Don’t buy any shoes from this company

I ordered shoes in size 6 and they sent size 4

I told them to refund my money but they said they had to send the correct size then I could get a refund

They were not good and looked very substandard

This went on for weeks then shoes arrived and I said I wanted to return them

They sent email stating I could keep the shoes and they would refund 40% but I declined

When I refused their offer they said I would have to send the goods back to china and the postage would be expensive and they would not refund the postage

I contacted American Exprsss who refunded me immediately

These are Chinese scammers do not buy from them

Ordered shoes, size 5 (38) costing £54.99 on 26 May. Received 5 June size 3 (36). Asked if I could send them back and get the right size. Long drawn out negotiation ending in stalemate. The want me to return the shoes to the Chinese Mainland at my own expense and if the shoes (a) actually get there and (b)Amora deem the shoes to be undamaged, they will send correct size. Of course I do not want another pair of shoes, just my money returned and they suggested I keep the shoes or give them to a friend and receive a partial refund. A full money back refund was promised in the advertisement. They also present as Amora London.

This is a joke and these people should be stopped from this sharp practise.

Do not buy their rubbish.

Dress in photo looked like linen but was a cheap shiny polyester with poor colouring. Also very badly made and not worth the money.

Dresses took ages to come, cheap sweaty material (not linen as looked in pics) Definitely not the shop in pic - warehouse in China which I had to pay £28 to send back and still not received a refund 2 months later!!!!! DO NOT ORDER!

This is the worst of the worst. Please do not buy from this company. I have waited weeks for a refund for shoddy goods of such poor quality. They had me send the goods back to the place of origin. After returning the items, costing a vast amount of money to ship them to China. They have come up with every excuse not to return my money. £127.98

Warning: the quality of goods are rubbish, shoes not orthopaedic. Due to me thinking I was getting 10 per cent off if I check box I ordered two identical pairs . Size 16 coat measures U.K. 10 wouldn’t give it to my dog to sleep on. Tried to return. Not in U.K. return to china at your cost. Offered 10, 20, 30 per cent and I keep goods. Eventually raised a case and bank refunded. Return info does not state returns to china, site appears with Union Jack flag, outside English looking shop. Fraudulent advertising. Do not touch

Ordered 5 dresses. They are made from synthetic 100% polyester and definitely not breathable. The pattern is blurred. Poor quality. Company delaying sending returns address and offering % of payment and keeping goods. They should not be allowed to trade.

An absolute scam. Do not buy from this site. Nothing like photos. Awful cheap Polyester material. Thick white machine stitches with mistakes all over. Skimpy. I did not even try on.Fit for rags only. A painful lesson learned.

The company operate from China via US financing and the products come very small, in the case of shoes at least 2 UK sizes below what is advertised / sent. Given that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs then the cost far exceeds the true value of the item, they are aware of this so offer partial refunds and offer to let you keep the items. This of course is not really great as the items are unlikely to fit. I did receive my refund on two pairs of shoes at 40% of the order value after deciding this was the best option for me. Since then shoes appear to have been removed from their website. Their webiste is misleading in that it gives the impression of a UK / London based company and their website does not state the return address - this is only provided if you request a return service. The items received were not great quality but for the price you wouldn't perhaps expect that, the images on the website are not realistic and the loafers I ordered did not have othopedic insoles as stated an issue that they never addressed. Overall I would not recommend this company on the basis of the above - I now have two pairs of shoes that I can't wear and am out of pocket £40.50 - buyers beware!

I ordered a dress. When it came it looked nothing like the photo online.
It was made of cheap tacky nylon fabric
not the linen it was supposed to made from.
I emailed customer service for a refund
they said they'd give me an 8.75 refund when the dress cost 34.99. Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Same as everyone else.. bought shoes which turned up a month later, wrong size and looking cheap as chips for an £85 spend, sent never ending emails to them including pictures of the wrong size on the box. Holding responses quickly went to radio silence. Anyway, I opened a dispute with Amora via my bank and within a day was told it was successful and the money was back in my account within 5 days. To everyone scammed by this company.. please try this.

This company is a total scam. They sell poor quality rubbish through misleading advertising. Endless trail of emails when you try to return, offering exchanges or partial refunds. Avoid at all costs.

The thought the shoes I had ordered were coming from a London company….how nieve. They took weeks to arrive
The shoes are not what is portrayed on the website and the sizing is anything but accurate.
I complained saying I would return the shoes and was told no need another pair would be sent out in the correct size…this did happen but the second pair are 3 sizes smaller than the original pair that were too small
My emails are now being ignored
Please do not spend your hard earned cash with this Chinese company

Dreadful, wish I had researched🙄 misleading you to believe they are a London supplier, it's China. I have reported to trading standards.

This is a scam website- avoid. Lovely looking linen/cotton dress when it actually arrived a shapeless 100% polyester very badly made thing (no-one would wear it). Not worth 70p never mind £70!
Not a UK London company-tat from Chinese sweatshop. Impossible to return.

I ordered two dresses described as “light and airy “. They are made from some sort of polyester which not only looks cheap , but would be very uncomfortable to wear in warm weather. Nothing like the advertised product. Returns have to be made to China, at what cost ?
I was offered an opportunity to choose another Amora product in lieu of a refund for which I’d only have to pay P&P from China, which I declined.
I will donate them to a Charity shop which I hope will raise a little money. Lesson learnt, I will never buy from Amora again.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews about this company 😭. The dress arrived, eventually, it’s shiny, cheap and badly made. Do not waste your money on this tat.

ordered 3 items,loafers, dungarees and a coat, the ordering processing not that clear so when i clicked for the discount to be added to order the coat it then put a second coat on, would not let me cancel order as all automated, on emailing them they said order could not be cancelled. luckily i did not authorize payment for second coat and after contacting them again they have said i can keep the coat as a gift. quality of coats is poor, cheap and tacky, shoes and dungarees wearable. beware of this company it is no more than a scam, will definately be checking trust pilot for future companies.
