoyable experience, actually our experience was not that pleasant. At every point we had to call Mr. Rohit/ Mr. Pravin for assistance. Though they responded well but couldn't resolve issues satisfactorily. We would rate our experience just above *** overall.
Issues faced during Andaman trip
Late pickup from airport (poor coordination in spite of informing in advance)
Early check-in denied (7 senior citizens after being awake almost entirely earlier night)
B/F on check-in date was desired in stead of last day (since we were leaving at 7.30am on last day)
Free snorkeling is fake and just to attract you to go for a paid one.
Full Payment at check-in (not informed earlier) , generally it's upon check-out
At every stage payment was demanded (at the start of the day activities) as if we are running away
Check-in was delayed due to payment issue at Neil
Restaurant bills payment were demanded upon check-out at Neil & Port Blair (though they were paid at the table itself)
Check-in denied/delayed due to payment issue (in spite of having made the payment) at Port Blair
Port Blair Hotel allotted was not at all upto the mark ( so many better choices…checked by members, friends)

We took a package for 5 nights. First 2 nights were in Blue Bird Resort which was comfortable, TSG Aura for 2 night in Neil Island and 1 night in Hotel Kalki in Port Blair. Hotels were comfortable thought food at TSG seemed a bit high priced. My suggestion would be to have at least 7 days for Andaman. Otherwise the trip becomes very hectic and after travelling such a long distance you don't get to spend much time on the quiet beaches which is the forte of Andaman. The team guided us nicely and professionally whenever we had any query. Nice place, nice vacation!
Our much-anticipated Andaman vacation…
Our much-anticipated Andaman vacation was scheduled through Andaman Tourism, and it lasted six nights and seven days. During that time, we visited Havelock Island and Neil Island, as well as spending one day at Port Blair. Although I was initially unsure of the hotel that Rohit and his team had reserved, I was later quite pleased because all of the hotels—especially Pearl Park Beach Resort on Neil Island—were really lovely and lovely. We had no problems during the entire trip, though I was a little miffed about the timing of the Celular Jail light show. Rohit and his team went above and beyond to resolve the matter with a simple phone call. All in all, the trip was quite pleasant.
Every member of the support staff is incredibly helpful
and cooperative. The best thing about this tour is that Andaman Tourism handled everything flawlessly, so I
didn't have any headaches. Once again, I want to thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Good package and service by Mr Rohit and team. Very seamless ,highly recommend to blindly trust him with your bookings. Everything was exceptional, particularly the logistics . Hotels in Havelock also were very good.
One suggestion is avoid opting/booking for a package with green ocean cruise and Hotel Pearl park beach resort at neil island. Both are very poorly maintained.

Disappointing Experience with Andamantourism – A Warning for Travelers!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and rigid policies of the Company. Due to an unforeseen family emergency, I had to cancel my trip, and despite my repeated requests for at least a partial refund, the company refused to accommodate my situation.
While I understand that policies exist, there should be room for flexibility in genuine cases. Instead of showing empathy or offering a reasonable resolution, their responses were dismissive, hiding behind rigid "guidelines."
To my surprise, upon further investigation, I came across other reviews that claim Rohit Chada, who handled my case, is involved in fraudulent practices. This has completely shattered any trust I had in this company.
Customer satisfaction should be a priority for any reputed organization, especially in the travel industry, where plans often change due to unavoidable circumstances. Unfortunately, this company seems more focused on making money through fraudulent practices than building goodwill with its customers.
I will be blacklisting this company in all my travel groups and strongly caution others to stay away. Think twice before booking with this company if you value flexibility, empathy, and trust.

Rohit chaddha and the company is big fraud. Don't take any package from them. We had worst experience of my life. I paid for 4star or 5 star category hotels and received dirty third grade hotel like Aris grid in Portblair. No service, no communication nothing. He gives number of some Pravin whose incoming calls are disabled. Suddenly he changed hotel in Havelock and demanded more money. In Havelock as well received dirty hotel which we got it changed. But wasted 1 day on it. The cab driver didn't not turn up to catch Neil ferry. Finally we only had to manage our own. Even though hotels are booked he asked us to pay at hotels. Finally one day prior departure when we went to Portblair, only 2500 rs. From the package was remaining amout which he told to pay at hotel however, hotel person asked 3000 rs. when we called up Rohit he did not pick up phone as my number was saved but when we called from other number he picked up. He told you guys handle things as his duty is over. We told tomorrow we are going back in morning and made him talk to hotel person to which he told remaining 500 rs. he will adjust. So hotel guy agreed. Next morning while checking out hotel staff told us Rohit called in morning and asked to grab 500 rs from us only. When we started shouting at hotel staff he told they will not let us go unless Rohit pays amount. The hotel is Aris grid hotel which was third class pathetic. We had heated argument with them. Along with us my mother was also travelling who is 77 years old. By looking at her hotel staff agreed to check us out. It was horrible experience. Entire trip was an nightmare because of this travel company. Don't go for this company.

Initially he suggested Blue bird resort which is not a building which is actually a resort and we agreed on that. But the day prior we departed to Havelock, he changed to "Havelock Gateway" which is actually 2 buildings and not of good quality and even no hot water. Hence, we called him and complained and asked to shift us to different hotel. So he shifted us to Arina Island Resort for one day. and next day again he shifted to Blue bird resort. so our entire time gone into shifting from one hotel to other.

Absolute Fraud!!
Please do not trust this agency, I tried not to trust it with all these negative comments but Rohit has manipulated me. But at the end I’ve got cheated as well. They didn’t even refund the money they owe me, they aren’t responding to my texts or emails or calls. It is such a big fraudulent company. All the positive comments seem like fake. And the team doesn’t have manners to talk to customers. I don’t know how they are still running a company by cheating these many people. The company should be ashamed of themselves. Rohit never stands on his words, I’ve got all the proofs of his words but still changes it to his benefit.
