My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Leo in your Union City Store. He was very patient when we were not sure on what we would like to purchase. He didn't hover over us, or make us feel rush about the purchase. i call into the store to ask him a question a couple of days later and he was still very cordial. We would recommend ANA Furniture to family and friends.

There are many selections and the price is competitive. Representatives are welcome and Knowledgeable.

Delivery fee should be free after meeting a minimum purchase threshold. For example $500 or higher purchases.

The service just okay. The sales people mess up my 2 credit cards and made so many corrections and adjustments at the same time. It really made me so frustrated.

They have modern furniture I like that fit for any room large or small, they also have a good sale on items at an affordable price or payment plan which help people on a set income to furnish their senior apartment a high five to ANA

Ana Furniture has good selections if you are looking for living room, dining room or bed room etc. furniture with decent price.

The installers broke somewhere of the bed. but it just a small area.

Oscar Quintero was very helpful as he allowed us to evaluate many different options. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! Oscar made it very easy to make the selection, complete the order, and get delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly. Prices were very reasonable.

Your salesperson was courteous. He was not pushy so my wife had an excellent time browsing throughout the store.

A furniture they sold us for more than 3k. The same furniture/same brand/model is sold in another store for 1K. I can't trust this business.

We bought Ana furniture with order amount more than USD15000 last year and soon we found their products and services were not as good as we expected, actually their products and services are really bad. We had several problems with their products and services after the furniture delivered. They problems we had are:
1. The quality of the products are not good, although the prices are much higher than other brands, but it was very easily to damage. E.g. the bamboo chair price was USD350.00 per chair, and found that this kind of chair it’s surface is easily to make a scratch, it means even the button on my jacket will make the surface of the chair a scratch mark when I sit on the chair. I cannot believe the so expensive chair seems only for show but not for use;
2. There are many shadows on the bad wood after we clean it. E.g. we just use the towel to wipe the bad head and after that we found there are a lot of lines and shadows on the wood and cannot remove;
3. The Delivery and assembled works are not properly as many parts of furniture like drawers are not in the proper position and some of them are fallen off when we pulled out;
4. The leather sofa somehow was damaged by a scratch and the services staff took a photo and reported to their office, but the service department people responded the issue with a really bad attitude even we will pay the additional fee to change the leather but they did not give any responses and that was only 1 month long after the sofa delivered to my house.

I will say I will never buy any furniture from ANA and never recommend it to anybody I know. This company won’t be able to live longer if they don’t improve their both products quality and services!

Sofa delivered with no legs. Does no one checks the package before dispatch from warehouse?
