Dry goods were fine. It was the cold items that didn’t make it. Either UPS is at fault or the time of the shipment or the packing. All the cold packs were warm and the cold items I didn’t trust.

I purchase $180 items. They arrived in Seattle. However, one one the item is spoiled and its lid didn’t pop out when open it. Its color has change from red to black. I try to reach customer service. Nobody turned back to me. Generally items are unique and you can’t find them easily everywhere. I gave 3 because customer service is not good. I got a message from customer support and said they will send me a new one. I will give 5 stars . Thank you
