Outstanding Service from Naseeb! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to give a huge thank you to Naseeb for his fantastic help in arranging our Turkey holiday. 🇹🇷✈️

We were looking for a travel package at the very last moment, and Naseeb went above and beyond to find us a great deal that suited our needs and budget. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and responsive throughout the process.

His effort and dedication made what could have been a stressful last-minute booking feel so easy. 🙌

Highly recommended! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding the best package for you, definitely speak to Naseeb.

Thank you again, Naseeb, for all your hard work! 👏😊

They helped me in my queries and gave good advice.

Very good customer service by
Mr. Jabran .
Very helpful and available.
Good hotel booking and flights.

Adnan Yousaf helped with finding me a quote for an Umrah trip. He responded quickly to my quries and helped me find a quote within my budget.

If there was a zero only to give to these guys. Do not trust anything they say. They pester you until you book. once you book you don’t hear from them. Very poor service. I booked a package for November and they are giving me problems and trouble. Claim they will always call back. For the sake of your umrah do not have any dealings with them. They will leave your good intentions with a sour treatment. Pay more go elsewhere. All contact centres are abroad. Someone new will answer the phone and ask for your good name lol. The person you need to speak to is never available. Dishonest people. I am now trying to get my money and back and will be reporting them. All other reviews are fake.

Although i haven't availed the services but Mikael has been very helpful and have been spot on and did his best to provide the appropriate packagesm

Alislam travel gives you pack of lies.
Please avoid this travel agent.

ALISLAM TRAVEL .

We book umrah package with this company 2 times, they have been great all through the process especially Jabran who was in constant contact while we where in Saudia Arabia , making sure everything was ok. We have recommended our family and friends to the company. We shall be using them again inshallah.

Brother Mikael Bridge was very helpful and his customer service was great.

Al Islam does not deliver what they promise…
Just a few days before our trip, they changed our hotel without giving us a proper explanation.
Their service was extremely poor. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
They charged us the full price for a hotel near Masjid al-Haram, but the accommodation they provided was not as advertised. We paid for a triple room for three adults, yet they gave us a room with only one bed. When we contacted them to complain, they simply said there was nothing they could do because it was the vendor’s responsibility. But who chose the vendor and made these arrangements?Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Sawan was very helpful with better package deal for umrah.

Booked with agent Jabran. He was very helpful to find the right flight for us. The service was excellent. Will use this agent again. Thank you Jabran.

I contacted them to know about the packages of Umrah.one of the staff member Sawan has reached out to me with good information and advice about packages. He was very patient and kind with good manners.

It was a best experience special with brother Naseeb he helped me and my sister through our journey specially it was our first Umrah he was there every step from Makkah to madina until I came back to uk my Allah bless him and the company his Woking
I would recommend anyone who wants to go umrah or holiday

I haved book 12 days Umrah Package with Jabran for my parents, the best service he provide( hotel, transportation and flights) he was always on contact with my parents for service, I recommend to book from him. Thanks for you're best service Jazakallah.

It was wonderful with Brother Mikael, he prepared my iternary as per my requirements and budget.

Meekel Bridge was amazing and tried accommodating all our needs on the Ramzan package but fortunately it is very busy and expensive then so we are trying to go in January 2027 now . I would recommend to everyone only stay at genuine 4 star and 5 star accommodation.

Excellent service from Naseeb, explained everything well and was very helpful.
