Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Telephone service horrible. Calls are not answered and when called back are just flash. Before you pick up call it has dropped. Can't reach anyone in record time for concerns

Grudgingly, I will say your review time when it comes to complaints is okay. But it can be improved, and the exchange rate when it comes to transfers is amazing. Overall my experience using the app has been good. But improve the processing time. Wouldn’t be deleting the app before of the sweet exchange rate and it is instantaneous.
