wrong items send, no follow up
order last week. no one follow up for the delivery, even an email?
today received wrong items, i ordered 25 decking board, 1 side cover angle and 1 sider estandar fascia. finally 11 brown cover angle delivered to my house.
drive arrived at around 14:40pm. i tried to call the office for follow up from 14:51-15:09pm. which is supposed to be within office hour. but no one pick up the phone, and voice mail just ask me to send email to them.
i hope i can get back mt correct items soon.
around £400 had been spend, but no service like this.

Ivory quartz wet wall 120 x 240cm
Described as Ivory Onyx on the website the image looks more like a rose colour, which is why I ordered it. I was a bit disappointed as it'n not pink at all, that said the patern of quartz looks really good so I've decided to keep it. The description is ivory so be aware it just looks like rose in the image.

I’m sorry to say communication is poor had an email saying order being processes great , no delivery date given . So was surprised when part order tuned up on following Tuesday.
Phoned Sam and she was really help full and organised my delivery.
The first delivery guys was fine but the second one was not 4 meter length panel no help to get the item in the building.
Having said that products and staff are great and I would recommend Allpanels to friends.

Highly recommended
Really good, ordered everything on a Monday and delivered on Thursday no issue with order. Must thank the delivery driver also for helping me carry in the 5M length boards.
Only one little note communication of when it was going to be delivered and despatched could of been better. As I had to chase them.

Slight problem with delivery the panelling came one day without the trims which were delivered next day.
