This company is a scam, pretending to have a closing down sale that ends midnight (newsflash - it has been closing for months!) Pretends to be based in UK but is in China. Shoddy polyester clothing with stitching coming apart on arrival. Will not respond to you or refund your money despite goods not as advertised and faulty. Reporting to UK Police.

As with the other reviews - there is no customer service, no response to emails and we haven't been able to return items.

Ordered Christmas presents for my partner and they never arrived and were apparently rejected even though they never came to my address. Been trying to contact them but communication what so ever. Stay away

The sizing is completely wrong. I ordered XL to fit a UK size 14-16 / 36DD and the size was closer to M. I have contacted the company several times to confirm I will be returning the items but they haven’t confirmed. I have to pay my own shipping to send them back to China. Never purchase from this company.

Arrived from China incredibly late, terrible communication throughout and poor quality, ill fitting items, stay well clear! I can't even be bothered to try and get a refund with these clowns.

In short, non branded, poor quality garments from a Chinese factory.

Ordered online in November. Still not received and laughing every day at the sh*tty tracking. Uk to china to uk in 3+ weeks. Be good to know if the courier is part of the scam! Almost worth the money to watch the entertaining tracking move every 3 days. Now on 3 pages! Don’t touch the company or the courier, all utter sheisters!!!

No communication from the company, no sign of a parcel, nothing

In contrast to the experience of other reviewers, my item arrived and we are pleased with it, albeit the quality of the Chinese made garment is certainly not a premium product.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I unfortunately read the reviews just after making an order so I emailed in order to cancel, but even though it had been just a few hours, they replied saying this wasn't possible because the order was supposedly on the way. It took more than a month to arrive and the items were of extremely poor quality, awful sizing and had holes in them. As soon as the items arrived I emailed to let them know I wanted a refund and to return them. NO REPLY. It's been more than 2 weeks and I've emailed them 3 times from 2 different email addresses, and continue to receive no response even though they state their customer service team supposedly gets back to you in 5 days. Do NOT fall for this scam!!!!

Received a tracking number, tracking number from China. Tracking number isnt even recognised.

Claims to be closing down - when I click on the site for a liquidation sale, it says it ends this evening at 11:59pm. But, looking at reviews left here, the site has been “closing down” since at least July 2024. It’s a complete con, please go somewhere else to buy your lingerie. Do not ignore these reviews unless you have more money than sense.

They don’t send confirmation email, do not answer emails and they definitely not who they purport to be. Avoid this supplier.

You will find same items at Temu and AliExpress for the fraction of the price.
Clever played drop shipping game by a seller.

Bought some nice items for my wife as part of her anniversary gift. She deserved it after looking after me following cancer surgery. Thought I was buying from a boutique in London, CC statement says Copenhagen, tracking information from a drop shipping warehouse in China. They won't answer emails and then they told me to pay for the returns to China, but I would only receive a 20% refund once they had the item but have never provided a return address, Don't waste your time with this utterly fraudulent company. Requested money back from bank.

My partner bought me a beautiful matching bra and thong set, sizes are so far from being true to size. WE have emailed 3 times asking for return information to no avail. WE will be making sure to write bad reviews everywhere possible as well as claim back through our credit card company
