The customer support is excellent. I had ordered a rug but I found that it did not suit the room. One of the team was arranging for collection with the particular company that sent the rug. It was taking a long to me for the collection and when I contacted Amalfa I was advised that the refund would be given and that I could keep the rug to give to someone else if it was not collected

My order arrived quickly
My order arrived quickly. Some of it was out of stock so I was advised of those quickly after the order shipped. I ordered a replacement and was refunded the postage. Items are as described and I am very pleased with my purchases. I ended up ordering 3 times and each time my delivery came within 3-5 days.

Absolutely disgusted with this company- do not use them! Ordered 2 small items which arrived in separate parcels - one of which was a tiny piece of foliage which could have fitted in an A4 envelope and arrived in a HUGE box full of bubble wrap - seriously terrible and makes me question using online shopping at all shhh companies like this around with no regard for how their items are packed and delivered

I ordered a duvet cover and pillowcases on 22nd April and have still not received the order or had any correspondence since 24th April when I received an email telling me pillowcases were out of stock. I replied stating I want to continue with the duvet cover. I have since sent a further 5 emails and now requested a refund as I had no response to any emails I sent.
This customer service is shocking. I would not recommend shopping with Amalfa

I have just responded to your email, to confirm we have refunded this in full.
We emailed when the order was placed to let you know that an item was out of stock, and were awaiting a response to see if you still wanted the other item, as they were part of a matching range.
Unfortunately, we have not received any of the emails apart from the one from today, so I do apologise. If you could please respond to my email to let me know where these emails were sent, so we can investigate this end?

Ordered a twig heart and forgot to change my address as just moved. Contacted Amalfa when I realised, received email confirmation that this had been noted then discovered the person I spoke to either didnt amend details of had forgotten to tell me the request wasn't actioned. They claim item has been delivered but the person in my old home hasn't received it. I have asked many times to send me proof of receipt but I've received nothing, they're also not responding to any correspondence. I'm bitterly disappointed at this behaviour and feel it's unprofessional and extremely shoddy customer service. I won't use again and I would not recommend

As mentioned by email we did amend the incorrect address on the most recent order, however the previous order had already been dispatched at this point and was sent back to the warehouse.
