Alislam Travels UK

I was abit nervous in the beginning as first time travelling with kids and elderly but honestly hand on heart there was nothing to be worried about everything was sorted without an issue. Best experience ever for the kids and elderly. Will be using this service again

Nice servicre

I was provided with what turned out to be fake Umrah deal with fake flight reservations and hotel bookings. I have now been informed that Wizz Air allegedly cancelled our flight and was asked to pay an extra amount for an alternative flight. However, upon contacting both hotels in Makkah and Madinah directly, I was able to confirm that no bookings had ever been made on our behalf.
I unfortunately paid over £900 in good faith and am now unable to obtain a refund. It appears that this is a scam operation based in Pakistan, not in the UK as was originally claimed.
I strongly urge others to exercise caution and not fall victim to this organized fraud. The action of Alislam Travel constitute serious misconduct and has caused significant financial loss, distress, and inconvenience to me and my family.

We recently performed our very first Umrah with our family, and we couldn’t be more grateful for Brother Naseeb and his excellent service. He made our journey so smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, allowing us to focus on our worship and enjoy this beautiful spiritual experience together as a family.
Brother Naseeb was helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the journey, making sure everything went smoothly so we could perform our Umrah peacefully. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference to our experience.

We highly recommend his services to anyone planning to perform Umrah. JazakAllahu Khairan, Brother Naseeb, for helping make our first Umrah such a beautiful and memorable experience! ❤️

My experience with Al-Islam Travel is completely a different experience I have had. Initially I even didn’t want to talk after receiving a sudden call.

But truthfully I have to admit the agent (ANAS) was so professional and Allah gifted personality that I had to hear him.

Now in short I have to say I have cancelled a trip with another agency ( some bitter experience with airline), have taken the service from Al-Islam Travel agency.
I am with huge confidence can challenge a very few only can beat Anas and the Al-Islam Travel agency in terms of price, customer service and overall mental peacefulness.
Why not you try once?

Al‑Islam Travel offers very good prices for Umrah, and Brother Bilal provides excellent customer service.

This company has been supporting right from the beginning and through out to the end
Especially the agent naseeb

Don't book through this company
All fake.
They ask you to send payment to different business account.
They take your money and nothing happens
