What a pleasurable experience. Having to purchase a replacement car for my wife quickly. I found just the car at Allen and Forey. Their phone was answered promptly and a pleasant chat ensued. No pressure sales, clean tidy vehicles, time alone to inspect the car. Ian and Russell were knowledgable, polite and helpful. No dealer waffle and even staying late to assist with picking up the car the same day. The whole experience from phone call to driving away completed in the same afternoon. Thank you chaps. Oh and the wife loves the car. 😉 I recommend whole heartedly.

Easy to do business with. My family have sold two cars to Allen and Forey in the last year as our lifestyles changed. Both times the process was efficient and the price fair. They seem to be genuinely nice people.

As a car newbie, I didn’t know much about the various variables within the process’ of buying/financing a car. Russell was the main POC for my car situation. Excellent customer service via telephone made me aware of why Allen & Forey Cars Ltd are as brilliant as the reviews. As I visited one day after the phone call, Russell Forey was very warm and welcoming of our arrival, let us review the car and even go for a test drive the Audi Q2 my partner and I wanted. After I was sold on the car, Russell provided the documents through the HP finance companies where literally everything was done within two days. I was astonished how quickly the process was. Myself also having absolute trust in Russell to speak to the finance company when chasing up until the second day which was the final review therefore everything was accepted. I went back to Allen & Forey Cars on the third day to collect the keys. My partner and I was still in shock that the Audi Q2 was ours. I cannot thank them enough for this whole experience. I would 100% recommend this car dealership to anyone, the trust was vice versa with outstanding end user experience.

Allen and Forey Cars ltd made replacing my car an absolute pleasure. Even in the midst of the current Covid crisis they managed to make it a friendly and personal experience. They allowed my family to see the car whilst I was at work in Wales and then when I was able to visit myself, I found the car waiting with a personal message in the windscreen. They inspire confidence that their vehicles will perform, whilst also providing a fantastic warranty. Overall and enjoyable, exciting and no pressure experience.

My car buying experience with Ian at Allen and Forey was brilliant from start to finish which was such a pleasant surprise when compared to the usual haggling and concern over vehicle condition. Ian went out of his way to give me all info that I asked for and more as I was buying long distance and did not want to make 2 trips. I appreciate the fact that they focus on stocking quality cream of the crop vehicles and do additional mechanical checks and servicing plus very nice valeting service. My Jazz is superb and they will be my go-to guys for any other vehicles my family might need. I recommend them without reservation

Amazing company !!

After having a nightmare buying my first car and finding out it was a money pit from a supposedly reputable company, I was very dubious about buying another car... until I spoke with the guys at Allen & Forey. They are extremely professional and have extensive knowledge of cars. No question went unanswered and they have all of their cars checked by a mechanic before selling them. They have a friendly no pressure approach and make you feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and they have a range of good quality cars, I would highly recommended them and their services to anyone looking for their next car. I couldn’t have found buying my current car more easy and hassle free, it was delivered in immaculate condition and all the paperwork was handled by them.
