Communication.

Communication between myself and the workshop was appalling.
I drove an hour to the workshop to explain how their lack of effective communication had negatively affected my experience with them.
After collecting my car I found some damage to the window of the "green" rear door that was supplied. I have reported this, by email, and have been completely ignored.

Did what they said they would do!!

Professional and clear communication from all staff. Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! No chasing, on time and efficient. Wonderful service all round.

Great care while my car was with them.

My car ended up being a Cat N right off so was never repaired ,however AD Williams took great care of my car when it was with them and were very helpful with all the inquires I made to them.

Friendly and responsive, a bit slow.

Positives: Staff are friendly and responsive. They quickly replaced a piece of the bodywork that had fallen off after being put back on the car.

Negative: Repair took longer than expected (3 weeks for some minor front damage). Communication on progress was always initiated by a phone call by me.

Accident repair

Very friendly and professional, made the experience of having an accident repair alot less stressful, at what is an anxious time. Was able to stay updated on how the repair was going and a expected completion date.
My was picked up and then dropped back to me, after an excellent repair job!

My car was repaired …

My car was repaired through my insurance Company at the Lydd branch and I could not have asked for better service my car was picked up and a courtesy car delivered to me by two very nice Gentlemen the lady that dealt mith me on the phone was very nice and the repair was carried out very quickly cannot thank everybody involved enough I am really grateful
