Very nice salon.
Faz did my hair, she was just amazing! They really know they're job!First I went to someone at home to do my hair, a VERY BAD MISTAKE, don't ever think to do that! My hair was kind of orange and damaged but Faz saved it! Very polite and she was telling me every step that she was doing!Thanks a lot Faz! You are the best! I will definitely come back!

Kathy has been very flexible in terms of training date and time (as I only offered one day and time).
The initial training was clear and was accessible for the entire team. Everybody felt like they knew a bit more about our new equipment afterwards, which is what we really want from a training session.

MPS install

Neil installed our MPS back in November and he was amazing! He was incredibly professional and polite when doing the install. The team working in the same room as him during the install all commented on how nice and engaging he was.

His training was really thorough and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Neil is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to help the customer. He is also happy to explain to my colleagues what he is doing and why, he is an asset to the Anatune workforce!

I attended a three day training course on the use of Selected Ion Flow Tube Mass Spectrometry (SIFT-MS). The trainer (Jamie) was fantastic- he was both very knowledgeable and also a great teacher. As a student with absolutely no background in chemistry, I was very apprehensive about using this technique to support my research in microbiology. However, he was able to reduce complex concepts associated with the chemistry and mechanics of SIFT-MS (a particular weak point of my own knowledge) to simple, manageable segments of information. We collected a lot of useful data under his supervision and I am now confident in using the SIFT to take samples by myself.

I would happily recommend Anatune for any training courses they may offer. They clearly have staff who take a real interest in their work and are able to teach to multiple levels in a friendly and approachable manner.

Amazing company, did an intensive training with me and my colleagues on how to use the SIFT and it was very helpful. I have a better understanding of the process and I feel a lot more confident using the equipment now.

Richard Davis was very helpful and friendly, he explained what the issue was and how to fix the issue we had with filling station pump. Overall an excellent experience.

I wanted to repurpose some older kit to make it more useful. From start to finish the whole Anatune team have been excellent. My local Rep, Lisa McGowan, came to site with the engineer that was going to undertake the work, Paul Robbins and we went through our possible uses for the older equipment. We identified a need for Dynamic Headspace Analysis and then discussed how we were going to undertake the change. Lisa organised a quote for the parts needed for the change with Paul’s help. This dialogue gave me the upmost confidence in the work we were to undertake.
The equipment arrived with no issue and our local engineer, Paul Robbins, came to install. Paul is an excellent engineer and he worked tirelessly to make sure that the old equipment worked seamlessly with the new. We have had Paul come to site many times before and he was as professional as ever. Paul works methodically and analytically in order to make sure his work is completed to the highest standards. Nothing but the best will do for Paul. I can’t speak highly enough of Paul and the work he undertakes. I think he underestimates what an excellent engineer he is.
Once the installation was completed, we had paid for Kathy Ridgway come to site to train our users on how to use the new equipment and software. Kathy passed on her experience of maintaining the equipment as well as useful tips and tricks. She then worked with me on developing a new method and the kind of steps she would use. The training has been split into two so we can have Kathy come back to site after a period of time during which we can get used to using the equipment and also try to develop method on our own, all with the confidence of knowing Kathy is just an email away. This is another excellent service offered by Anatune.
I highly recommend Anatune to everyone who wants more than just an instrument and who wants applications and first-class service and support. I'd like to thank the whole Anatune team for their professionalism and help.
