AJIO’s return process was…

AJIO’s return process was frustrating—my return request was rejected twice without any pickup attempt, and even after collection, I kept getting cancellation messages. I had to do multiple follow-ups with AJIO customer care and their delivery partner Delhivery. A simple process was made horrible due to poor coordination."If zero star available I would like to give zero star.

Not trustworth - dont waste time

Not trustworthy, Many flaws in the system:

Prepare urself to receive a used product, almost always delayed, or more than sometimes order cancelled as well. This seems more like a company - trying to loan your money for 7-10 days, or more and returning.

1.) Delivery - orders are always almost always delayed.
Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, even Meesho delivers faster than Ajio Luxe.

2.) Poor Quality Check - Received product which was used, without electonic security tag. Nowadays, items from Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho come with security tags, preventing items from being used. But Ajio Luxe promising a luxury item, cant even check or train employees to do proper quality checks.

2.) Customer Baiting - During sales items are promised with some discount. However, the orders get cancelled, with just sorry msg saying your order could not be fulfilled. (Happened twice with me, so not just a coincidence)

3.) Customer care - turnaround time for resolution of tickets is 1 week. Really - while others provide 24-48 hr resolution. Ofcourse, there is mostly always no resolution. Just another useless sorry.

4.) Sorry for inconvenience - but he is an invisible coupon which u will receive in 24 hrs. Ohhh!! dont expect to actually receive a coupon. It is just a sham message, just like the company.

Looks like a scam or major management issues, if u ask me. #AjioSuss

Horrible service and refund not yet provided

Its been a month I am still chasing my refund. Exchange was initiated and delivery message received customer not available. WHAT A LIE! The customer service is the worst. The customer service stated the refund has been processed and its still not received even after a month. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Worst experience using Ajio for the…

Worst experience using Ajio for the first time... I ordered 3 dresses they sent only 2 and saying they sent all the 3 and no need to return or refund my money... So cheap behaviour they kept my 1300 rupees and not giving refund for the product I didn't receive.

Worst experience ever

I had a terrible experience with AJIO. I ordered an Armani Exchange bag worth ₹9,928 but instead received a green dress that is clearly worth just a few hundred rupees. I raised a return request immediately, but it has been over 20 days and there has been no proper resolution. No one from the delivery partner contacted me for pickup despite multiple follow-ups, and all I received were generic messages saying the team would get in touch, which never happened. I even contacted customer care and was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behaviour of their executive Sampoorna, who said "Isme meri galti nahi hai, AJIO ki hai" and refused to help further. Now, AJIO wants me to wait even longer just to get the return picked up and the refund processed. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to care about its customers. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend shopping here, especially for high-value items.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars, but that's not an option. This is the worst app I've ever used. It's extremely difficult to reach customer support, and the return policy is terrible. Even when Ajio sends the wrong product, they refuse to accept returns. Their delivery partners falsely mark delivery attempts as failed and blame the customer—this has happened multiple times. Despite raising complaints repeatedly, I received no response or resolution. Instead, they canceled my return request without even informing me.

Trying to resolve issue with wallet…

Trying to resolve issue with wallet with complaint ID: COM00091870370 for over 1.month now. Completely generic responses over email which don't resolve issues then another 48 hrs after my response email to get another Completely generic response. On and on. Promises to call or escalate Completely empty. No action, no response, no escalation. Called customer service today, refused to escalate, refused to resolve, refused to follow up. Totally useless. Unbelievable. @VineetNair there is a need to sort out your business

Ajio has been one of the worst shopping…

Ajio has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The app is full of glitches, and customer support is practically non-existent—no one responds even after multiple attempts. Their delivery service is equally frustrating. Orders are often delayed, and the delivery partners don’t communicate or show up on time. Overall, it feels like there's no accountability. Definitely expected better from such a big brand.

SCAM

I placed an exchange for a waistcoat I ordered. I never received the exchanged product and it was marked as delivered on the app. Now I can’t even get a refund for it since I don’t have anything to return.
The customer service is shitty! They keep sending automated emails and asking for more time every time you ask for an update. It’s been 9 days now and they still need more time to investigate god knows what!!

AJIO has literally become the worst platform you can order from and their customer service team is a bunch of robots giving automated responses.

Terrible Customer Care Service

Ajio has become terrible when it comes to picking up return parcels. I have one that has been pending since the 12 of June, which was then supposed to be picked up yesterday, 18th. No one has come and you can't get customer care to even ask what the hell is going on. Emails go unanswered and the logistics partner doesn't bother coming to get the parcel. If they don't, my refund goes pending. I am uninstalling the app as soon as everything is cleared because who wants to shop from somewhere that clearly doesn't care to hear from its customers or attend to them properly.

Please never shop from this app

Please never shop from this app. It is the worst. My experience has been very disappointing. They charge for both convince and delivery fee and yet do not refund back the entire amount on an item. Please do try other shopping apps for better experience.

Ajio is a bunch of Thieves and crooks

There is no reliability from this site. It belongs to Reliance and it's the most unreliable online shoping portal. No customer service. Logistics service provider has no customer service Shadowfax in this case. If you raise a complaint they give you a ticket number and there after nothing. It's like they collect money and when it comes to responsibility accountability they are worst of thieves . I think in India specifically people should do research before ordering with such sites.
