Black Leggings

I got the regular black leggings. I love the fabric - it feels good on the skin, stretches, and is not see through. Unfortunately after washing them they shrunk a ton in length. And now that they are washed I cannot exchange them for the longer length. Also, they ride down constantly which is almost always a problem with leggings for me, maybe I haven't found the right pair.

My order was too small

My order was too small. Wanted to exchange. Emailed many times and received an automated response. Finally figured out how to get a return label and sent it back. It was been weeks now and have yet to receive any confirmation. They have no phone number for customer service!!! And it seems to do no good to email🤷🏼‍♀️ Have never dealt with a company as bad as this one!

Comfortable bra top/shorts used for hot tub

I had heard bamboo swimsuits wouldn't fade in chlorine or snag on hot tub seats. Search wouldn't find a bamboo swimsuit so searched for bamboo clothing. Found your site but still couldn't find a swimsuit. So I settled on a bra top and shorts. Twice in hot tub-good so far. Had a hard time finding your site. You might want to expand into swimsuits.

Wrong body type for this brand

The items I ordered were shipped on time, all good there. The quality of the clothes was okay. I had a sweater but it was kind of stiff. I also ordered the joggers but the fit awkwardly so I returned both. Love the idea of Allwear!

Was initially very excited about this…

Was initially very excited about this brand because of the organic cotton and the designs. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly.

Ordered over $700 worth of clothing. After about two weeks, only three items arrived. None of them worked. The bomber jacket, which is over $200 at full price, was extremely basic and fit very wide. The sports bras also had very strange fits. I wanted to return everything.

The return process was frustrating and unclear. First, photos of the items were required just to initiate a return, with the promise of a return label afterward. That label never came. After driving to UPS assuming it would arrive, I re-read the fine print and realized returns are only for store credit. That is not standard and was not clearly communicated upfront.

To make matters worse, there is a very small return window, yet customer service was slow to respond. Over a week later, I was told I could now return the items, but there was still no clarity on when the rest of my order would ship. I was leaving for Christmas which is why I tried to return before hand. I emailed multiple times asking for updates on the rest of my order. The remaining items never arrived and they gave me no date of when they would.

This entire process felt disorganized and sketchy. I shop almost exclusively online and have never had an experience like this. Buyer beware

I purchased two pair of sweatpants…

I purchased two pair of sweatpants under different order numbers in December 2025. I never received either order yet they charged my credit card. Despite multiple emails (to which I received an automated response that they would get back to me), as of today, over 1 month later, I have no sweatpants and no response from the company. Guess my next step is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

High quality clothing but shipping can take months

I ordered the trousers and absolutely love them. It's all a want to wear. When I ordered them for a black Friday deal they didn't say it was back ordered and I didn't hear anything for over four weeks. I emailed them three times with no response. It wasn't until I reached out on Instagram that they quickly responded. They were waiting on a shipment. I waited 7 weeks total. I told them they should be more transparent about delays when ordering. They said they are working on it. I'm still waiting on a bra that I ordered early December. It was out of stock. They said the next shipment is in March so hopefully it will be here. I hope they can figure out the shipping delays because I would definitely order more clothing. It's high quality and so comfy.

Worth the wait

Worth the wait! Took a little while to get to me, but I love the leggings I got! The material is so soft and comfortable and very flattering. They have held up well in my hot pilates classes, though I've only worn them 3 times. They seem very durable and I love the color too (I got brown)! The reason I bought them was because of the non-toxic material and I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

If I was grading I’d give them a B

Overall, I’d have to say that I really like this clothing brand! The socks are really comfortable and it’s nice to know I’m not putting something toxic on my feet. I like the underwear too but the small is SMALL! I recommend sizing up. I ordered the shirt jacket and the shorts but I could tell they would pill very easily and the shorts were VERY wide. I have small legs so they just didn’t work. The t shirts are very nice too but will need to be replaced quite often.

Great item, bad website

I chose an item, but after going to PayPal it routed me back to the website for 1 more click to finalize my purchase. However, it duped me because that was actually an add on page which looked like a finalize order page. I was charged and sent 2 pairs, could not cancel one, had to make a case and wait for it to arrive to separate and ship back for inspection and crediting. The item received was very good, I love it. It even resists animal hair which is amazing for black leggings. But the process was bad for purchase.

The quality of their clothing is very good. But very unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered items from their website. I was charged for the items but was told that they are out of stock and I would have to wait around two months for delivery. I told them that they should not have charged me for something they can not deliver and that I wanted my money back. They told me it takes about a week to process a return. This was not a return because I never received anything. I eventually received a refund.

This company can’t be trusted

This company can’t be trusted. The socks I bought are really good quality and I was planning to buy more of them. I wrote a review telling them how happy I was with my purchase. And out of nowhere they emailed me inviting me to share those positive thoughts with Trustpilot and Thingtesting and offering to provide me gift cards in return. I was happy to provide my honest reviews. But Allwear has never provided me with the gift cards they promised and now the company is ghosting me (twice) when I email them about it. I would have gladly provided the reviews for nothing. But now, they’ve broken a promise and feel like I’ve been suckered. I’ll NEVER buy anything from them again.

Terrible Customer Service & they don’t respond

UPDATE: I finally heard from Allwear only after I posted on Facebook the Customer Service issues after 4 emails sent & no replies from Allwear. Within an hour after posting on Facebook, I heard from them. Then I was informed it would take another 4-8 weeks to get what I ordered because of supply issues. I asked for a refund then which I got. It’s a shame because it looks like their products are great but their Customer Service is terrible & therefore will not order anything from them again.

I ordered from Allwear on November 28. To date, I have not received it. I’ve sent 3 messages to Allwear and they respond saying they’ll get back in 2-3 days and they Never do. I also sent a problem inquiry via Shopify and they ignored that. I’ve done All I can do to get product and they do Not respond. Which shows me they do Not care about their Customer Service. Next step is getting with my credit card to get my money back.

SCAM ALERT If I could give them a zero I would!

If I could give them a zero I would!
I ordered two pairs of leggings, one was shipped, I received it, the material was super thin. I could watch TV through two layers of the material. I returned it (had to pay for shipping for the return), could not get my money back only a store credit and I didn’t even get that. I’ve tried to contact the company to no avail and had to contest the charge with my bank.

The second pair of leggings never arrived and never shipped yet I paid for them. Once again, no response from the company.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve generally liked the quality of…

I’ve generally liked the quality of Allwear’s socks and that’s why I signed up for an auto-shipment.

On my recent order, I was charged for two pairs but only received one. I had a hard time getting through to customer service at first and there was some confusion with emails not showing up on my end, which was frustrating.

That said, once everything was sorted out, they did refund me for the missing pair, which I really appreciate.

I’m leaving this review because I do like the product, but I hope their customer service communication can be improved in the future.

Buyer be aware

Buyer be aware. Deceptive sales practices and almost nonexistent customer support. Don’t like to write bad reviews, but this company left me no choice. Ordered an item that showed to be in stock on November 3, 2025. Item was never received. When reached out to the company, was informed that the item was on backorder even though the company continued to advertise this item as available and for sale. Now have been waiting for my refund for more than a month. So, no product or refund! Also, it appears that all of the reviews on the company’s website are curated by the company itself, as I could find no way to leave a review there.

What a Nightmare!

Good News: Products are soft (though sized very small)
Bad News: Problem 1 - "Place Order" came up twice when I ordered. Thinking I somehow missed clicking, I hit it again a different item showed up as ordered!
P.2 - They do not give "free refunds" as stated on their website - only store credit.
P.3 - Store credit is given two weeks (!) after they receive the return items
P.4 - Placed order using credit 6 days ago & received an email today referring to my "Pre-Order"! Email stated that est. shipment and pre-order status is noted on product page (it is not!).
It appears I won't be getting my $92 back, and I'm not likely to get any product either. BAD BUSINESS!

Horrible company took 3 months to…

REPLY UPDATE: I requested a refund a month ago for an item I never received and they didn’t process it. Avoid these clowns like the plague.

Horrible company took 3 months to receive 1 of 4 items. Tried to cancel the items that haven’t come in yet and return the one that did and they make it impossible. Making me wait to “approve of the cancellation”. They essentially are a money lender with all the money they take from people and hold onto before refunding if they even do it. All wear is the worst.

customer service is terrible

Don't bother ordering if the item is on the "shipping in one week" backorder...that is a complete lie...waited one month before i asked them to cancel order and issue refund...had to claw the refund back from them-even then they kept the $4.99 shipping fee despite never shipping item. SCAM
