I was heard and acknowledged with respect and understanding. I purchased accidently and explained my error and situation and was told I could get a refund, I was not judged.

Was very cynical when I ordered this product. However in 2 weeks I went from pretty dry to experiencing exactly what they said it would do. Am very pleased

Avoid this company. I bought one product through a Facebook advert and never knowingly agreed to a membership or recurring subscription.
When I discovered an unexpected charge, I contacted customer service. Their replies were very slow, which made an already stressful situation even worse. On 10 September, they confirmed that the membership had been cancelled and promised a refund. Shockingly, another payment was taken from my bank account on the very same day.
I find this completely unacceptable and deeply misleading. A subscription should never be added without clear, informed consent.
Please be extremely careful.

I like others also had the issue with a ‘membership’ I never asked for and $100+ taken from my account that was NOT authorised. I emailed immediately weeks ago to cancel the subscription which she said she did.. then more money came out of my account and that’s when they mentioned this membership and that they do not refund only a store credit?? I was told it was cancelled weeks ago yet only tonight did I get the subscription cancelled email.. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIEVES!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. Do not buy from this company!!! There’s a hidden subscription of $80/month !!! Then they claim they don’t refund, it’s “store credit”
This company has unconscionable practices- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Thanks for listening to me and cancelling my subscription. I shall keep you posted if anything changes. You are the most organised company I know of. You get back to me with answers really quick. I have not received order yet but I’m sure I will be getting it soon. Thank you.
