Great item .. easy to use website

They appear to offer fantastic discounts. I will have to wait and see what the item is like before I can comment on the value. I couldn’t see a sizing guide for my item easily. At this stage it looks like a great buy though.

Simple, no nonsense experience. Found and bought what I needed in minutes.

While I accepted that for such a low price, I couldn’t complain too much about the three-piece suit I’d get. How wrong I was. Despite following the sizing guide carefully, the jacket and waistcoat were much too small. I’m a grown man, but this would have fit one of my teenage nephews better. Then fabric was paper thin, borderline see through. The stitching was of a poor standard; I’d expect it to fall apart within a few months of wearing. It’s not worth it. Really disappointed.

I have ordered my jacket and it took more than 15 days to arrive and quality is rubbish customer service number is fake so seems counterfeit and dodgy. Beware before ordering

Absolutely excellent service

I ordered two jackets on the 16th September but after reading poor trust pilot reviews I decided to cancel the order within an hour of placing the order. The money was taken out the next day and I was informed by email that the items had been dispatched and therefore couldn’t be cancelled however I could return them for a refund once they had been received by myself. It is now 7th October, 3 weeks after the order was placed and I have not received any items and cannot get a refund. I have contacted them and been told the item is in transit, personally I would suggest you DO NOT USE This company

The ordering process is easy and the shoes look nice. I will update further when I receive them. Since I wrote this review I have not received any shoes and I need them for a wedding and they’re not responding to my emails. I will however update if I get the shoes any time soon.

Really upset as ordered some beautiful looking boots for my birthday which never arrived (apparently marked as delivered but they're unable to tell me which company they shipped them with). I emailed custoner service and 'Daisy' just keeps sending me the same auto response. I told them I would rate on trust pilot & take to socials if they don't refund me and they've not responded. Really awful service, I'd consider it a scam. Do not order.

Order placed on the 16th of this month, 5 days after which is on the 21st, order gets cancelled with no email regarding that, checked back on the items that I purchased and what I've seen is the raised the price double, ok if going to cancel my order then tell me the price that I purchased at was a mistake dont just cancel with no reason,
And it has been 2 days I'm trying to reach out to them through email and no response.
They have put fake phone number that belongs to Westfield Stratford and they dont have customer service at all.
On the order page it says money refunded while its not, I've gave a 4 days notice if the money isn't refunded then I take that as fraud and the whole company will be closed down for that.

Got the money back 1hr after posting this review on trust pilot wow, sounds like sth fishy, what a joke company.

I liked the fashion.its gona be the best coat I've ever had.just hope the size is accurate. Dead exited.

Amazing coats

My order took a while before arriving and when it did it looked really beautiful. However the front of the shoe is too hard I'm finding that I have to curl my toes to feel somewhat comfortable. The back also hurts my heels so I have to wear a plaster to keep it from leaving me injured from friction.

Maybe try sizing up for a more comfortable fit

My boots are beautiful. Easy to order, a little time to wait for delivery as coming from Europe. Will definitely order again
