I had a bad experience with one of their agents, Scott Little. Despite offering more rent than advertised, which was accepted by the landlord, the agent refused my proposal to exchange the old beds for new ones and leave the new ones instead at the end of the tenancy. I just wanted to improve the flat's poor condition with my own money, as the photos in the ad didn't match the current state of the flat and even the building was incorrect. I was looking for a solution that could work for him and me I asked for a moment to find storage for the old beds. Then the agent became rude and unprofessional, shouting I was wasting his time and I should ask for nothing and ultimately withdrawing the offer.

I have recently rented a property with the help of Kirstin and Sufaida. They have been saviours for us. Starting from the viewing till the final agreement, they were really helpful and responsiveness to all our queries.
I would highly recommend to connect with them incase of your search for a property.

I have recently rented a property through Alex Neil in Rotherhithe. Sufaida and Kyra were amazing and extremely responsive and efficient. The only issues were with the vetting company but this did get resolved in the end.

Alex Neil is the property managers for the flat i have been renting for few years. The flat needed some renovation works this year. Kyra and Sufaida were very helpful during the process. Despite the fact that they were let down by the unreliable third party contractors, they were prompt addressing the issues. They listened what i had to say, very understanding, they always respond the emails and follow up with calls. Very professional and friendly team.

Kyra Ceesay has always been an incredible help - incredibly professional, and quick to answer any of my questions, as well as solving a lot of issues.

3 stars to the estate agent in relation to viewing the property, since I was advised some inconsistent information and there was a lack of advanced move in requirements for the development. Some tenancy processes are also a duplicate action and repetitive when going through all the tenancy and credit checks.

5-stars goes to the property management team, who are super supportive, professional and friendly. In particular, Kyra and Rabeya, Head of Property Management, are so helpful and act on tenancy issues timely, with consideration and care.

Sufaida from the property management team did a great job constantly chasing a very disorganised plumbing company we were forced to use. Whilst the issue took a while to resolve, I knew she was doing all she could to resolve it and was always helpful.

Alex Neil did a great job helping me look for a one-bed flat to rent in the area I wanted. They are reliable and have demonstrated great customer service. An example was last week: my oven did not want to work and Sufaida promptly liaised with the landlord to get it resolved asap - speedy response and always willing to help. Thank you!

They are sending me spam letters repeatedly and it's just.....creepy!
I live in a block that was actually where you could not buy or sell due to cladding issues, which shows their letters are obvious lies.
The frequency of the letters are just creepy, like an old nasty ex who keeps on messaging!

The Property Management team at Alex Neil, headed by Rabeya Khatun, have been very efficient and helpful. Rabeya Khatun has given me excellent service and has assisted - very promptly and thoroughly - in all issues, however complicated and "unusual".

The agency was brilliant at dealing with any issues we had first hand. Rabeya in particular was always very helpful, kind and quick to come up with a solution to any problem we had. The checking in process and singing off contracts was really easy as well as tips in setting up our bills.

The property was given to me in unliveable condition

Mould on walls not cleaned to a professional standard rubbish left everywhere made clean a lot by myself bearing in mind I am young girl living alone

when you complain they dont want to listen I am now a month living in a terrible situation alone and has given me stress and anxiety that I never had before with still so many problems unresolved

I recently reached out to this agency for help in looking for a property in the Bermondsey area. I immediately got some bad vibes from them. I gave them my available dates for a viewing and they initially tried to press me for earlier viewings under the guise of the property "potentially no longer being available at the weekend due to high interest." I held firm and, sure enough, my viewing was booked at the time and date that I requested.

The day before a viewing, I was emailed and told that a viewing was cancelled and given no further information. I had to email back asking for the reason why it was cancelled only to be told, half an hour after I received the email, that they were just about to call me. I was told the property is now under offer and no longer available despite the fact the viewing was booked for me even though I'd already seen on their website that the property was under offer. Why book a viewing for a property that wasn't available in the first place?

Then I was called to re-arrange another viewing for a different time. All of these things adding up to what was becoming a frustrating experience with this agency.

When I finally did get to view a property, the letting agent was as silent as a statue. Hardly said a word throughout the viewing and couldn't seem more uninterested if she tried. Upon viewing the property, we were shown a bedroom which was almost pitch black. The blinds were closed (during the day), the bed was unmade, the tenants still in the property for the viewing.

What decent letting agent wouldn't think to open blinds and curtains and windows, let light in, ask to have beds made and surfaces wiped to at least make some sort of attempt at making the property look desirable or, at the very least, presentable?

Due to all of this, I would never recommend this agency to anyone and certainly have no plans to ever use them when there are agencies who are much more professional and on the ball than this one.

Alex Neil (through my dedicated Property Manager Sufaida) were extremely attentive until the contract with new tenants was signed. Things went downhill from there. Only one part of the snagging on works carried out by their contractor was done (and the other part not even acknowledged), nor did the contractors leave communal areas outside the property clean leading to complaints from other residents of the block. My comments on discrepancies between the former tenants' checkout and new tenants' check in inventories were not acknowledged, an incomplete set of keys was given to the new tenants, and the meters were incorrectly read on the new tenants' check in causing me to have to re-visit the property to sort this out. My round-up email detailing the outstanding points, including information to be passed to the new tenants was not acted upon until I had chased twice and even then some of the comments (re the contractors work and inventory discrepancies) were still unacknowledged. In particular in this email I asked directly whether Alex Neil had informed Utility companies of the new tenants' arrival. I did not get a response and discovered that this had not been done when I received a fuel bill, which I then had to sort out myself. Although I have had good service from Alex Neil in the past, I will be considering seriously whether to use them again once these tenants leave, as I don't want another experience like this.
