Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the BBK 1 - 3/4 inch Shorty Headers Open Box that you recently ordered.

We reviewed your order and with Open Box orders we have photos on our site showing what the Open Box will include, if there are any dings or defects on the item. We reviewed your order and the photos and in one of the photos, we did show a small crack. We are reviewing this order with our Open Box Team so can review their posting.

We do show that you were able to set up a return with one of our Customer Service Representatives. You should have received an email with the return label.

Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks regarding the rear bumper step pad you recently ordered. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues while installing the bumper step pad.

We reviewed your order and we do show that you recently ordered the Rear Bumper Step Pad and Rear Bumper Trim Step Pad. If this is the order and the items that you are referring to we do show that the step pad is a direct replacement for Part Numbers HC3Z17B807BB and FO1191147. The first part number HC3Z17B807BB is Genuine Ford OEM rear bumper step pad (cover) designed for 2017–2022 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks. The other number FO1191147, refers to a Rear Bumper Step Pad designed for Ford trucks. It is an aftermarket replacement part, often referred to as a "Partslink number," designed to fit and function like the original equipment.

If you have issues with these items, please contact our Customer Service Team, as we do want our customers to be happy with the parts they purchase from AmericanTrucks.

We reviewed your order and we show on 4/25 you placed an order for Parking/TurnSignal Light for the front passenger side and you shared that you received the driver side instead. Please know this is not indicative of the level of service that we strive to provide to our customers.
