I wish I had read the reviews on here - I wouldn’t have ordered any item from them. Quick to take your money even when they don’t have stock.
Sizes are way too small and colours are different from display.
Qualities are very poor and takes forever for them to deliver.
Anything and everything that could be wrong is here.
Avoid please.

Terrible quality products, ordered a cami set, the bottoms were literally half the size of the top (like size 14 top, size 4 bottoms, both labelled a L). Another cardigan smelt horribly, like damp fish, and after opening it I found a flea on my sofa! It was also not the same shape/size as in the pics.
All products arrived very late, and I had to argue for my refund (which I did eventually mainly get).
Save your money!

Although the goods arrived well packaged, the items are awful. Truly awful. Really cheap, tacky, and nothing like the pictures.
But I suppose the old saying is correct , but cheap, buy twice.
I’m now going out to spend money on quality items.

I ordered from Berlin. Without registration. I liked one of the pullover I bought and I did not like the other sweater they are returning policy is terrible I had to write an email I got an answer and then I had to write an email again and then I got an answer again and they said that I should go into the app and under my orders I should return and I explained that I ordered without registration so once I register now under my order in the app was nothing it was empty. They did not answer. I am shocked I think it’s the worst experience I ever had regarding returning policy.

I ordered 3 shackets as Xmas gifts for friends and family . The quality was atrocious , not at all like the images portrayed online . It took 1 month for goods to arrive and when I tried to return the items they said I could keep them as a gift and said they would refund me . These items are so bad that I can’t even give them away as no-one including myself would be seen wearing one. Worst experience of buying online goods by far. Complete shambles .

I ordered 2 knitwear sets back in October and absolutely loved them both, so much so that I ordered 3 more straight away. Yes they take a while to come but if you download the app, you can keep an up to date track on your items. To date I’ve ordered 10 knitwear sets and been over the moon with them all, the quality is fantastic and for an overseas company, the sizing isn’t too bad for me (size 12)
I love that they regularly send me money off and free shipping, and when an item was delayed I received £6 discount of my next purchase. I’m awaiting another set and just placed another for a jumper. Definitely recommend the knitwear, the styles are similar to Zara but cheaper and better quality and they wash well

I ordered a Christmas jumper which arrived 4 weeks later! It was nothing like the photo and looks awful.
I have sent 2 emails to Allylikes asking for a refund, but they unfortunately haven't acknowledged my emaiks

They told me an item was out of stock AFTER I had paid for it and they "issued a refund" that barely covered HALF the price of the initial item. WHAT A JOKE. Won't buy from here again.

Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before buying from these people. Firstly, thinking as it was Allylikes UK it would come from the UK instead of which it came from Asia somewhere and took ages. Secondly, trying to return is a nightmare. In the end I decided not to bother and to donate my items to charity. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Delivery took a bit long but says from overseas so expected. Loved the items. Quality good for the price. Will order again

Ik heb er een jurk besteld, en die is gewoon binnen gekomen. Het leek precies als op de afbeelding. De levertijd was 3 weken wel. De site geeft me hetzelfde idee als Shein.

Their services are very poor and I haven’t gotten my order till today. It shows delivered on the website but I haven’t gotten anything till now, this isn’t right. I have tried contacting allyLikes a couple of times but to no avail.

Ordered from allylikes stupidly without checking out the website first, after seeing really bad reviews on Trustpilot and YouTube all saying the same thing about their poor customer service, poor quality and false advertising of clothing and how long it takes for their item to arrive, I immediately went back onto my order to cancel it so I could escape the same mistake but found there was no way to do so (I imagine that’s done on purpose) and if there is a way to cancel your order it’s not very clear on how to (also probably done on purpose).
So I emailed straight away asking them to cancel my order immediately before it’s dispatched…4 days later they finally responded to me and said it’s already been dispatched and so they couldn’t cancel it! (Funny that!) So I asked for a refund as it’s not my fault they took so long getting back to my email. I’ve had the most useless response from them that’s just been copied and pasted from the first email which overall took about 8 days in total for them to tell me the exact same thing… pretty dumb right? I guess I will have to just wait for the order to arrive!
Worst customer service ever, it really shouldn’t take that long to respond to customers no matter how busy you are, especially as I find it really hard to believe that they are even that ‘busy’ at the moment which is their main excuse they are using for their late responses to customers, it must be all the complaints they are receiving haha!
I dread to think what my dress will be like, I’ll update this review when it does finally turn up!

Ordered a jumper in time for Christmas. Checked the tracking number, which confirmed ‘Delivered and signed for’. Item definitely NOT delivered or signed for as I have been here waiting.
No mention of courier or delivery company name, no response to polite email to customer services.
When I ordered I did doubt my own sanity, should have listened.
Avoid.

The communication was poor and it took them until the item was delivered to give me a tracking number, but I did get my dress and it was a good/true to size fit. Only thing is the label said Shein so I looked on the Shein site and found the exact same dress but half the price! Assuming this is a re-selling site so maybe shop around!

Placed an order mid November for a Christmas present for my granddaughter, due delivery 10th December (today!) email this morning advising of a delay of 5-15 days, so she is likely to be disappointed! Having read other reviews I wish I’d swerved this site and I’d really prefer a refund!
The item finally arrived, and was nothing like the one I ordered, different colour and shoddy quality. However, I made a complaint and was offered a full refund, without returning the article, including delivery charges, which was in my bank within a week. So, whilst not impressed with the goods, I am reasonably happy with the outcome.

I ordered 2 xmas long sleeved tops with motives on the front. I ordered a size L and an XXL. They have arrived and to say im dissapointed is an understatement. The fabric is cheap and has no stretch, the design is an iron on transfer that has no sparkle like you see on the website. The sizes are laughable and would not fit the slimmest of people. DONT BUY ITS RUBBISH.
