Missing Items

Last month I ordered from the wesbite because I saw an add on my IG. I ordered 3 items in total, however only 2 items arrived. The shipping was fast about 2 weeks to arrive to The Netherlands. The customer service and the refund process of the missing item was actually pretty smooth without a problem. Customer service is fast and reliable. I The quality of the clothing is pretty decent for the low price.

Utter cheap tat. Not the same items in the pictures!! Very poorly copied & made in china. Do not be fooled!! Do not buy anything from this company!!!

Pakketje zou “geleverd zijn” niet dus, track en trace gaf aan dat hij nog onderweg was . Had ik berichtje gestuurd hoelang het nog duurt is het daarna ineens veranderd dat her blijkbaar 2 weken geleden al geleverd was wat dus totaal niet waar is nu reageren ze nergens meer op…

Took payment on 8th March, no order confirmation. Refunded on 14th March with no contact to say why. Not been contacted at all since ordering. Wouldn't use if I were you!

Una stella solo perchè non è possibile attribuirne ZERO.
Dopo quasi un mese dall'ordine ( 2 articoli) ricevo UN articolo che nulla c'entra con quanto ordinato. Scrivo al loro servizio clienti che mi chiede di inviare foto dell'articolo ricevuto e del relativo imballo.
Dopo di che si volatilizzano.

Door welk bedrijf word het bezorgd? Ik ben al 3 week aan het wachten op een jas en nu kan ik me geld terug krijgen maar wil gewoon die jas en ze zeggen dat ze zijn geweest en dat ik het kon ophalen maar er is niemand geweest dus wil graag met post bedrijf bellen zodat ik hem als nog kan halen

Zeer slecht!! Het maakt me zelfs boos hoe slecht de service is bij ally likes. Een jurkje besteld die ik niet mooi vond, alleen het retourneren wordt je ontzettend moeilijk gemaakt. Ten eerste moet je al een foto sturen om te bewijzen dat het uberhaupt terug mag, daarna wordt je retour beoordeeld maar kreeg ik geen pakbon of iets dus weet niet eens waar ik hem moet sturen.

Not trustable company. Ordered some stuff for my wife few days ago money taken,my order not confirmed with any e-mail.and surprisingly my things suppose to be delivered in July when during time I was ordering they said delivery will take couple of weeks. That stupid, I would never order nothing when If I would need to wait more than five months, unless that would be some exclusive stuff.but by reviews I think it will be ordinary rubbish if they will come at all.

I ordered an item for my girlfriend after I saw an add in facebook about a month ago.
At no point was I informed that the goods will take this long to arrive (about a month), as they are shipped all the way from China and not from within the UK.
When we finally received the item, it didn't fit my girlfriend (too small). The size it came in does not represent the true size that we needed in accordance to the UK sizes.
I tried to engage in the horrendous return process on the merchant's website. After jumping through all the hoops, I got a message "the service is not currently available, try again later" - how convenient!
I'm very pessimistic about the return and getting my money back.
Don't be fouled - this is an unreliable Chinese online retailer with no interest in customer journey or satisfaction

This company is beyond belief.
The quality is beyond poor.
Firstly in their marketing they say fast delivery -I received my parcel a month after!! In this day and time, there is no excuse for having your deliveries made that late. When I told them I wish to cancel my delivery they ignored the messages and continued to write heartfelt unprofessional emails blaming it on some weather condition in TUrkey - as a customer
- I do not care about that. What I do care is that you acknowledge my complaint and answer to it.

Secondly, when I finally received the parcel it was wrapped so poorly that even when I myself send a parcel I wrap it up better - but thinking that a company wishes to present itself that way tells you all.

Thirdly, the items were beyond poor. Bad material that actually scratches your skin - for a price out of a store?? Are you kidding me? Of course, NOTHING matches the images.

But cherry on top is when you try to return it. They ask you for images and explanation and actually dare to tell you that they will nto include shipping? I mean is this really happening after all you put your customers through?!!

One may ask why did I even order this with all the bed reviews - unfortunately I didn't read them. Of course any good comment on trustpilot was a paid advert, so trust me on this one and don't order.

Naturally, a good company would not only give your money back but would reimburse you for such a bad experience. However, allylikes I would never dream of such treatment coming from a scam company. Stay clear away from this people.

26 januari een trui besteld, vandaag binnen (10 februari) trui is precies zoals was afgebeeld. Ik was behoorlijk sceptisch, na alle recensies, maar ben niet teleurgesteld dus.

I'm very surprised at such poor reviews. I ordered a jacket. It is beautiful. Sadly it's too small. I asked if I could send it back for a larger one, they said I could keep it and immediately refunded my money. Absolutely no problem. I shall order the larger jacket. Wonderful service.

I’m surprised by the number of negative reviews for this company, I ordered a hoodie two weeks ago and was suspicious when I hadn’t received a confirmation email or tracking information a week later. I lodged a case with PayPal as I couldn’t find a way to contact the company direct and they came back to me the same day. I then checked my junk emails and the order and tracking information was in there! Tried to cancel the chargeback but PayPal closed the case in my favour and I was fully refunded on the same day that my order arrived. When I contacted AllyLikes to rearrange payment, they told me to keep it as a gift! Such a lovely gesture. I would recommend firstly paying via PayPal in the first instance and checking your junk/spam inbox before deciding you have been scammed 🙂

Ik had het artikel 5 dagen geleden besteld en nu pas kreeg ik een bericht dat ze het product niet op voorraad hebben dus dat ze mijn geld terug storten. Heel vervelend

Belachelijk. Iets besteld en wat je krijgt is totaal niet zoals op het plaatje. Lachwekkend.

Heb een maat groter besteld voor een hoody.
Bestelling kwam bijna een week eerder dan aangegeven werd.

Don’t buy! You order, you pay instantly, and wait, and wait and wait! I didn’t receive all of my order & sizing very small. The web site tells me that all my order was delivered. After waiting since 5th December, & sending 7 emails, I am still waiting for a refund. BEWARE !

4 producten besteld en alle 4 zijn top! De kwaliteit van de producten is zeer goed en de maten perfect. Zolang je zelf goed weet wat je maten zijn (in cm, dus niet in je 'gewone' EU maat!) en eerst bijvoorbeeld de reviews van dezelfde producten op Ali bekijkt dan kan het eigenlijk niet mis gaan. Heb 3 flanellen blouses besteld en een lange winterjas. Kreeg ook nog een leuke korting, ik ben er erg blij mee! Bezorging was sneller dan aangegeven, +/- 2,5 week.
