I had a TR from Dubai on the 27th of January and my shipment reched the port on the 2nd of March. after following up upteen times i was informed only after 15th of march, that i need to pay INR 18700 as a war surcharge and i paid within a day which later i got to know from my legal i didnt had to as my shipment was already at the port when government approved the application of war surcharge an ways on the 21st of march i was informed that i need to physically go and meet the custom officer at the and 23rd i went all the way and met the custom officer and it was cleared he even assured me he is immediately clearing this and there was no delay from his end since then i kept following up when will my shipment will be delivered i got no proper answer and an email followed asking for another CFS charges of INR 14000. by now i had lost my patience and i put my foot down demanding an explaination of why do i have to pay this i got no proper responce from the APML team finally i reached out to AL taj dubai from whom i booked this shipment and requested them to look into this or ill take this legally ahead only then i got a call and finally my shipment arrived at my place on the 16th of April . However i agony didnt end here inspite of reminding the mumbai APML team 10 times that i have few furniture and to make sure they send someone along to assemple it as that was the package i had take and this service was included in it yet they sent on the handover guys and one of the had a screw driver and they couldnt fix all my furniture again i had to call again the APML team and Mrs Pranali kept argueing on this finally again i had to call AL Taj Dubai and only then after 3 hrs a carpenter was sent to help few things get assembled . the entire process was so tiresome that i would definitely ship it with AL Taj Dubai but if their 3rd party partener is APML i wont. they too lot of days resolving issues and making the customer suffer they dont respond in time and only when they want to and most importantly they find it easy only to extract more money but not help the customer and make things smoother in any ways.

Very professional.The packing was done with great care. I had lots of memorabilia collected over years. When I moved as a PR to Sydney, Australia, it was a tough choice but thanks to Aggarwal Packers, I received my packages in perfect condition. No breakages and a very reasonable charge.

I chose this company because they claim to offer a premium service. However, the reality was completely different. I was quoted around ₹13,000 by other movers, but I chose to pay ₹20,000 here expecting better service- which was a mistake.

The entire operation is divided into multiple disconnected teams (booking, pickup, support, delivery) with zero coordination. Once the booking is done, no one takes responsibility.

During pickup, I was asked to pay extra for items already discussed. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Despite paying a premium amount, my furniture was damaged.

When I raised a complaint, instead of resolving it, I was asked to contact different offices and send emails. No one was available on call, and there was no real support.

This is by far the worst service I have experienced. Absolutely not worth the money or the stress.

I recently got my Household Items shipped from India (Delhi) to Canada (Toronto). The experience was seamless and there were no issues during customs clearance as well. All the items were handled with care. Would definitely use their service in the future as well.

Agarwal packers & movers Ltd. has been excellent choice for our move from Singapore to India. Punit has been excellent with coordination. Sachin is very helpful in logistics. Both of have been always there & ready to help. Supervisor Sahil and his team is perfect for moving, opening the boxes and removing the debris. The whole team of Punit , Sachin and Sahil has done excellent. We had a great experience with Agarwal packers& mover Ltd We highly recommend them.

The worst experience. Customer care service and delivery time was too bad. I have recently shifted household goods and car. Household goods delivery was also very disturbing but was better than the car delivery. My car was delivered in 11 days ! It should be in 2-3 days. And one problem was that I couldn't track my car as the APML booking staff had made mistake in writing the GC number. Also their customer care executive was unable to trace my car !

We are happy to share that we received our household goods from Mumbai to London in good shape. The packaging and the coordination were really good, although it took a bit longer than expected to reach the destination. Overall, the packaging was intact and safely reached our house in London. I appreciate the efforts by Bhavya and Devika as they were very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Thanks

My dining table was damage by this team. In the name of trust, they are looting the money. It costed me 50% costlier than Market. Not only this, the labour came without supervisor and they took some of my households. The packaging was not done properly and the labour giving excuses that this is war time so APML has not given proper bubble wrap and other stuff for packaging. Pls don't trust this brand. Heavy damage they will do. I even had a Insurance than also they are saying you repair the item and present me bills. And bill should be printed from carpenter. This is too much

They are dalal type activities not directly… this Agarwal is doing their activities based on commission basis- DALAL type …

The entire process was smooth . Goods were delivered at a reasonable price with good packing without any damages. Highly recommend APML for any international transfer from India

The team which comes for packing, pickup, drop and assembly lacks complete professionalism. The start fighting with you for tip and would not accepted anything below Rs 500 per person. Would start abusing if you refuse. Additionally, my washing machine and sofa both were damaged but the claim team is not supportive. They just keep playing in loop, taking excuse asking for same documents again and again. Would never recommend such unprofessional service to anyone.

Terrible service, fake promises, delayed delivery and zero customer support. Do Not Use APML.
Half of my items haven’t reached.
Delivery delayed by two day for no legitimate reason, one lorry has been stood on my door step for 18 hours with no labour showing up to unload.
Second lorry is lost somewhere yet to arrive.
This is the situation when I paid extra for a single larger lorry.
In terms of customer service all I’m getting is fake promises, no escalation channel, no one taking responsibility to address my issues.
Customer care service - for new bookings it takes them 10 seconds to pick up the call, but for delivery status option - there is absolutely no response.
Utterly disappointing service. And they charge you 100% upfront fee, so there’s zero leverage left with you, all you can do is be at their mercy and wait for days for your stuff to arrive after the due date.

When we were planning to relocate from Hyderabad to Phoenix ( USA), we researched intensely for the reliable packers . Luckily we selected Agarwal packers and movers limited as final choice. The entire team of APML are so efficient, courteous, hard working and polite . The executive was very sincere and kind throughout the process. The packing team and supervisor did exceptional packing using quality materials meeting the international standards. The loading was done smoothly in a perfect manner . Thank you entire team😊

Worst company and worst employees. They ask for payment first and then delivered the goods… after payment they throw you goods like scrape. Better to go with local or near by movers and packers

My experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.
This company engages in highly misleading practices by quoting inflated insurance amounts to create a false sense of security for customers. In reality, the insurance coverage is practically meaningless, as the reimbursement process is opaque, delayed, and results in compensation that is nowhere close to what was initially promised.
Furthermore, the conduct of their staff is deeply unprofessional. During both loading and unloading, their personnel openly demand tips, putting customers in an uncomfortable and coercive position. Such behavior reflects a serious lack of discipline and accountability within the organization.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML – “Chhote Bhaiya”) at all costs. Customers should be aware that the so-called insurance benefits are misleading, and the actual compensation received may be less than the amount indirectly extracted through forced tipping.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience marked by poor service quality, lack of transparency, and unethical practices.
Agarwal Packers and Movers is hands down the most pathetic service I’ve ever dealt with—complete frauds and nothing but thieves. Don’t even think about booking them. They damaged my LED TV and now they’re refusing to pay the insurance claim—absolutely shameless and dishonest people.
