I purchased three products from this company, but after making the payment, I realised that one of the ingredients wasn’t compatible with another medication I’m taking. I contacted them to request a refund, and they responded to all my emails promptly and processed the refund without any issues.

Although the situation was entirely my fault, their communication and customer service were excellent. They genuinely value their customers, and I’ll definitely purchase from them again when I can.

I really like this product just wish it wasn’t so expensive. But it does work for me and give me a great confidence boost each day. Also makes me way more wet and sex more enjoyable like I really notice the difference and change

My experience with All Femme customer service was absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with 1 of my containers and Jenny gave me clear instruction taking care of me.
I purchased quite a bit so my reup will be a while. Meanwhile, I'm absolutely a customer for life. This product for me is an essential part of my self care routine now. Thanks Jenny!!!

9 days, still waiting for delivery

I received a very prompt response to my inquiry about the tracking number, which I appreciate. However, I also requested my order number and have not received a response regarding that yet.

Well, when I placed my order before it was closed discounts wore offered to me and I accepted them with several other items, but you don't know what you order or how much your order is until you receive an email from your company? So, when I finally did receive an email from you it showed no other item, no discount, and just 1 item at regular price.

I placed my order, after doing my research I discovered your product was fake and I sent a text to your representative to cancel my order the same day. The next I get an email stating my order was processed and on it way to shipping. I have made multiple request for a return label to return this in opened product and I have not received the label or any more correspondence from you about my $200 refund. I have notified my bank to refuse the charges in order to get my money back. I don’t want a credit because I will never shop with this company.

They state you can get a full refund but no responses back to you. Then I was charged for 3 items & only received 2 items & there products aren't cheap. I work very hard for my money. So, I may have to go a step further to get a refund they state that they honor

I had a problem with orders and people were very accommodating and helpful.

They sent me fake gummies they were ordered as the advanced because people were scaming there name all femm flora so they changed there name to advanced gummies. I have emailed them 6 times sent pictures of the ones that sent me. I emailed my phone number. No one will contact me. The did not sen me the real gummies.

I received the gummies after purchasing a 3 jar bundle! I saw no change in the dryness and fishy smell after the first jar, so I continued on with the supply to no avail! The ad says you should notice a change in 3 days to two weeks, with nothing! After 60 days the smell would come right back hours after my shower! I didn't feel confident at all, because of the smell! I haven't been sexually active for 2 years because of this same problem 😪! I really wanted this to be a part of my self love journey and was highly disappointed! Product really made me feel like a fool and that I was just chewing gummies for nothing and with my acid reflux pineapple or citrus I can't have but I ordered anyways because I craved the thought of what I was going through would be resolved once again to no avail! I was NOT going to spend more money for something that didn't help the target problems and you state that it would! I felt like I waisted my money

I started to use them and ai can't wait to see some results.

The product works well. I find too much advertising for me when I am already a customer just wanting to reorder.

I am 70 now and most of my adult life I have experienced problems "down there". For an unknown reason the chemistry was completely out of balance, so I had frequent yeast as well as bladder infections. Antibiotics helped for a while but made the root cause even worse, so I was constantly feeling uncomfortable. I wish this product had already existed then. This is a God send, it really works, and after just a few days I am fine at last! The only downside is that they taste almost too good, so it's hard for me to stick to only one gummy a day ;)

I just started using it, so I couldn’t give an accurate experience as of yet. But I do have to say there’s no smell so it must be doing something magical down there.

This product is absolutely incredible…I was having trouble with odor and since I take one gummy a day all is back to normal. And I never had any issue with ordering or delivery ! I highly recommend the product.
