The helicopter flight was booked up for two teenage boys who both have Autism. The booking was so easy to fill out and the staff were excellent with how they interacted with my boys. we would certainly rebook the experience again for the boys

What a truly amazing flight and experience, I paid extra to sit up front and it was worth every penny, I would highly recommend the upgrade.
Captain Joe kept us informed of our speed, altitude, location and landmarks, which was brilliant, what a wonderful pilot and lovely gentleman.
All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they really looked after us. Thank you all for an unforgettable helicopter flight and experience. Lynn

The falconry experience was very informative. It was amazing to have the eagle owl fly on to your hand, and see him close up. Would go and do it again. Both of the handlers were very informative

Awesome helicopter flight. A thrilling experience and the views were stunning. The pilot and ground crew were brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful, and there was excellent communication leading up to the flight, with clear instructions and information. Would highly recommend this experience.

Me and my partner did a morning with the Falconry experience in Colchester and we had such an amazing time. The handler was so knowledgeable and generally cared about the birds well being. We got to handle all of them and learn lots. Would recommend for any age

What a wonderful experience I had. All crew very helpful and made you feel at ease before the flight.
Definitely will do the helicopter ride again but next time for a longer flight.

The experience of seeing local landmarks for the air whilst experiencing my first helicopter flight was totally mind blowing. The Adventure One team were amazing, from booking to post flight nothing phased they. They provided detailed information regularly, explained the process fully and ensured the experience ran smoothly, paying attention to the small details whilst reiterating the strict safety procedures with a little humour to keep people interested.
If you haven't experienced a flight then you must, if you have then you know you should repeat.

I went on the clay pigeon experience last Sunday. What a amazing few hours I had. The setup was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and the teacher Pete was excellent and very patient with us all. I will definitely recommending to all my friends and family

A seriously true 5 star dream adventure come true made a reality by this amazing company. They truly do go above all expectations. Highly safe professional & I personally highly recommend them to all looking for an adventure trip . The full trip start to finish was just amazing. It was a surprise birthday treat which was highly enjoyable. We took a 50 mile 30 minute extended trip around the Northumbrian coast & Alnwick Castle tour. A very enjoyable time had by many others too . The captain & all the ground crew are very friendly skilled & professionals at what they do . All finished off with a few phots & bubbly bottles . We will be going again through this company soon . Thankyou .

This was a present from my wife and kids for Father's Day. It was an absolute bucket list item ticked off. After arriving shortly before take off I was taken through a short briefing with my pilot, Tony and then we went out to the plane, got settled in and taxi ready for takeoff.

Was great to see a Spitfire about to take off to o.

Two all in all the flight was amazing and the experience was one of a kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Today we had our flight experience, a Christmas present from our son. An amazing experience from start to finish. The ground crew were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The flight itself was wonderful. Our pilot Captain Joseph was a great tour guide! Pointing out landmarks, informing us of our hight and speed and cracking jokes!

They cancelled the 1st trip. Demanded another fee to 'extend the voucher' as the options offered weren't acceptable. Absolute scammers who should be investigated further. Save yourself the hassle, you will not get your money back which seems to be the MO for this company.

Following the response below. Just to add a bit of clarity, many of the offered altrnatives from the 65 mails were not at our chosen location. Add to that the dates were not in windows we were both available to attend and...oh yes, they required a voucher extension fee. Apologies if I've offended the sensebilities of Adventure 001, but I will revert to the title of this review AVOID AVOID AVOID

Well, what a fantastic day for my Mum. She had this ride gifted to her from the family for her birthday last year, unfortunately due to bad weather it was cancelled twice for safety reasons. This time however the weather was perfect. My Mum (Barbara Marsh) who is now 88 years old had a co-pilot seat & was raring to go. The location at Moor Grange Farm was a lovely setting & easily accessible All the ground crew & team were absolutely brilliant, especially Tony who swept her off her feet!! & was so very kind. They all were. My Mum had the time of her life. The pilot was lovely (sorry didn't catch his name) everyone had a great sense of humour made everything so easy, they all went above & beyond. After the flight we were able to purchase photos & have a cup of tea & cake as a nice finish to the day. We can't thank them enough for such a great experience. The booking process is easy to follow & the communication is good.
I will highly recommend anyone of any age to try out a flight with this company, they are brilliant.
