Allwear, every time

I'm one of the newest fans of Allwear, their intimate wear(Thongs) are really comfortable, and well made, durable compared to others, they look great, and no roll down is the best. Their also supported around the mid section. Highly recommend Allwear underwear and Thongs.

Order was paid for but never received

Order was paid for but never received. Multiple inquiries to request follow up and follow through. No responses nearly 3 months after order was made and paid.

Response 2/27/26. I've emailed you three or four times at least. I will send another one and would be glad to have this resolved.

3/3/26; no response. No confirmation of order being shipped.

3/15/26: still no response. Still no order delivered. Still no refund received.

3/30/26: No replies. No delivery of paid for merchandise. Constant bombardment of emails/ads despite unsubscribing and sending to SPAM.

Total Scam

I never would have ordered from this company had I read the return policy. They only issue a gift card. Ok, my fault for not checking the policy first. I returned a sweatshirt, they deducted a fee for processing. I never received a credit. I had to follow up second times and finally received the credit. I ordered a shirt in October. It is now March and I still have not received it. I have followed up three times checking on the status. Each time they say it’s going to be shipped in a few days. What a scam! The joggers I did keep are ok. They stretch out in the knees and have faded quickly. Would not recommend!

The worst experience I've had with an…

The worst experience I've had with an online retailer. Made a purchase in November, contacted the company four times. Didn't get a single response. Didn't receive the pants until mid-January. Was only given option to get store credit - no refund. I mailed the pants back and STILL don't have a refund AND wasn't given credit. Scam - do not buy from this company.

Waste of time and money.

Terrible experience, awful customer service.

I placed an order on December 11th for two items labeled as "preorder" stating they'd ship within two weeks. I received the joggers I ordered within those two weeks, but the bra I purchased I still don't have over two months after placing my order.

I reached out via email and their website and didn't get a response for 9 days. I was then told my bra was on preorder and wouldn't ship for 4-6 weeks (mind you it had already been 4 weeks.... 2 weeks overdue). No one ever emailed me to communicate that there would be a delay. When I requested a refund on February 4th I was told it needed to be "approved" and then didn't hear anything until yesterday. Now stating that they won't refund me because the bra has shipped, yet they don't have a tracking number nor a date I should expect it. I think they strung me along so that the two month window to file a dispute with my bank past.
They delete negative reviews on their website and social media. Just do a quick search and you'll see plenty of people have had the experience I had. Stay away.
I just read this comment on Reddit "They are a totally scammy company. They MO is to fulfill one or two items from an order, take forever to respond to the customer, and then say they don’t have the inventory of the remaining order, forever delaying or not issuing a refund." Yup.

I am really torn with Allwear :(

(Feb 21, 2026 editing from 3 stars to 1 star— I have still not heard from customer service after following up via email and after tagging them twice on Threads.)

I am really torn with Allwear. The leggings I ordered around the new year arrived fairly quickly and are fantastic. I also ordered socks, but they were on pre-order. I wish I had known that pre-order means "to be shipped on an unknown date" and that the date would be over a month later. The socks shipped from China, and I would not have purchased them had I known that. When the socks arrived, they were good quality but the wrong color. I emailed customer service and have not heard back from them yet (it's been 4 days).

Allwear also does a thing where you can add last minute items at a discounted price to your order after you pay, which I don't like because that means you could sell the items at that discounted price instead of the original price and still make a profit. They also email you and tempt you to add items at a discounted price, which I fell victim to, but they did not disclose that the shirt and bra top I added are also on pre-order and required a separate shipping fee, and those have taken almost 2 months to ship.

There is a severe lack of transparency of when items will ship and be delivered, which can be problematic when someone thinks they're ordering clothes with enough time to receive before a trip or if they are moving in the next few months. There is also a delay in responses from customer service, and I feel like they are too established of a company to have an oversight in sending me socks in the wrong color. From what I have received so far, the clothes are good quality, but with the socks coming from China, I now question how ethical this company is.

This review might seem harsh, but for the price point and sustainability claims, I hold companies like Allwear to a high standard.

I like them

got my order on time. the leggings are made well and very comfortable. they dont roll down they are comfortable and they wash well. they provide good coverage

nice concept but they do not fit well

nice concept but they do not fit well. the clothes seem to be designed for men only; very poor fit for women. And the return policy is ridiculous. I have ordered and returned for about 9 months now still trying to use up one credit. Its ridiculous.

I placed an order Jan 14 and have reached out to the company twice asking about the status of my items. I haven’t received a response either time. This style of customer service and lack of communication is unacceptable. I will never order from the company again.

Horrendous customer service

Well, I wished I read these reviews prior to placing an order with Allwear. I am having the same issues as others. I received only partial of my 2 orders that were placed 6 weeks ago. I have sent several messages asking what the status is, and crickets. Which stinks because the pants I did get are very comfortable. But, they also sent me a small on some pants, and I ordered a large so I am not getting any feedback from them on that issue as well.

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever. Took months to get product I ordered, then they promise a $30 gift card to leave a review which is a lie. They never send it!

Unreachable...but clothing is wonderful

Trying to get answers from them is impossible...I've been reaching out to them for 6 weeks...The clothing is fabulous..I was hesitant about their sizing guide lines
(they recommend much larger than I usually wear) ..but I trusted them and I'm glad I did. I usually wear a medium or large if I want a loose fit..but they suggested x-large and they are perfect..so the reviews about items being too small are understandable..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS.
I ordered items during black Friday and only 1 item arrived, after reaching support they then shared an update that the product will arrive TWO MONTHS LATE.

It's unethical to sell products that you do not have in stock OR do not tell the customer blatantly (upon order and after order) about status updates.

I have ordered from this company…

I have ordered from this company before. Received 2 bra tops,comfortable and correct size. When trying to order again,their website defaults to XXS size. I need a 3X.
Anyway, I was stupid and kept trying,it did look like the orders went through. They did size XXS.
I have returned then unopened. I have tried numerous times to contact this company. No response. Hopeflly they will answer,but doubtful. If ordering,check to make sure you get the right size. Good Luck!
