As we've explained, we received the payment from the insurer on 15 July, but it did not come with any details to tell us that the payment was for you. The insurer had paid us a lump sum that covered other claimants' money too, with no breakdown of who it was for. We contacted the insurer immediately to ask them to provide us with confirmation of who the money was for.
As soon as the insurer confirmed that this payment contained your compensation, we paid you that same day.

I refuse to believe these reviews are not being doctored by Trustpilot. I started a claim with Allegiant in October 2025. We are almost in August 2026 and they have yet to submit the claim to the FCA. I have asked multiple times and they refuse to provide any kind of timeframe or meaningful update. It has been a total waste of time!

Hi there has been little contact from Allegiant finance on my car insurance write off with i think two emails.Its now 5 months from the date i initially claimed.I phoned and was basically told they had heard back from my insurance and were now reviewing the details and that they were really busy.Seems to be dragging on forever.I suppose the best way is to expect nothing and anything is a bonus.

More generally, we are aware that a number of insurers currently have significant backlogs, and this is affecting how quickly they respond to our requests for information. We have to give each insurer a fair amount of time to provide the information we need to properly assess the merits of a claim. We are monitoring these delays closely and liaising with the insurers to keep things moving wherever we can.

This service is good for the ordinary consumer who do not have clout or monies to take a big company to court . So many people who know they are right but justice is only for the rich . This way you have opportunity to have company help you to get justice . It might be 1/4 of your settlement but bright side it’s the best option you have and it hasn’t really cost you anything . So please use this company if you feel that you been dealt unjustly with insurance companies or lender . Well done guys for the common person .

From the initial contact through to settlement, I found the process very straightforward. Any lul in activity was explained and was due to the time frame within which my former insurer had to respond.
Received confirmation of a settlement figure that had been offered and the options available. Accepted the offer, received my money within few days.
