I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with the relocation services provided. The experience was characterized by systemic failures in professional standards, ranging from initial packing to final delivery.

Primary Concerns:
Substandard Packaging and Handling: The initial packing process was unprofessional; items were placed into cartons without adequate protection or organization.

Logistical Delays and Lack of Transparency: Delivery was significantly delayed. Furthermore, the company failed to provide accurate tracking information regarding the location of the shipment.

Transit and Delivery Failures: Upon reaching the Varanasi terminal, the shipment was held for an additional four days. During this period, communication from the office was inconsistent and relied on unsubstantiated excuses.

Extensive Property Damage: Significant damage was discovered during unpacking, including:

Destroyed botanical specimens (precious plants).

Fractured glassware.

Liquid spillages within cartons, rendering contents unusable.

Damage to furniture and electronic equipment.

Compensation Dispute:
Following a formal complaint, the company offered a compensation amount of 2,500 rupees. Given the extent of the damages and the lapse in service quality, this offer is entirely inadequate and does not reflect the actual value of the loss incurred.

My HORRIBLE experience with a Packers & Movers company 👇

1/ I trusted them for a smooth house shifting. What I got instead? Damaged goods, hidden charges, and zero accountability.

2/ 📦 Items arrived in bad condition:
Scratched furniture
Broken plywood
Even my cooker got damaged

3/ 💸 Then the real shock:
₹1500 taken as porter charges during unloading(NEVER agreed)
₹3000 taken as chai-pani to handle items properly(!)

4/ 🛠 Despite commitment, they didnt even assemble my sofa.

Had to hire a carpenter myself extra ₹;1200 out of pocket

5/ 🛡 I even PAID EXTRA for insurance.

Guess what? They are NOT honoring it properly.

6/ 📋 I submitted everything: GC number, item list, photos, proof on their portal.

Still they keep delaying and lowballing the claim.

7/ This isnt just poor service. This is:

❌ Unethical charges
❌ Negligence
❌ Customer harassment

8/ Im now moving this to Consumer Forum.

9/ If you value your money, time, and peace of mind AVOID this company at all costs.

Escalation – Discrepancy in Quotation by Mr. Rupesh Jadhav
On 29th March 2026 at 11:37, your agent Mr. Rupesh Jadhav committed a final quotation of ₹13,000 for my moving requirement. Shockingly, later the same day at 18:19, he deleted that message and raised the final amount to ₹15,750. This abrupt change, without any prior discussion or justification, is highly unprofessional and misleading.
When I sought clarification yesteday with his supervisor Mr. Datta, Mr Datta today admitted that he was not sure why Mr. Rupesh had given the earlier quote without consulting seniors. This clearly highlights a lack of transparency and accountability in your quotation process.
Such practices create confusion and erode customer trust in your organization’s credibility. As a customer, I expect:
• Written clarification on why the initial quote was altered.
• Assurance that such discrepancies will not occur in future dealings.
• Confirmation of the final approved quotation with clear terms and conditions.
I have attached two snapshots of the WhatsApp conversation that document this sequence of events. I request immediate intervention and a fair resolution for my scheduled shifting on 2nd April 2026. Now in such a short duration it actually created a chaos for my family.

My experience with DRS Aggarwal Transport was absolutely terrible and deeply frustrating from start to finish.
I had booked a shipment of my luggage from Bhubaneswar to Vijayawada via Visakhapatnam (which is on the way). Based on this requirement, I specifically arranged for a large 22-foot truck that was supposed to transport all my belongings, drop a portion in Visakhapatnam, and then continue to Vijayawada — all using the same vehicle.
However, nothing went according to plan. The driver never communicated his location at any point. The truck started extremely late from Bhubaneswar, and based on his false assurances, I traveled by car and waited for days, only to be completely misled.
Without any prior notice, the driver reached Visakhapatnam, dumped my luggage at some random, unknown location, and immediately left for Vijayawada. I was not informed about any of this. I had to make countless calls and struggle for days just to trace my own belongings. Only after repeated follow-ups and pleading was the luggage finally delivered in Visakhapatnam.

The situation in Vijayawada was even worse. The remaining luggage was handled with complete negligence — steel trunks were broken, and some items were missing entirely. I was helpless at the time, as I was stuck in Visakhapatnam, and my elderly parents in Vijayawada had no understanding of what was happening.

The driver had clearly promised me in Bhubaneswar that he would wait after reaching Visakhapatnam until I arrived in Vijayawada. Instead, he did the exact opposite and took full advantage of the situation by acting irresponsibly and without any communication.

Despite all the delays, damage, and loss, the driver and helpers still had the audacity to demand extra tips and behaved in an extremely arrogant and unprofessional manner.
I am extremely disappointed with DRS Aggarwal Transport. This has been one of the worst relocation experiences of my life. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. I deeply regret choosing them.
Coming from an armed forces background, my family has relocated many times and has consistently used APML services without issues. Never in our lives have we encountered such negligence, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior.
This incident has caused both financial loss and mental harassment. I strongly caution others against using their services.

Service is pathetic, received package in torn condition with zero accoubtability. Wrong tracking of the GC no provided. Poor response from the team 😔 #ServiceFail #CustomerServiceFail

Horrible experience with Agarwal Packers.
I engaged Agarwal Packers over a month ago to move my furniture and household goods from Bengaluru to Mumbai, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

• Damaged items: My sofa arrived with broken legs, torn fabric, and missing back cushions. The coffee table’s castor wheels were gone, and its fiber bases were broken.
• Missing goods: Several household items never made it to Mumbai, including power tools, hair dryer and other electrical appliances.
• Left behind despite being included in the quote. Large décor pieces like terracotta urns, a maple tree, and even my 4-burner gas stove were not transported, though they were part of the agreed quotation.
• Poor accountability: I immediately reported the issues, shared photos, and followed up multiple times. Initially, the company responded with promises of compensation and resolution. Since then, they have completely ghosted me—no replies to calls or emails.

Agarwal Packers failed to deliver on their basic responsibility of safe and complete relocation. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer support makes this one of the worst service experience

This is the worst Movers and Packers I ever dealt with. Pathetic Customer Service and scams the customers . Takes the booking amount but does not show up. You keep calling them and they give no resonse and kee giving multiple numbers

Absolutely horrible experience. Till the payment part every thing is golden. Once the payment is done, things go to shit. You cant track your consignment as it sits at their center for weeks. Their customer care doesn't respond and when it does they tell you off very rudely.
It has been 19 days since I booked my consignment. They keep telling me to wait 2 more days.
Burn your belongings rather that booking with these guys

Horrible experience with house shifting in Kolkata. Even after providing the list of items to be shifted in advance , they sent a small vehicle which was not enough to carry all the furnitures and items in one go. As a result two trips had to be made causing waste of time. Please avoid their services.

For the scooter shifting when the agarwal packers.in ( Bhade Bhaiya ) Mr Satpal sharma phone no 9990299760came to my home & before coming he demanded inam ( bribe ) to ship my scooter from fardiabad to chennai. I told him , pls shift without any damage . its a single scooter to shift. After reaching my home and after packing my wife handed over 100 INR which he denied to take. Later my wife gave 200 INR and again he denied to take and demanded 500 INR . I told my wife not to give and he left the home taking 200 INR. When I receieved the vehicle at Chennai the Silencer portion was broken and noise was coming. I sent the proof to office. Bothe Chennai, Faridabad and head office no one responded properly. I am writing this review in full frustration, i am not able to claim , my vehicle damaged and the the customer care person who attended the call 3 weeks back coolly told me claim through insurance. Bloody Bhade bhaiya group , after paying money you people are irritating the customers damaging there items and how come you are in the market . Better shut down.

We booked movement of house hold materials from Hyderabad to Jamshedpur. On 1st Nov they have lifted the material. On 2nd they gave a GC number 4995581 and requested for payment . The payment was made through Google pay. Upon requesting for invoice they said no invoice is generated and no gst is paid. Their commitment was to shift the material in 4 days. Till date I.e 6th Nov the material is at Hyderabad. They operate multiple WhatsApp numbers but you can not get hold of any responsible person. I could not find out the material has not moved till date inspite of repeated messages and calls.

We booked Agarwal Packers and Movers expecting a smooth and professional moving experience, but the service has been deeply disappointing. Even though the company claims to follow a structured process, the execution was completely unprofessional.

During unloading, they sent minimal and untrained labourers, which led to serious damage — one of the building’s heavy-duty glass panels was broken, and freshly painted walls were deeply scratched. When we called for help, no one from the management took responsibility. Our calls were either ignored or met with empty assurances. Since morning, the Jaipur head, Mr. Verma, said he would visit and resolve the issue but never turned up. Even the Kolkata head, Mr. Abhishek Sahu, failed to take any action.

As a result, the building authorities stopped the unloading and warned us that we would be held liable for damages unless we arranged for proper manpower ourselves.

To make matters worse, we had booked one 32-ft carrier for convenience and efficiency, but the company divided our consignment into three separate lots without informing us. Only the first truck has arrived; the other two are still missing. When we asked for a delivery date, the team shockingly said they could not track the vehicle. We had to check our own security camera footage to find the number of the second truck, after which they suddenly acknowledged, “Yes sir, it’s on the way — we’ve found it now.”

Because of this extreme mismanagement, half of my belongings are still stuck in transit, and I have been forced to stay in a hotel for over a week, incurring additional expenses — all due to the negligence and disorganisation of Agarwal Packers & Movers.

This experience has been unacceptable, especially given the premium price charged. Agarwal Packers & Movers may appear organised on the surface, but in reality, the service is careless, uncoordinated, and mismanaged. I would strongly advise others against using their services.

They are a bunch of cheaters. I sent my car by their trailer from Hyderabad to Mumbai. They unloaded the car at Pune and insisted on sending the car with a driver driving to Mumbai from Pune. They took Rs 18,225 for delivering the car at Mumbai. They used up the petrol in my car and charged me Rs 650 for the tolls. For heaven's sake do not use this company as they are the scum of the earth.

I booked Agarwal Packers & Movers Bade Bhaiya (agarwalpackers.in) and my goods arrived in a terrible condition: rats tore open lentils and masalas, rice was scattered, glassware broken, pickle jars leaked, and I even found a cockroach inside a carton. Completely unhygienic and unsafe. Customer support never replied. Avoid this company—they are NOT the real APML.

They are totally fraud. Do not book them.

Worst experience for me. The workers didn't come to unload the items. They sent only the truck to my delivery place. The managers are totally irresponsible. Krishna and madurai arsu are the agents I encountered while shifting my things from salem to madurai. The workers are rugged and demanded money for more extra tip.

The destroyed my TV and my bike and charged a bomb. All shipping and handling is done by trash uneducated people. Never go for this. All the bad reviews are absolutely right.

DRS Group. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. A BUNCH OF THIEVES THEY ARE. THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY.

Moved 40 odd boxes from Ahmedabad to Cochin. Booked on 15th May. Was assured delivery within 7 days and quoted a price that seemed reasonable. Little did we know that that was just the beginning of one arduous journey to get back our stuff from these conmen.

The workers who loaded our stuff handled things roughly from the get go. Barely bubble wrapped the furniture that later arrived chipped (all) and broken (most). Boxes arrived wet, broken into and upside down.

They don't return your calls once the things are picked up and lack a legitimate set-up that allows you to track a consignment online. Their website sure says the word original but they are far from it. Multiple delivery deadline days (they themselves gave it) were missed leading to lost time and effort. They tried to fleece us for an extra 2.5 K towards unloading too. After many unanswered calls and empty assurances, we decided to speak to the police who then promptly intervened to help us get back our things.

Please stay away from these fraudsters. For your own piece of mind.

We had booked our home relocation from Bangalore to Mysore - planned date on 2nd of April but we had worst experience with APML unskilled & unprofessional / junior labors visited our house in second floor and cancelled the entire house shifting stating a Risk of electricity wires (dummy) nearby.

Previously on 5th of March'25 APML expert had visited our house for onsite verification and he had inspected the feasibility / risk and then only booking was taken and advance of 3000 paid.
Finally we had approached a local packer and he was successfully loaded all the materials and without any issues shifted from 2nd floor to Ground floor and also shifted to Mysore in a container without any damages.
Now even after 45 days of cancellation, APML Refund is pending but they have closed Customer compliant as Refunded - Really strange behavior by multiple staffs of APML.
Escalation email ID's are provided but no use by them and no ownership by anyone.

This is Vikas Sood of Indian Navy. I had booked for shifting of my Luggage and Car from Kochi to Visakhapatnam with DRS.

I was dealing with Mr Vijender from Agarwal Packers and Movers. I paid nearly 1.2 lakh for the shifting

I would like to share my experience as sad.

1. My vehicle reached three days late despite the urgent requirement project at the time of booking.

2. The luggage reached later than committed despite repeated reminders and urgency of timely delivery.

3. Unloading started from 4 o'clock with two people only till 9 in the night causing great discomfort to us.

4. Despite the request made at the time of booking to provide labour for two additional days in Vishakhapatnam. No team was provided on first day resulting in we incurring extra cost on our extended stay at a hotel.

5. Team on 14 Apr did not reach till half a day. Thus wasting our precious time waiting for labour to come for unpacking.

6. Mr Venu at Vishakhapatnam gave no heed to our repeated requests and did things as per his desire

7. He was disrespectful to my wife and shouted at her which is totally unacceptable.

8. No one from the entire Agarwal DRS team gave any updates. For two weeks we were harrassed, running after the agents and people. Only call came to take money.

9. The auto generated msg and wats app system is useless with no response given back.

This is the most unprofessional and troublesome shifting I have experienced in my life.

I will never ever use Agarwal DRS for my luggage shifting.

Lot of work is desired out of Agarwal DRS.
