I recently purchased a Primera LX610e printer from AM Labels and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

A special mention has to go to Jordan, who provided fantastic customer service throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and took the time to understand my requirements before recommending the LX610e. His support didn’t end after the sale either—he was readily available to answer questions and ensure everything was set up and running perfectly.

The printer itself is excellent and performs exactly as expected, but what really stood out was the level of service and aftercare. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers.

I would highly recommend AM Labels to anyone considering purchasing a labelling solution.

I have been trying to obtain a quote from AM Labels since the end of October 2025. Despite supplying everything they asked for and several emails and calls chasing an answer, I still haven't received a quote. I was looking to spend £1000's with this company, if that's the service they give, I'm glad I didn't get as far as placing an order. Apalling customer service.

Had some teething issues but everything was handled professionally and they went above and beyond to resolve.

We had a Zebra printer that became faulty and was sent off to be fixed. Limited instructions were provided for repair and the printer has since been returned damaged as well as a full role of custom transparent labels missing.

We are not happy with how the condition of the printer has been returned to us, as it was relatively new, as well as missing labels.

Company has since ignored our emails. Very unprofessional. Best to order direct or from a reputable company in case your item needs a repair.

My review is a bit different. I ordered a printer for my kitchen after doing a lot of research. However Chris Allen phoned to clarify my requirements. After a consultation I realised that my research hadn’t been that good and I’d missed a fundamental software element required for the printer. I consider this great customer service and am very appreciative that I didn’t buy an expensive printer £1500 that wouldn’t have met my needs. Thanks Chris you’re company will be top of my list next time around.

Not long started using this company as bought a machine and labels from them. All I can say is they have been brilliant. Gone above and beyond for my needs particularly Marc in sales and Chris the technical guy (who doesn't work weekends but went out his way to help me sort something out). Looking forward to building relationship with them some more.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Even though normal cut off for next day delivery is 3:00pm I ordered at 4:30pm and they turned up at 9:30 the next day... great communication (thank you Lauren.. very professional)… great quality products... save over 40% on prices we had previously paid...

We have had a lot of labels from them for the past few years, buying 1500 sheets at a time - last couple of batches of white poly labels have been so static they won't auto-feed through our copier and we have to stand there and put them in one at a time, and the clear version just melt so are completely unusable. I have been in contact with them repeatedly but they have pretty much washed their hands of the problem. I have just bought a batch from Flexilabel, and these go through our copier no problem. Don't waste your time and money with AM Labels is all I can say, because they will waste yours!
