I made an order for socks and they never arrived. I emailed them and they never got back to me. As soon as I made a chargeback with my bank, they emailed me saying that they are out of stock. This is incredibly deceptive because when I bought the items they weren't out of stock and shipping was supposed to be a couple of days. Terrible.

My Allwear bra was well made but simply did not fit. They advertise "free and simple returns" however the return is for store credit only! This is poor and slightly deceptive business practice.

I ordered 3 items of clothing from Allwear. They arrived and all had important features that I did not want, that had not been reported in the advertising. I asked for a return and refund. The company refused to refund my purchase for anything other than store credit. I questioned this -- since it was their inaccurate advertising that was the reason for my return. They refused. They pay lip service to serving their customers. They are shady, deceptive, and seriously lacking in integrity. Their return policy is hidden from consumers. They do not meet the standard of the industry, or of honorable humanness. May they reap what they sow.

Watch out!! I was excited to try a pair of organic joggers. I ordered and tried them on. They were very baggy in the waist area to the point that I could not wear them. So I returned. I wore them for a total of maybe a minute. After waiting 15 days they said they couldn’t accept my return because they were worn. It was a complete lie and now I’m out $80. This is a scam. So please be careful. I would definitely recommend spending your money with Pact or another company that wouldn’t do this to a customer!

I had been looking into cleaner workout clothing for a while. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered Allwear, but forgot I had a coupon code. They adjusted and sent me a refund no questions asked.

I like the sweat shorts I bought. The color is nice and I was able to return a shirt that was to small.

I have purchased several pairs of the bamboo leggings and absolutely love them. They are true to size and wash veerywell. I will be suying more.

I have mixed feelings. I love that Allwear makes non-toxic clothing which is why I've purchased here. Sizing on sweat pants was hard to gage and I had to return my first pair for a different size, the return was easy but it took a really long time for the size I needed to be back in stock. The sweatpants are very nice. I am disappointed with the athletic socks. I bought quite a few pair for my son who is a tennis coach. He only coaches 2 days a week so not really heavy use. Every single pair developed a hole in the heel seam. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I don't mind paying more for non-toxic or organic clothes but I do expect the same wear life as I would get from cheap socks I purchase from Amazon.

Everything I have ordered has been top quality. I have returned a couple things due to sizing but I love the fact that their clothes are beautifully made, non toxic & comfortable!

The socks themselves are good. However. I have been unable to cancel my subscription. First they sent me the wrong size. I reached out and they gave me a shipping label to return the socks and said they would mail the correct size. What they did was created a second subscription in the correct size and kept the first incorrect one. When the socks shipped again I reached out and asked for both subscriptions to be canceled. They assured me both were cancelled moving forward. A month later I received a shipping notification that yet another shipment of socks was coming my way. When I logged in I saw that the incorrect size is still active as well is scheduled to to shipped soon. So customer service lied and did not cancel either subscription. It’s just been a headache. Online it says the correct subscription is cancelled and yet today it shipped more socks from the cancelled subscription. I am not sure why anyone would need so many socks or why a company would lose a customer by lying about the status of a subscription. Buyer beware.

My husband tried the briefs, and it’s going to take some used to as far as getting sizing right since they naturally fit snug and shrink more. Always size up in cotton underwear I guess! But customer service was great when it came to questions and troubleshooting an order.

The bamboo leggings are soft and fit nicely.

I love that this clothing is non toxic, we need more of these companies. + the customer service has always been really well, and returns are easy.

I bought a couple multi packs of socks. I tried a pair on for 30 minutes and they wouldn't stay on my feet. (They are properly sized.)

I like what this company stands for and I love the sweatshirt I bought from them. But I also purchased a tank top from them and it was just too tight (even though I used the sizing chart). So I tried to exchange it but they don’t have an exchange program (only a refund program). But because I bought the top during one of their sales, along with a discount code, the money I would receive from the refund is not enough to cover purchasing the top again in a larger size. However, I did proceed with the refund and have yet to receive my refund digital gift card (it has been 10 business days but their site says to allow for 10-15 business days…).

I think this company is a scam to be honest. They stuffed up my order and refuse to send me the correct product. They also said they would refund one product after they told me, only after I’d emailed, that my shorts were on back order and won’t arrive for another 8 weeks! What!! No mention of this when purchasing.

I haven’t received my refund.
They are trying to make me send the incorrect product back before they send me the correct one. Like no, it sounds like a scam and I have never in my life been scammed before!

Misleading return policy, poor customer service
I purchased 3 items, everything fit too small.

2 arrived after about a month.

I didn’t like the quality when they arrived.

They claim free returns but the fine print says *to credit only* in their terms and conditions

I tried to cancel the third item since it had been so long and I learned I would only get credit if they shipped, but their support email bounced - as in, email Inbox had no way to contact them

This has since been resolved however I have been waiting multiple weeks for a supervisor to get my credit refunded due to their misleading return policy.

Do not order unless you are committed to purchasing something from them

The products are lovely, high quality. However, as a dancer and fitness/flexibility coach, I'd personally love something a little lighter. I purchased the leggings, cargo pants and a bra. And while the cargo pants are great for daily wear, the leggings were still too heavy for working out. They were flexible enough but, for me, too hot and heavy. So a lighter-weight leggings would be great. Also, leggings with side pocket(s) would be appreciated.

The socks I ordered separately and are fantastic. Super soft and comfy- great inside my jazz sneakers.

Shipping was disappointing. My order came in separate shippings and took longer than expected.

But overall a great product, wonderful fit and true to size. I am sure the kinks in shipping will smooth out in time. I will be recommending your products to my clients :)
