Another disappointing experience with this company. Order with extreme caution.

Please see my previous review regarding the poor build quality of one of their sofa beds, which started falling apart after just six months.

After months of being completely unresponsive to my requests for a replacement or refund, they eventually contacted me around eight months later, claiming there was a new management team in place due to previous issues. That initially gave me some hope.

They agreed to send replacement sofa ends to resolve the faulty design issue. My team then took the time to fit the new parts, only to discover the company had sent the wrong colour, leaving me with a mismatched sofa.

I immediately raised this with them, but once again, after repeated follow-ups, I’ve been ignored.

Poor product quality, poor customer service and repeated false hope.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Absolutna porażka, nie polecam. Czekałam 2 mies ciągle zbywanie. W końcu przyszła totalny badziew. Twarda, krzywa, niewygodna że nikt nie chciał na niej siedzieć. Zero kontaktu, poszanowania klienta itd. OSZUSCi !!!!

I would not recommend this company and suggest others proceed with caution.
We ordered a bed, and unfortunately it arrived without a mattress. We were later told this was due to the courier company “forgetting to load it,” which was quite concerning. Additionally, the delivery itself was handled carelessly, with parts of the bed not treated properly.
The bed arrived damaged — not due to transport, but because of apparent manufacturing defects that seemed to have been poorly concealed. Some elements were also missing, including the chrome legs. On top of that, the product did not match the description or photos on the website — the color and overall appearance were noticeably different.
What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of customer service. Despite several attempts to contact the company via email, WhatsApp, and phone, we received no response at all.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Hard to communicate, only watsap meseges some time, thinking it is a scam, ordered 7 weeks ago still not delivered.

Nie polecam tej firmy, teściowie kupili dwie sofy, jedna nie nadawała sie całkowicie do użytku. Z momentem kiedy chcieliśmy oddać sofe, właścicielka razem z właścicielem okazali sie bardzo nie mili, właściciel firmy przewozowej zaczął mi grozić przez telefon ze zaraz do mnie przyjedzie i zobaczę face to face. Z całego serca nie polecamy tej firmy! Jeden wielki scam !

Sofa Junior jest śliczna materiał super gruby przy dzieciach świetny .Dostawa była po 4 tygodniach ale to zrozumiałe bo sofa była robiona pod moje zamówienie . Dostawa była do Irlandii północnej za co dziękuję bardzo bo nie każda firma dowozi .
