En la tienda ale hop de Jandia Fuerteventura hay una dependienta muy antipatica,de gafas que se dirige a los clientes de una manera que sienta mal y dan ganas de no volver a comprar alli.

Fui con mi hermana a comprar unas cositas para regalar y estamos en caja y oímos por el walki la chica que lleva el perrito colgando llleva una bufanda que le acaba quitar la etiqueta al oírlo mi hermana dice perdona esta bufanda no es de aki pero ya recibimos la mirada de la cajera mirándonos y eso a quedado muy muy feo las maneras de la dependienta hablo por el walki y menuda ignorante porque le dijimos si nos podían traer. Un muñeco con caja es evidente si te robo no te voy a preguntar nada ! Y menos puesta ! Vergüenza k la videncia que pasas cojos las cosas porque no ay en otro sitio pero jamás volveremos .

Compre varios artículos en la tienda de cullera y todos tenían algún defecto. Una botella isotermica para el agua no se puede abrir. Dos carteras monederos, se caen las monedas por los lados. Dos pulseras se Dan de sí y al final se caen. En definitiva un desastre 70 euros gastados para nada. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA CADENA DE TIENDAS EN ABSOLUTO.

La dependienta muy mal educada, contestándome mal y no quería darme un producto que le he pedido. Tengo discapacidad y yo no lo podía coger. UNA VERGÜENZA.

My daughter bought a 30euro smart watch at Girona airport branch off her birthday money and came home in tears first day on at school as snapped at strap buckle. Tried to contact customer services as surely under warranty only a week old but not getting any response! gutted for her and awful service

Bought over £70 worth of items , nearly every battery-operated and recharging item, eg. Headphones , pool toy , light , massager,
All broke .
No1 the headphones have a constant buzzing noise, and they over heated within 15 minutes of use.
No2 the pool toy is supposed to light up under the water, but it doesn't, we put new batteries in, tried them all different ways but it won't light up .
No3 The massager won't charge up , it goes flat after 5 minutes of use.
No4 the light comes on but won't hold its charge either.
As I'm based in the UK, I can't even return them .
Going off other people's reviews I most likely wouldn't get a exchange anyway.

Le pongo una estrella porq no se puede menos .... Compre un producto en alehop on line y a la hora de devolverlo todo han sido pegas encima quieren cobrarte por devolverlo, dicen q puedes devolver en tienda y cuando vas dicen que no ... Claro q en las tiendas del norte no te lo devuelven perdona ???? No compraré más nefasta la atención y nefasto todo

Ho acquistato uno smart watch che, in linea con qualche altra recensione, non funziona correttamente.

I just brought an Ale-Hop earphone for €20. The earbud itself works great, but the case is faulty, it doesn’t close, keep in mind this is my first use. In my opinion it’s probably a manufacturing issue, but seeing all of these reviews, I am starting to feel like all the products are rushed and poorly designed.

Pues he estado comprando varias cositas y me han atendido súper bien y me han orientado en elegir varios regalos , me atendió y chico muy majo . Me gusta ir a esta tienda para hacer regalitos

Shocking customer service.
My son bought a game, pieces were missing.
Tried to take it back to the nearest shop, different from purchase shop but with receipt on the same day as purchase. They refused to help.
Emailed Ale Hop, after many emails back and forth they said return to local shop.
Local shop would not exchange or refund.

Again came back to uk to speak to representative via email.
Asked for pictures which were duly sent and then heard nothing.
My son just wants the missing piece.

Shocking service all round.

My 11 year old purchased a smart watch from Ale Hop. The watch cost €30, so not cheap.
He was wearing it about two weeks when of the lugs or "bar mount" where the strap connects to the watch, broke.
As a result he was unable to wear the watch.
I wrote to Ale Hop, sent them a video and pictures as requested. They replied eventually, saying it was not covered by their warranty!
I feel this is a disgraceful service.
They never even asked to see the watch other than picture/video. How they can make a judgement on something from a video/picture is beyond me?

Estoy leyendo las opiniones de la gente y me he quedado extrañada, yo personalmente tengo que decir que hice una compra en la tienda que tienen en la C/ San Marcial de Donosti, y me encontré con un personal encantador sobre todo la mujer que estaba en la caja con una paciencia que me y extraño encima con la sonrisa en la boca, porque la verdad yo fui un poco pesada porque quería que me lo envolvieran para regalo.
Felicidades al personal de la calle san Marcial de Donosti.

Mi experiencia fue en una tienda de Santigago de Compostela. Llegué haciendo el Camino y entré en la tienda buscando algo de ropa que no fueran unas mallas y una camiseta de deporte. Era sabado por la tarde y todo estaba cerrado. La tíenda tenia varios kimonos (kaftan) y me gustó uno pero estaban un poco arrugados, entendible pues estarán del almacén.
El tema es que decidí que esa prenda me servia para el día y quise llevarmela puesta pero estaba tan arrugada que no acababa de convercerme. Me acerqué a un empleado y le pregunté por la misma prenda, pero otra, para ver si conseguia una que me pudiera llevar al momento. Aunque en principio el chico no me entendió muy bien, cuando le dije q estaba un poco arrugada para llevarmela puesta, le faltó tiempo para cogerla y meterse en el almacén... diciendo: voy a ver si logro plancharla un poco. Al rato salió y me la devolvió, me dijo que era todo lo que habia podido hacer ...y la verdad, mucho mejor, suficiente para llevarmela puesta. No era un planchado perfecto, además esta tela se arruga con mirarla pero yo me la pude poner y ya fuí aparente.
Me gusta que me faciliten las cosas, y en este caso, no se me ocurre un trato mejor.

Presso ALE-HOP del centro di Ferrara ho acquistato un cavo USB-C per ricaricare un cellulare. Una volta provato a casa, ho notato che il connettore non si inseriva correttamente nel dispositivo, rendendo impossibile la ricarica.

Dopo quattro giorni sono tornata in negozio per chiedere un cambio con un prodotto diverso, poiché il cavo sembrava difettoso e probabilmente lo erano anche gli altri dello stesso tipo. Tuttavia, non avendo più lo scontrino, mi è stato detto che non era possibile effettuare alcun cambio.

Ho chiesto cortesemente a una commessa se potesse verificare l'acquisto nel sistema informatico, ma mi è stato risposto che non risultava nulla.

Capisco di aver sbagliato a non conservare lo scontrino, ma trovo inaccettabile che:
- vengano venduti prodotti potenzialmente difettosi senza un controllo di qualità,
- e che in negozio non ci sia modo di tracciare un acquisto recente, nemmeno con data e orario approssimativi.

Un servizio clienti più flessibile e attento avrebbe fatto la differenza. Purtroppo, un’esperienza DELUDENTE.
