I don’t think this website is actually a company. My products have not arrived and I cannot track my order. Also have had no luck contacting customer services. I notice many of the reviews on trustpilot are before delivery- there are incentives offered for reviews so perhaps this is why. I would be interested to learn how many people receive their ordered products.

In my experience I ordered a jacket. This took ages to come & when finally arrived, was screwed up in a grey plastic bag & had been sent from China. The jacket bore very little resembalance to the one I’d ordered. The quality was awful. The website looks official & leads you to believe the goods are actually made & despatched from the uk.

I have now sent three emails, to which I’ve not received any reply, I have also reported to Facebook for misrepresentation.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered two tops, identical but in different colours. Neither of them look anything like the picture and there are no tags on them. They also are nothing like each other, made from different material and finished differently. One is shiny and really big, the one that fits me hasn't been finished properly so it only has one sleeve! It's a joke. I could have done better myself on my sewing machine. They weren't cheap but the return policy seems rather unfriendly so I'm going to take the hit and learn my lesson.

I needed a themed jumper for a hastily arranged golf competition. I tried all the usual suspects but Amory & co were the only ones that gave me confidence that they could deliver on time and more crucially, in my size. I'm not sure what size of people they employ at Amazon but their 3XL wouldn't last 2 minutes on a rugby field.

Please avoid this company at all costs, if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two items from Amoryandco, however after seeing some poor reviews on trust pilot I decided to cancel the order literally within minutes of placing it. Within minutes I was informed by via email that the items had already been dispatched (seemed rather quick) but could return them for a full refund if I was not happy, once they had been received. Having been told the items had been dispatched they took nearly a month to arrive & when eventually they did arrive, one was completely different from the description on the website.
I have contacted the customer services department by email several times requesting a return for the items and a full refund and had no response at all. I have tried calling the customer services telephone number given on the website however I believe this is fake.

In my opinion there are several warning signs that flag up for this company

1. The telephone number given on the website for customer services is the Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford, London and is nothing to do with Amoryandco even though the website seems to give the impression it is a London based company so why give a London number that is definitely not Amoryandco customer services?
2. They state on the website do not to contact your bank or credit card company over any financial disputes, why?
3. They ask you to return any items within 30 days of delivery, however it seems impossible to contact them for a return even though on the website they state they will reply within one working day -this is certainly not the case
4. Any items returned will have to be returned to the USA at the buyers cost
5. There is no paper work included with the goods. ie no dispatch note, returns note or invoice no registered address, no VAT number nothing, so you cannot return items that way as you might other online companies and the website states you cannot return any items without prior permission from customer services

I am not sure I trust all the five star reviews on trust pilot (it seems to be either 5 stars or 1 star, is that not odd?) I know my review and complaint is genuine. I will put this down to a bad experience. I do not expect to hear from Amoryandco again however please do not use this company unless you want to waste your hard earned cash and give it to some unscrupulous, underhanded, scammers

Absolutely terrible ordered a new suit on the 6th of October for a wedding wedding was on Thursday just past had to go out and buy another one had an email saying it had been dispatched the same day I ordered it emailed them 4 days later asking where it was cause the tracking number said Royal Mail still didn’t have it and they said it wasn’t even dispatched from there side it was still going through quality control. Still havent received it Sunday the 18th October emailed them looking for my money back and got told I must have it wrong I must be looking to return something
