This company would not refund me for the product that didn’t fit. They wanted to give me a store credit and claimed it was apparent on their website.
It isn’t.
I never would have bought it if I couldn’t get a refund and the topper was they wouldn’t even credit the full amount.
I threw it out and wanted others to know.

I love that cleanliness of their clothes. They're coming out with new designs and clothing articles. I'm replacing my closet with these!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I keep getting the run around and misled from this company since I made a purchase on November 28th, 2025 (time of writing is January 5th, 2026). When I made the initial orders from their website, both items were in stock and and supposed to be shipped within 5 business days. Fast forward to the 5th business day, I reached out for a status update, as the items were Christmas gifts and trying to plan accordingly, only to find out that both items were out of stock all of a sudden and they were waiting to be restocked and then shipped. Keep in mind, the website still showed both items in stock and that the would be shipped within 5 business days during this time. Multiple back and forth emails with customer service and was told they would be in stock the following week and shipped out, only to find out at the end of that following week, it was pushed out another week. I found out that they had no idea when the other item would be in stock around December 10th (even though the website still said the item was restocked and ships in one week estimate (the loop hole)). Finally received one of the items on December 23rd. I reached out on December 30th, 2025, asking if there had been an update on the other item and received a response on January 2nd, 2026, that the item had been canceled from shipment. No one informed me of a single thing. Any type of communication with this company in regards to delays, status updates, cancellations, literally anything, has been initiated from me. Their "solution" with my canceled item is to switch colors and go from a black top with black bottoms to a navy top with black bottoms. The whole point of this gift was to purchase a matching set, and I can't even return the bottoms now because of their return policy being basically once you receive it, they only give you store credit if you want to cancel or refund. I'm still waiting on a response on an actual solution so maybe things will change, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH TO NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh, and the website still says, at the time of writing this, that I can purchase the black top in the size I need and that it was restocked and pre-order available and ships in estimated 1 week, the same one I was told that had been canceled from shipment. Continuously misleading is an understatement.

I'm allergic to many fabrics and dyes. I was very happy to find Allwear as an option for me. The clothes hold up well, and the colors have not faded. More color choices in the future would be lovely!

I ordered 3 items in November, but only 1 arrived. There was no communication that the other 2 were backordered or when they might ship, and it took over a month to receive a response to my inquiry. Due to the lack of communication and poor business practices, I requested to return the item I received, but was only offered store credit. I do not want the store credit and definitely do not want to purchase from this company again.

I love my black socks! I've had them for about 9 months and they're still going strong.

Top quality organic cotton ankle socks! They are very well made, super comfy and breathable! They have light padding and are bright white. These should last because they are made so well. Highly recommended!

I bought two white bodysuits for $108 and returned both because the fabric was so thin they were see-through. I requested a return five days after delivery but waited 11 days for a response, then had to resubmit the request after contacting customer service. The return was finally approved a month after delivery, and they initially forgot to send the return label.
Three weeks after sending the items back, I followed up and was told they were deemed “not resaleable” despite only being tried on briefly and returned in original packaging. I was then issued the full $108 store credit—only for it to be invalidated two days later and replaced with a $54 gift card, with no explanation.
Extremely frustrating experience. I won’t be shopping here again and would not recommend this company to anyone!

I have the trousers and am impressed with the quality of the material. The waist band is a bit snug in my regular size, so got a size larger and it fits perfect. Regularly wear a L, so wearing XL in this. Am 5'7 and 160 lbs - the length is perfect.

I absolutely love Allwear clothing. I have purchased quite a few items in the past and I’m 100% happy with the quality and the fit! Unfortunately, I purchased four items in the middle of November, and six weeks later I still haven’t received anything. I also received no communication from the company, only an answer after I contacted them. My credit card was charged for the total order. Customer Service said items are on their way on a “ first come first serve basis” which is really unacceptable – considering they are still advertising the same items to this day. :(

Ordered Christmas gifts mid November, it is now Dec 26th and order hasn't arrived, no communication from the company after multiple emails. Complete scam.

Your order will not ship and customer service will not answer your messages, and if they do they won’t provide you with any information.

Ordered Christmas gifts (Dec. 4) long before the holiday and at this writing (Dec. 23) did not receive it. Order was over 100.00. I called 3 times and left messages and wrote 2 emails and have yet to hear back.
I am disappointed and angry for losing money and now my daughter has 3 less gifts to open on Christmas.

Hello. Allwear, I love and their clothing as far as the materials they use, which is 95 percent cotton. Not to mention, the details and design work that went into the products are obvious, such as the multiple pockets, adjustable waist, unzip on the bottom of the leg of pants, etc. I recommend this brand to my family and friends or anyone I know trying to get away from plastic workout clothing. Furthermore, they have a fantastic selection from sports bras to leggings to Sweatshorts to sweatpants and some workout jackets. As someone who is making a transition from plastics to natural fibers and materials, as well as looking for certifications in clothing brands for not processing their clothing with added chemicals, this brand is certified in their practices for being non toxic and careful with their making of clothing! Go purchase some Allwear clothing right now!

Placed an order and received part of it, but took numerous emails to figure out the rest of the order was out of stock

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company and strongly recommend avoiding them.

I waited over a month for my order, during which several items were never shipped and no meaningful updates were provided. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I canceled the order due to non-delivery and receiving no firm date of expected delivery. I reached out several times requesting date of expected delivery, and received vague responses from customer service: "...[items are] part of our incoming restock shipment, which is expected to arrive very soon. As soon as the restock lands in our warehouse, your order will be prepared and shipped immediately."

After I canceled the order I received a much delayed email response from customer service saying that they canceled the order and that a refund could take 10–15 days. As of now, no refund has been issued, and I was forced to open a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money.

Their communication has been slow, vague, and reactive. Holding a customer’s funds for over a month without shipping, then delaying a refund after cancellation, shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.

If you value honest business practices, timely fulfillment, and basic consumer protection, do not risk ordering from this company.

The joggers are a dream to wear! Was very pleased with the quality of the pieces. Got one immediately, the other is on back order -not sure when to expect it. This is my second order because I love them so much.

Allwear emailed to me but it took long time last November when I was waiting for delivery! These high quality organic joggers are still my favorite!
