From the initial contact through to settlement, I found the process very straightforward. Any lul in activity was explained and was due to the time frame within which my former insurer had to respond.
Received confirmation of a settlement figure that had been offered and the options available. Accepted the offer, received my money within few days.

Currently disappointed
After initially contacting Allegiant, it seemed it will be smooth sailing and I may get an extra pay-out from the insurance company, that really messed me about.
I have provided all necessary information, replied on to all received e-mails and even made couple calls to ensure, that they have everything they need to make a claim. From end of April, I have been receiving constant automated messages, that insurance can not find my claim for me to provide more information, which I did on numerous occasions. There has been no update on the case till now and I now feel like, why did I even bother. I am really disappointed with the way my claim has been handled and lack of communication from Allegiant. I had a great hopes.

In this case, they have, unfortunately, advised on more than one occasion that they have been unable to locate a policy for you, despite us sending the information to them that you have very kindly provided to help us in our efforts.
When an insurer advises that they can not locate a claim and/or policy, your file is updated to reflect the current status of your enquiry, which then generates the emails in question, to which you have referred. This is to make you aware of the situation as soon as possible and see if there is any other information or evidence that you could provide, that we may not have already sent to the insurer.
We can not guarantee success in any case we deal with, however, if you would like us to continue in our efforts to locate the records with the insurer and manage your complaint, please let us know by email to helpdesk@allegiant-finance.co.uk

I didn't believe that this company was real, when I came across it on Instagram. But from start to finish it was easy, I just filled out a quick form, and they took care of the rest. They found out that I had not been given the right amount t of money for my rite-off and payed my promptly without any fuss.
