Item was not delivered weeks after…
Item was not delivered weeks after order was made and not until I made contact. And when item was not suitable and wanted to returned it took weeks to get a response. And realised the company is not even registered and there were multiple issues. Please stay away and do not buy.

I am so sorry to hear there was a delay with your order.
Having looked at our correspondance, I can see you initially emailed in on the 13th March to say that your order hadn't arrived, which was then chased up and your order was received by the 15th March.
From there you were not happy with curtains, so we arranged a collection, and refunded these in full for you, including delivery.
Please accept our apologies for any delay in the returns process.

I can see from our email thread that you ordered from us and were not happy with the colourway when this arrived.
We agreed a return but you were not happy about the fact that you needed to cover the postage cost back to us, which is stated clearly in our terms and conditions.
As a goodwill gesture we refunded your original shipping fee, and have refunded your items, as well as offering a 30% discount off your next order.
