The product is good, but the cost of shipping and the amount of time to receive the product is horrible. It takes at least 3 to 4 weeks at time to receive the product. If the company could work on the shipping costs and the time frame of customers receiving the product, the company would receive a five star.

The products are excellent, and for at least a year and half they are the only products that I've been using in my hair and my hair has been thriving. My favorite line so far is the Rosemary and Mint. Customer service is also excellent, I had an issue and I got a response the next day. The products also last quite a while for me.

I absolutely love these hair products and how my hair feels after using them.

My hair was thinning and falling out. Not sure if it was stress age or both but hair drops has literally thickened my hair and has grown it. I love this product. The only issue is have found is it doesn't seem to grow in my edges. Other than that this is a GREAT product!!

Even though I like the product, Amyla charged me for recurring shipments without my consent. I emailed “team” Amyla twice and I haven’t heard back from them. I need the recurring shipments stopped and refund my account ASAP.

I have been using Amyla Cosmetics for several years now and have tried other products and they are the best out of all of them. Their problems have really helped the growth and the strength of my hair.

Amyla shows no loyalty to their customers. This is the second time I’ve placed an order with them and didn’t receive an email, text, phone call or anything as to the reason for not receiving my order.

I have not, personally, had to speak with anyone... however, consider this a good thing, because I've not had ANY issues with my Orders or the products. I love everything I've purchased, to date, & just keep trying new items as they come up. The hair growth products, really, do work! It takes patience, but over time I've noticed areas filling back in, especially around my edges. The Shampoos & Conditioners leave my hair feeling silky smooth, refreshing, & clean. I love the AMYLA products and will continue using them!

This company is very fraudulent, I have written previously on my email that please cancel the month subscription but you didn't do that, instead you deducted money from account, how so??? I always feel scammed when you deduct money from my account

I have tried on several occasions to cancel my subscription and you continue to send orders that I don’t approve of. Please cancel my subscription. I have emailed several times and was told that the subscription was canceled, but I continue to get orders and continue to be charged I’m not happy with this service. dissatisfied.

The products smell amazing

Lately my experience with Amyla's product has been horrible. I've ordered multiple conditioners from them and they sent me ALL shampoos with a conditioner LABEL on them. It is very frustrating ordering conditioners to try to match up with all the shampoos you've been sent and you keep receiving shampoos over and over again that say Conditioner on them. And customer service is not all that great because it's only one person you keep dealing with over and over again and there's no number you can call. So, that's another frustrating thing. So, this is my Third and last time trying time ordering Black Castor conditioners to go with my MANY Black Castor Oil shampoos. I'm praying to God, that problem is now fixed. Cause I'm done with them for awhile now. I got plenty of products to last me a lifetime. I just want products that go with each other like they're intended to be. But I'm the one who keeps getting screwed and money being thrown away repeatedly because of their mistakes.

Edit 5/16/25: I received my package yesterday and once again, I've been sent 2 more shampoos with the labels that say CONDITIONER on them. At this point, the business sucks, careless in their products, greedy for money but won't get a dime of my money ever again. Try your luck with them but don't buy the Black Castor Oil line. You're gonna keep getting screwed like I have.
