I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a jacket and they sent the wrong color. They told me they would send the correct color as soon as I started the return process. (This was a Christmas gift). I started the return process on December 7th. They received the return on December 10th. When I did not receive a replacement jacket by December 19th, I reached out (via email as they do not take phone calls) to get a status check. They told me the jacket was out of stock and that they would give me store credit for when it was back in stock. I explained that the jacket was a Christmas gift for a January ski trip and asked for a timing estimate. They completely stopped responding to my emails. They issued me store credit for the cost of the jacket I purchased during a black Friday sale and are not willing to send me a replacement.

Despite the “hassle free returns and exchanges” plastered all over the website, the returns page is intentionally misleading. They DO NOT allow refunds, only exchanges or credit, so once you spend your money it’s gone forever.

Wished I had known about this site and read reviews. I received the wrong size as I had incorrectly ordered. I sent email to company about exchanging but was running short on time so reordered correct size with expedited shipping. I did receive a generic AI response which outlined that I would only receive store credit. I responded to email (tried to call but they do not accept calls) to ask if I could get credit back for the 2nd hoodie I purchased since I could not wait for exchange process. I have emailed twice with absolutely no response. My expedited shipping label was created on Monday with a message that my item had shipped but indeed the tracking did not start until Wednesday. According to the tracking the hoodie will not arrive until after my son leaves for his snowboarding trip. While part of the problem of this order lies within my error-the lack of customer service and the reviews above that establish the pattern give me great pause about the company. I would not recommend the company to anyone. The product durability review will have to wait until we receive it but I am a bit worried based on what I have now read.

I ordered a jacket on Nov 28. I received notification on Nov 30 that my jacket was shipped and on its way. However, no shipment was ever sent. I reached out and got a response but no movement on shipping. It's now 5 days after they reached out and still no progress. My credit card is charged but no idea if I'm ever going to get the jacket. I should have trusted the negative reviews. Notice they only post the positive reviews on their site ..I've written 2 negative reviews and none are posted.
Bad quality worst service!!!!
Reached out to the company twice and no response ! The coat I purchased which I received on December 4th and after wearing it for the first time, I noticed that the pocket was already damaged and completely torn. For a coat priced at nearly $200, I expected significantly higher quality and durability. This issue makes the item unusable, and I am very disappointed. I asked to replace or get a refund-totally engorged me. Be warned!!!! Don’t be tempted to buy!!!!
Co sent the wrong color hoodie
They sent the wrong color hoodie and have not responded back to any of my emails to process an exchange for a mistake they clearly made. How do you get Artic Blue mixed with Brown? Avoid this company at all cost.
9 days and still not shipped.
I ordered 1 hoodie on 11/17 and today is the 26th. It still has not shipped. They told me that they only have 2 people working in shipping and that UPS was part of the problem also because they are slow to scan pickup packages. 9 days and it hasn't even left the facility.

I ordered this product early as a Xmas present for my son. I didn’t realize unfortunately that the return policy was only 30 days. The size was too big so I thought I would at least be able to exchange it for a size down but they will not let me. I get the return piece, but not letting me exchange it for a smaller size. Makes zero sense to me. They are still getting their money. Super disappointing. Looks like I’ll be selling this myself so that I can afford to buy my son a smaller jacket.

I wish I had thoroughly read their refund policy and reviews before ordering one of their jackets as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As other reviewers said, the order was quite late and the “small” jacket was huge. My daughter saved the original packaging. They accepted our return, and now we have “gift card” to their store which is useless for us. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Fell apart after one year of use - maybe used it 10 times
I love the product. However I received this Feb 2024 and have worn it maybe 10 times and recently noticed a small tear in the front of the hoodie. I reached out to support only for them to offer a 30% discount since it’s over a year old (even though this is a snowboard jacket and is only worn during the winter). So what I heard is the price of the hoodie is only worth a year of usage? This is unfortunate given I love to support small business and really like the product. But now, I will no longer be ordering any products from alpha tech.
Poor Quality. Awkard Sizing. No Refund Policy.
I ordered a hoodie for my daughter. Quality was poor and fit was inaccurate. When I processed the return, they refused to refund my money. Only store credit for...more poorly made, bad-fitting hoodies...cause that's all they make. I pleaded with them to just refund my $200 so I could buy my daughter a ski jacket from another brand that would fit her. They simply refused over and over again and cited 'policy'. I've never dealt with any brand that refused decent customer service despite repeated attempts and pleading! Do not buy from this brand unless you're positive you like their products already. They're too expensive for what they make and it's too risky.
ZERO customer service...terrible company to deal with...
First know that there is no way to reach someone on the phone and that you would be lucky to get a response to an email within 48 hours. I ordered a hoodie jacket for my son for christmas and the fit was huge on him despite following the size chart. We asked to exchange it for a different size but after several weeks of waiting I finally received an email and they claimed that there was a stain in it upon arrival. I did not take pictures before returning, I have never done this or felt the need to do so and I had absolutely no recourse.
First it took almost 3 weeks to receive the jacket, then several weeks of waiting to hear back about the exchange only to be told they would give a 70% credit and no refunds. I needed to get my son a jacket for a ski trip in February so I ended up paying an additional $60 to get it on top of the price I already paid.
I will NEVER order from AlphaTech Apparel again and I will let all of the members in our SkiMoms group (we have a FB group of over 16k moms) know how bad their customer service is and to avoid them.

Avoid. Absolute rubbish. Size is way off. It’s a super heavy material. Got a large and it looks and feels like an extra large.
Return policy is a scam. No way to get a refund. You can return for an exchange or sore credit. And you are charged a restocking fee.
It was also delivered well past Xmas. Crappy company, crappy product.

Love my hoodie! Had no issues with ordering/delivery and product performs great in cold, wet snow! Keeps me warm and looks great on the slopes!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered items as Xmas gifts a month ahead of the holiday. Received items 2 weeks after Xmas when no longer needed, as we had already replaced the gifts when we grew concerned that we wouldn’t have before Xmas. When we finally received I inquired about a refund. Was told they don’t do refunds even though they were completely at fault. What it comes down to is the fact that this is just a scam Instagram business, imo. Absolute joke. DO JOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
Worth the wait
I ordered on 12/18 and to be perfectly honest was worried at first that I got scammed due to the shipping delays. The company did however respond to my emails and apologized for the delays. It seems like they encountered unexpected demand and didn’t quite have the capacity to handle it.
That said the product arrived today and I am really impressed! 5/5 for the hoodie. It really is everything I’d hoped and I can’t wait to wear it on the slopes. Only gave 4 stars due to the delay, but I am hopeful the company will scale up their shipping capacity to resolve that issue.
Buy with confidence. You won’t be disappointed.
Never received merchandise
Hoodie jacket that was $180 was supposed to be mailed out by Dec. 18 to me. I put in a cancellation of the order on Jan. 3 when it still hasn't been shipped to me I bought another jacket. Within 30 minutes of me emailing about cancelling order, they then said they were about to put my order to ship. If it ships, I will have to pay for shipping to return and a restocking fee. I emailed again asking them to cancel the order and not ship it. I put in a dispute charge with my credit card.
