Excellent customer service very quick delivery and effective medications. Very happy with Alternate Heath Club.

So far so good. I deducted one star because they were backlogged and I had a bit of delay and while customer service was very helpful, ultimately, they weren't correct on the timeline. However, medication arrived timely once shipped and cold. There were good instructions, and it has been very effective so far.

They had a shortage problem back at the end of June beginning of July. They were upfront about it and instead of leaving customers hang for weeks they were all notified they would have to be waitlisted. It literally lasted 2 weeks. So don’t freak out over the reviews dated from then. I have been with them for 6 months and it is absolutely amazing. No complaints. Great product great customer service. Best price around.

I can’t say enough good things about the drs and meds from this company! The dr support is awesome! I write him and he gets back to me right away. It has brought so much comfort knowing if I have any questions a professional is there for me especially when you are embarking on such a big journey to better yourself. And on a plus size I’m not the plus size anymore! 🤣 43lbs down and still losing! I feel wonderful! Only regret is not finding this company sooner!

After trying a few different companies, so glad I found AHC! From start to finish, the process has been very smooth. Can’t beat the price and I was especially impressed with the packaging! Received my medication overnight and it is so well packaged! I am excited to restart this weight loss journey and will update with results.

Why sell if you dont have the product. About the 20th of July I received a email (as did most customers) That my account was put on hold due to a decrease in supply. I was told 4-5 week wait. Well here it is September 3rd and my account is still on hold. And of course no one responds to emails or phone calls.

They were great till my subscription was put on hold, I'm on my last 2 shots and haven't heard anything yet. I went somewhere else. I'm very disappointed, I liked them! I lost 7 lbs in a month

I am on trizepatide and this is the third place I have used and will definitely be staying. It has been the least expensive,(I've done a lot of research and their prices are amazing). Any questions I have had whether by email or messaging through their website they have gotten back to me right away. There's no hidden fees which I have found with some other places and their prices don't go up with a dosage changes. Thank you, alternative health.

I am going on my 2nd month with Alternate Health Club and I received a message that they were on back order for medicine. After some concerns they went out of their way to accommodate me and make it possible for me not to miss out on my dosage which is very much appreciated a few of their employees kept in contact with me and made this possible.

STAY AWAY FROM AHC!!! My wife and I signed up and are actively taking GLP-1 we were now told they are on a 5 week delay so now we have 1 more week dose left and are screwed!!! STAY AWAY !!!! @Alternate Health Club

My wife and my next dose was supposed to ship next week (Monday Tuesday ish)
And got told 5-6 weeks

I chatted AHC and they said to reach out to strive and they’ll send my perception to them. When I called strive they said it would be $295 AND AHC is not registered with them so they can’t do anything. So not sure why AHC would recommend a company that cannot fulfill.

The first month was great,quick response time,quick delivery. Unfortunately July 18 when I placed an order for month 2 I received and email the next business day that said it was approved.I then got an email July 21 saying it was shipped but to my surprise when I clicked the fed ex tracking number it said “packaged canceled by the seller”. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response and today July 25 I get an email stating due to high demand I’ll be placed on a prioritized wait list and new orders won’t be fulfilled until further notice. All of this is just crazy to me since I’ve been a member for over a month and can’t get response on where my order is or if I’ll be refunded. Also I saw they increased prices by $10 so I can only imagine once this waitlist is over will a price increase accompany it

Absolutely fraudulent!! Took my money and never received my medicine! Did not ship overnight and delivered to wrong location. They basically told me it was up to me to find my package.

I placed my order on a Sunday and received my medication on Wednesday. I spoke with my Telehealth physician and he was very informative and answered all my questions. The timing and customer service has been impeccable. I loved that my medication came with B12 and Glycine. The pricing and transparency of this company is outstanding. Thank you Alternate Health Club for giving me back my health and being a part of my Journey.

Loved how smooth AHC was. Was out of town for a week and forgot to take my blood pressure pills with me. Made an appointment and within 15 minutes I was speaking to Dr. S! He was very respectful and easy to talk to. Was able to pickup my medication within the hour. Definitely a life saver and would use again. Highly recommend!
