Dont waste your money or time with this company. Fought for months to get a refund on merchandise I never received. I got lucky and was able to go the warehouse several times to get a partial refund. They still owe me money. Company is broke and feeding of the public.

Great company! Best base layer shirt for riding I've ever worn......had it for 3 seasons now. I've been on the snow every year since 1974. Highly recommend.....

The hoodie is not true to size. Returned the item unworn, unused, in original packaging and box and tags for an exchange of smaller size. Alpha Tech claims "tag is missing" and they "disposed of item immediately" as a result, thus offering no exchanges, no refunds, nor return of the returned item. Potential return fraud here and worst customer service ever seen. Had to do credit card dispute

I would give a zero, but it's not an option. The clothing is expensive, but high quality. I wish I had read the reviews. I needed to return my third order but NO, They are only issuing store credit diminished by withholding for handling, shipping and only issuing store credit. I filed with 2 Federal agencies. BBB most people use, but they have no teeth. If you have been burned utilize these Federal Agencies: The Federal Trade Commission (202) 326-2222 (Bear Claws) and ic3.gov ( Internet Crime division) (Shark Teeth) No phone number, but they replied to me quickly. I hope we end up in court, I am batting 1000 there. I will continue to bring their fraudulently deceptive Website's business practice to light. Until they return every penny. Hassle Free Returns! Just received Soft flex: Pro in Arctic Blue. Best Hoodie style jacket on the market and I’ve had a few. Super comfy and very flexible. 10/10 would recommend!!

Order was shipped immediately and I received the hoodie within 3 days. My husband loved it, kept him warm and dry and had great mobility for skiing.

I would like to share the outstanding experience that I recently had with Alphatech Apparel. I placed this order for a Softflex Pro a few weeks ago. When it arrived, I realized the package was mismarked and I had received a small instead of a large. I inquired about an exchange but Alphatech was out of stock on the size large. I saw them come back in stock 2 days later and quickly placed another order. I received the correct size very quickly, and I am so happy with it, I have decided to keep the size small and give it to my son for next season. Awesome product! And great customer service. Alphatech has absolutely gained a forever customer. I couldn’t be happier.

These people are crooks. I ordered a sweatshirt a size larger than I normally wear so I could layer under. It did not fit so agreed to exchange for a larger size. They no longer have what I want so they are offering store credit in lieu of a credit back to me. This isn't $20, its over $200. I'm not sure if there is a law against this but there should be, its stealing. I have no interest in purchasing anymore and now they are holding my money. Buyer beware!!

wish we had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. now we have to go to BBB and probably small claims court. same problem as everyone else. no exchange or items available and they will not provide a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The apparel I ordered for my husband post Christmas. He did not like the fit and did not feel this style would be feasible for him at work. I contacted them within 30 day and was told I could only receive a store Credit - is that even legal?

This company is committing a number of crimes. I had just sent an email back to them to give them a little heads up about their illegal business practices. Reading all the 1 star reviews I now realize I should not be kind. For all of those who were victimized by Alpha Tech apparel, I strongly encourage you to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Tell your story. It only takes a handful of complaints for the them to look in to it. There are states that require the company to issue a full refund due to the Consumer Protection Act. Them charging you for the return and restocking fee and issuing store credit instead of a full refund is illegal in many states. If you have purchased from this company and they did this to you or even didn't refund you through their "store credit" please have a charge back issued on your credit cards and file them as fraud. If you used debit, file fraudulent purchase and have the bank issue the refund. If our government even thinks they will make a dollar by investigating this company, they will go ahead and do it. If there was 1 thing I know for certain about our government, they LOVE issuing multi million dollar fines to companies who break the law. Bankrupt these guys 😏

File disputes with your credit card people!!! This company is a scam. They sent the wrong items, wrong gender and wrong size and then won’t get back to you or issue refunds. They remove all reviews like this so I am trying to get the word out all over. Your credit card dispute will cost them $50 and eventually shut them down because they will not be able to take credit cards. Or perhaps they will actually provide customer service and provide a phone number and make up for mistakes rather than be closed.

They sent me the wrong sizes and wrong gender and they do not care. I would be out $500 if I didn’t use my American Express, which I know will have my back against this shady south American company operating outside of laws of the US and Canada.

I purchased a jacket from Alphatech Apparel as a Christmas gift. Their website advertises “hassle-free returns,” but in reality, they do not offer refunds—only exchanges.

When I returned the jacket, Alphatech Apparel claimed it had a “stain.” The photo they provided shows what appears to be dust—something that could easily be wiped off. The jacket was never worn or damaged, yet my refund was denied.

When I asked for the jacket to be returned, they informed me it had been discarded. This denied me the opportunity to have my property returned or to address the issue myself. I consider this effectively taking an item I paid for.

I have seen other customers report similar experiences. Alphatech Apparel’s advertised policies and casual marketing are misleading. Their practices are unfair, opaque, and unprofessional.

Consumers should be aware that Alphatech Apparel may refuse refunds, destroy merchandise, and enforce policies that do not match their advertising.

I ordered a hoodie with expedited shipping and the company sent me a bogus tracking number. I emailed them several times and only received automated responses. The company does not list any phone number and there is no text or chat feature. I resorted to contacting then via Instagram and they responded saying someone would email me. Well, it was too late, I missed my ski trip. When I got back, I requested to exchange the M for S and they pushed me to a store credit. I insisted on them providing a "hassle-free" exchange as advertised, but then they admitted they don't have the size and don't know when it will come in. So you can't even get an exchange with a long delivery. They just insisted on me taking the store credit. Im going to return the jacket, but at this point, I'm so frustrated I just want to warn people about the horrible customer service and terrible exchange policy. A good company is not built on a product alone. It takes good customer support and thoughtful exchange/ return policies to build a successful business.
Finally, they have blocked Google reviews on their business profile. This last fact alone should steer everyone away. What a shame.

Not only is the product subpar, but their return policy is crap. We went by their stupid sizing chart and still too small, so we went to exchange them and they charged a restocking fee. Then they said they were out of the size and style we needed so they would give us a store credit because they don’t give refunds by policy. When they had the one we needed in stock we tried to use the store credit and it didn’t work. After multiple attempts at contacting them, someone finally gets back to us and makes all kinds of excuses like “we’re a small team” “we’re very busy” etc and then goes on about how “valued” we are to them and then telling us when they tried to use the credit code it worked for them. So, basically we are so valued that they are calling us liars. After wearing the hoodies a couple times they are nothing special. Just regular hoodies you can buy at Scheels, Amazon etc. Garbage product, terrible customer service. Stay away from this place.

As you can see we are a hoodie wearing family. This hoodie has outperformed itself. So far the snowboarding season. It is cutting warm and dry in the coldest of temperatures while snowboarding. I have only been wearing a t-shirt under it and I sweat because it is so warm. I absolutely 100% recommend this hoodie to everyone! You will not be disappointed. I just wish the media pocket was a little bit bigger as my phone barely fits in it. I have a Google pixel 9 pro XL, and it's pretty tight fit. Other than that not one thing is wrong with this hoodie.

If you are unsure of this product, their return policy is garbage. NO REFUNDS, only exchange & store credit & they charge you a$12 re-stocking fee. This upsets me so much I don't even want to attempt an exchange because I don't want to rep a company that does this!

Scam. Do not order. I order $400 worth of gear that was low quality. I asked for a Refund. Their Refund/replace policy is a joke. They will only do a replacement even though it is clearly written in their policy that either was an option. Company "refunded" me with a gift card that expires.
